The staff is very friendly and attentive. Although activities are offered, my parents choose not to participate.

I thought this would be a good fit for them.

This was a respite stay. Response time depends on the CNA, the nursing is very good, the therapy has been very good. The activities personnel really do try to engage. The food isn't fresh it's canned, it would be nice to have a cook on site, they do try to accommodate. It's a lot of the same food, some variety would be nice, they do make an effort. For the most part we have been fairly pleased.

My loved one was in the memory care and I think that they do a pretty good job of making everyone feel comfortable with I thought it was a very nice community. The food was okay. There was enough parking.

My mother has only been in this community for about two months, but so far it has been a great place. She enjoys the food and the staff. Choosing any senior living option is difficult, and it is hard to find the perfect spot. The staff at Northglenn helped make that transition much less stressful, they are very friendly and attentive, and any time I have had questions, they have answered them well.

very impressed with Kaitlyn Robles, she spent alot of time with me and answered all my concerns completely. I really liked the facility. The only drawback was how small the bedroom closet was. Not sure about just having a window AC in the bedroom, need to ask if it cools the rest of the apartment and how noisy it is. Liked to location of the facility as well.

Take Medicaid after 2 years of private pay. Provide bedroom furniture. Decent facility. Military benefits search.

Took 10 days to get first shower. Grab bars and raised toilet we had to pay for, then pay to have it installed . This should have been in place long before we came.

We are very satisfied. The food is good, I would say a five. There seems to be a turnover, the head nurse has changed, and other nurses too. The head nurse is an L.P.N., not an R.N. which surprised me. We chose them because the number seems to be something they could deal with, there weren't a whole lot of people there.

I think they're price is a little bit high but mom likes it there and I think they're nice to her. She doesn't really require a lot but her meals are provided there, three a day plus snacks. The housekeeping is okay. I've been there when they said they would come back and they haven't so my sister and I did it. There are quite a few things going on there. I know that people come and play the piano and they play cards and games. They have people come in and do exercise, you know, the type that they can do. They always seem to be pretty busy there. I just feel like for the price all my mother gets there are meals and her room because we giver her her medication and clean her room. I think more attention could be given to those areas.

When mother went there they had just opened and I think they were having some growing pains. The staff was friendly and they were competent but I think they were overwhelmed sometimes with taking in new people who require extra attention when they were getting settled, which is not outside the norm. My mother's dementia was too severe for her to participate but the activities that I saw were good and appropriate for that unit. Overall, it was good. I don't think I could have found a better place for her. I would recommend it.

very nice and clean

Beautiful facility. Liked the fact that they had the ability to accomodate based upon needs. May be too large a community. The director was very enthusiastic and obviously loved her job. Kitchen facilities in room, but he'd have to pass a microwave test (not included). Phone and cable are included.

Nice room -- opening in 1 br, nice kitchette with sinks. Studio also ok. Lowest sign up fee -- takes refundable deposit of $500. Allows pets and has service dog in rehab dept. Rehab people -- 2. On site Nurse & Dr visits. Concerned over building security tho.

Really liked this one, almost too good to be true. Seems to have good care and interested in helping with all aspects of continuing care. Has memory care unit.

The following are bullet statements; The staff is very attentive, loving and helpful from the maintenance man to the administrative staff. Need a greater variety of in house activities for those who are more mobile. Menu is repetitive. Side dishes do not always compliment the entrée. Portions are at times ridiculously small and laughable. Meals arrive uncovered warm and not "hot". Meals arrive often not as ordered and incomplete. Arriving to meals later in the 2hr. allotted time will find it hard to find a clean table with a complete place service. I question the nutrition of some of the meals with the generous use of butter, cheese and oils in the cooking process. Meals and content continue to decline despite complaints of patrons.

At first when my grandma got here it was a little bit of a rough start. Like requesting things to be fixed that could possibly be hazardous, I had to call the corporate office to finally get that resolved. And then the 1st 2 weeks no one came to clean her room now they are on top of things. They are improving a lot of things. There is one caregiver named, [Removed] he will go above and beyond for my grandma. The food is good and the activities are great like music events. They also have a nice courtyard area.

The Northglenn Heights was not as upscale as what we were looking for. The room they showed us that my loved one would be in was very small. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions.

Some are helpful and others aren't . The care services varies. To improve I think they needed a few more staff members so that when somebody fell down the hall or someone called in sick there would be enough people to cover. A lot of times they are short staffed.
