HMP Senior Solutions

Walked thru facility today. Very clean, well lighted, and had a homie feel to it. Administrator was very informative. Made me feel safe about possibly leaving dad there.

I have used this facility 2 times for Respite care and find it a a home away from home for my husband. It is a memory care unit. It’s clean, food is good and has plenty of activity opportunities. Staff are very friendly.

Overall, things have been going well for my loved one at The Victorian. He doesn't like the food, The parking here is not good, and there have been some miscommunications about things. The first month there was a little rough, but things are getting better. They have some activities like Bingo and other games, and the aides here have been very nice and accommodating. I think that once all the kinks have been worked out, The Victorian will be a really pleasant place for my loved one.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and we are very happy with how things are going for her. The staff have been kind to her and I am comfortable with the care she has been receiving. She has had no complaints about the meals the chef prepares during the dinning experience and is starting to enjoy the activities they have throughout the week. Overall we are pleased with this experience and would recommend it to anyone interested.

The staff here are working very hard helping my mom with her adjustment here, they really like her and that makes her feel special. Mom recently had a fall and they were so quick to take action and to call me. The management is very good at making sure they address my issues like when my mom lost some of her laundry and had someone else clothes mixed in with her's and they took care of it. I also like that my mom's meds are monitored by the nurse practitioner and they call with suggestions about different types of care they feel my mom might need.

My dad is happy and [Removed] did a good job helping us move him in. He loves the artwork on the walls and there are so many everywhere in the community. They have big windows with chairs by it and my dad likes to sit and look outside. At meal time he sits with various residents and gets to know them. He loves to go down stairs and sit on the benches outside in the front area and talk with the other residents. The staff has been good so far. The lady who clean is very nice when we get a chance to talk to her. They do need to do some upgrading, which I hear they will be with the carpeting and other things.

I have no complaints of how things went for my mother and I during our tour of this place. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan and all of the great amenities they have to all of the residents. It was just not the right fit for her in the end decision.

The director of sales and marketing drove over two hours from this community to talk with my mom. They are doing as much as possible to take the stress of moving her off of my brother and myself. That is such a huge blessing!

The staff at this community are great about keeping me informed of my dad's progress. They worked with us to get him moved into the community in a timely manner. The caregivers are there for him whenever he may need assistance. They are very accommodating with the meal times and the options that are available. Sometimes it is hard to reach someone in the evening, however once they get my message they are quick to respond. This community is off the main road and I would recommend it.

We had a nice tour of Mountain View Assisted Living and Memory Care. The staff answered all of the questions we had. It was a clean and well-kept community. It seemed a little too quiet for what we were looking for, it didn't seem like there was enough staff interaction with the residents.

I had a good tour of Victorian Villa, the person that took me around was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and maintained well. It was a good experience to tour, but not the best fit for my mother.

This place has been nothing but wonderful to my mother. The staff have been very patient and have provided her with excellent quality of care. I do wish she would get more involved in the activities they have available but she does enjoy the dinning experience with the other residents. Overall I am pleased and would recommend this place to anyone.

My mom is doing well and we picked this community because it was more close for the family. She has more visitors now. She is getting physical therapy and adjusting very well. The food could be better by using less processed food and more meal choices. We see the place is kept clean. The staff are calling as needed to give updates. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

overall first hand experiences were very good

When I toured Greenfield of Williamsburg, I thought it was a very nice community. The staff was welcoming and the person that took me around gave me good information. It was a good experience but we chose another community that fit my father's needs better.

The staff at this community are attentive and take good care of my husband. I have not been happy with the amount of turnovers with the management staff as it has caused some issues with getting information. The food is good and they offer a variety of options. He has started participating in some of the activities and trips out. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

Things are going pretty good. I do appreciate that Greenfield calls me to give me updates because I do not live close. They have done a very good job with her rehabilitation as well. I would recommend this community to anyone who lives in that area.

The Garnet of Casa Grande was a beautiful place, but it would not have been a good fit for my husband. I was uncomfortable with a number of stairs at this place. I was scared that my husband would fall. I needed something more secure for him.

The staff at the Greenfield Senior Living have been very accommodating. My mother is still adjusting and they are helping as much as they can. The place is very clean, and the caregiver that was taking care of my mother before thought it was a good choice as well. The food is good and they had a lot of holiday activities.

I toured this community. The staff were very nice and were able to answer my questions on the care given here. They had many nice activists that she would have enjoyed. The meals seemed appealing. I think other families would be-be happy here if this is what they are looking for.
