I had a nice tour of this community. The tour guide was nice and kind. My questions were answered. The community looked well maintained, everything was nice and clean. They were very kind to my family and I.

This is a excellent community with good care. The staff is great and very caring and patient. They do a little activities. The community is very clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this good care to others.

This is a very nice and clean environment . The staff is very nice and friendly. They offer alot of activities. The food seems to be good. I would recommend this for great care for a loved one.

The community is outstanding. The food is good,but needs more foods for diabetics. The staff is always helpful. The activities are great. A great community for others.

My tour of this community went well, this is a nice community. The staff I met was kind and friendly. They answered my questions and were informative. The community looked good. It looked nice and clean, and well maintained. This is a good place for anyone to move to.

My mother has passed away recently, but her experience here at this community was a good one. They did a good job caring for her and her needs well. From the most part the community is well maintained, there are some areas they could clean better. They have a good staff here, some of the staff are better than others. There are activities offered for the residents. The food is fair, they do serve well balanced meals. I knew she was safe and in good hands. I would highly recommend this community.

Janeas gave a tour of this "memory-care only" facility, the first of this kind that I have seen. It's comforting to know that the entire focus here is memory care. I loved the expansive courtyard and beautiful mountain views. Meeting places within the facility are limited however and there is no real option for bathing, only shower facilities. I see the value of memory care only but am unsure if this is the right fit for my Dad. Janeas' parents both lived/live here so that says a lot about her level of trust in the care here.

They are trying their best to care for my mother, and I'am pleased with everything they have done for us. The staff is excellent, they are helpful and kind. She enjoys the meals, the food is good. The residents have been very friendly and welcoming. She has adjusted well to it, and I know she is safe. They are very accommodating. I know she is in good hands,

The activities are okay so far from what we've seen. My mother has not been able to participate in them as she has been sick. She has only been there for a few weeks. The food seems to be okay.

They do everything well. They take really good care of my Mom. They go above and beyond for the residents. For instance, Halloween is coming up and if the residents want to participate the facility provides candy for them to give out to kids. It is a really nice place for her and she really enjoys it.

I am not dealing with the home, my Sister is, but as far as I know everything is going well. I have heard nothing but good things about the place.

This seems to be a great place so far. I can't really say too much, because it has not been that long, but I can say that the workers are caring and do their jobs well. The activities are nice and the food is actually better than I thought.

My father has been a resident of the facility for about a year. Overall I am pleased with the care. They have onsite medical care (doctors and nurse practitioner) , physical therapy and activities for the residents. The facility got a complete rehab a few years ago and it is very clean and beautiful. The staff is very friendly. I never worry about my father and feel he is in good hands. I also feel that you get a lot for your money at this facility as the prices are reasonable compared to other facilities. This facility was recommended to me by a social worker that works for a local hospice group. Her father was also a resident at the facility. I am a nurse and I recommend that you take a tour of this facility.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Oxton Place seemed very upscale! The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, the price was much higher than the other communities we were looking at. We ended up selecting another community, but if money was no object this is somewhere I would have considered for my loved one.

The staff has been very helpful, friendly, and caring. The food isn't great. My parents are getting out more. They are getting involved. They are enjoying the activities. I think they could improve on the communication. The communication with the staff is good but not great. I don't think that I would recommend the Lake Wylie Retirement and Assisted Living to anyone. My overall rating of Lake Wylie is four stars.

My mother is doing very well at Oxton Place of Gainesville. I really appreciated how they took my mother right away from the hospital. They came and got her from there so that the transition process was very smooth and accommodating. One thing where I feel like they could improve would be to encourage the residents to get out of their room and be a part of the community and take part in the activities more.

My loved one was only here for a short stay, but overall Oxton Place seemed like a nice place. The staff were nice, and the facility was well kept and clean. Our experience with them was a positive one!

Overall I think things have gone well with Senior Solutions. We had a bit of a rocky start, when my loved one first arrived they were just bringing in a new administrator. But now that everything has settled down things are going well. The facility itself is clean, well kept, and well decorated, and the aides are very friendly.

I am pretty happy with it. My mother seems very happy. There is more things to do. The only minor issue is that she would have asked a couple of times to have something done and they don't follow through. Other than that, I am very pleased. It's good to see my mother happy. It would be good to see a different menu. If someone could tell her the options verbally. My mother is really happy here. It's been a big load off my shoulders.

Also a nice facility. I'm not sure about a bathroom being shared by three residents from units on either side of the room.
