This looked like a nice community when I visited. The people I met were nice. This community is for assisted living and we found that my loved one needed independent living.

Mom had a good respite stay at this community. The staff were ok. We did have some issues and the staff addressed these. It appears to be a nice community. Mom seemed to like the food. I think this is a difficult service to provide and they do a fair job. I would recommend taking a look into this community.

I like the care here for my mom. We like that the staff is caring and helpful. This community is very clean and attractive. The meals seem to be appealing to her needs. They do offer a lot of activities. We would recommend that families take a tour for a care of their loved one.

My aunt is being cared for very well here at this community. I'am satisfied with her move to this facility. The have a great staff, and they have been great to work with. She has gotten involved in some of the activities they offer. Everything has worked out very well, and I would recommend this community.

My mother is doing as well as can be expected. This is a nice community and overall she is well. Everybody has been friendly and nice. I know she is safe and good hands. They are providing her with good care, and I'am satisfied with her move here. It has been a great experience for us here.

I was very impressed with my tour of this community. Everybody was very kind and friendly. My tour guide was very kind and informative. They were great with their follow up. They even offered me a nice sweet deal. It was a pleasant tour, this is a nice community.

This facility is very nicely decorated. It is so inviting when you walk in. In addition, the grounds are beautiful and. The staff is very receptive and eager to help. It seems like a very nice place all in all.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, I don't think the care was the best match for what my loved one was needing at the time. Overall it seems like a nice place, and is definitely worth a look!

I loved the director here. I thought the people here seemed very happy. But the facility was old and really needed updating. The units were probably the largest apartments I had seen. The administration knocked my socks off. But the elevator was really old and rickety, and was scary. There also weren't any outside grounds.

My loved one has only been here a short time, but so far everything seems to be going well. I was very impressed during the tour with how nice the facility looked, and how clean everything was kept. The staff is friendly and professional, and they seemed to have a good variety of activities for the residents.

This is geared towards Alzheimer's patients. The price is fair. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. I found that the rooms are much larger and wheelchair accessible.

This place looked GREAT! It was bright, cle open. I was able to schedule a tour during dinner. The food was tasty and the restaurant style dining was nice. Each resident has a dedicated table with dedicated waitstaff so they become very familiar with their eating habits. The apartments were REALLY apartments (not rooms) and they were very nicely appointed. I would love to have my dad live here. I gave it only 4 stars because it's a bit expensive.

Mom and I visited Sterling House today. We actually agreed on something...we both really liked it! The dog, Casey, is a nice touch since we are dog people. It felt homey and comfortable. The residents provided positive feedback without and prompting. We will definitely keep this place in mind!

We toured this community when we were looking into care options and Maple Heights was a very nice looking place overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, the apartment we saw was clean and well maintained, and the surrounding area looked very nice as well.

Overall I'm very pleased with how things have gone at Maple Heights! It's a very nice looking place, and everyone has been very very friendly! They really welcomed my Mom with open arms. They've got a good variety of activities, and a great meal service as well! The only real issue I have is that they really need more elevators, things can get quite backed up during busy times. But overall they do an excellent job here, and I would highly recommend it!

We've had a good experience with Sterling House so far. The facility itself is very clean and well kept, and the staff have all been very friendly. The community has a nice family atmosphere, and we feel like they treat us just as well as they treat our loved one who lives there! She has had some complaints about the food, and having tried it myself I agree that it could use improvement. It's not bad, but could definitely be better.

Mom has adapted well to assisted living in part due to the care of the staff. Lance does a tremendous job with the activities he organizes; Mom wishes more of the residents took advantage of them. She loves the reading of the newspaper and she likes the shopping trips but wishes that they would go to smaller stores (Dollar Stores)sometimes rather than the big box stores (a little overwhelming,) The food is okay, but she wishes it was a little spicier and that the coffee was caffeinated! (She knows however that they are trying to juggle a lot of diet restrictions.) On the negative side, we got the billing confusion straightened out after worrisome number of days. And she wishes some of the residents would not complain so much - but the staff can't control that. Over all, I think she is pretty happy there!

I really want my Mom to move here when she is ready.
