We looked at lots of places and just kept coming back to Lake Wylie. Dad loved seeing the pictures of the veterans up on the wall. The activities are wonderful, they have a huge list of activities that they do every day. Unfortunately my dad does not participate in them. My dad loves the food! The portion sizes are great and he is never really hungry for snack's that I sent with him which is awesome. The administrative staff are not very good about answering calls or emails. When I go visit my dad I have heard that from many other residents as well. They could improve on their communication. The sales lady who worked with us also never replied to anything after we moved him in - she was great up front. Overall it is a good place and he is getting great. We would recommend them to others.

Our loved one has truly found what would be called Home, Lake Wylie Assisted Living facilities are very clean, warm and welcoming. The staff from maintenance team up to the top all collectively work wonderfully with everyone and seem to know many of the residents by name building relationships each one. Could not be happier knowing our loved one is very happy, active and most importantly safe!

From what I saw, Lake Wylie assisted living was well cared for in the rooms and space. The activities were nice for memory care. I loved how they had locks on their cabinets in their rooms to keep the clients from rummaging through their clothes. I can't speak on the food. Also their respite need to be shorter than you have to leave your loved one for 30 days. But my overall experience was good. My only negative that the place is expensive.

The tour experience was good, but the lcoation was further away. They had smaller rooms but it was a larger facility. It was a bit more expensive.

The community is clean, friendly, and the staff are caring here. Some of the residents complain about the minimal amount of food they receive. There are a lot of activities available for the residents to participate in. They even have outings for the residents to partake in. Overall I would recommend the community to others. The staff communication is really good, and they are responsive to emails and calls about our loved one.

Greenfield Senior Living of Spotsylvania was able to handle my loved ones special care needs and the price was right. We would recommend them to others.

We chose Lake Wylie Assisted Living because it was very convenient to where I live and they had availability quickly when we needed it. The staff certainly made you feel like you belonged there and they were always very helpful and friendly as well. I would definitely recommend them.

We went with Lake Wylie because it was the best value for the money in the area. I do think they could do better with meal options and the variety on the menu, the dining experience does seem to be pretty limited. Overall I would recommend to others looking.

I would highly recommend this community to others for their loved ones. The staff are friendly The rooms consist of bedroom, living room, with plenty of space. Local trips, musician, games, and more are available for the residents to participate in for activities.

Facilities were good needs some work. Good security and dining area. Menus were very good nutritional and variety presentation. Staff were excellent very motivated and helpful.

It is a good place for your loved one. They care about the resident, and strive to always do better. The communication is fantastic with the staff. We are in contact weekly about my loved one. I would like to see more caregivers for the residents.

We have not been able to get in past the lobby due to protocols in place for covid. My mom really likes her apartment and the staff here, she said they are very friendly. She does not like the food but it is not that it is bad, she is just not a fan of the options that are on the menu. I would tell others have very clear expectations up front do not leave anything to be assumed. Overall I would recommend them, my mom enjoys her time here and she has made friends.

We chose Greenfield Senior living because it was a smaller facility and the staff members knew all of their residents by name. When we walked in, the place did not smell. The room sizes were comparable to others we saw. I have eaten here before COVID and they do very well with preparing their food and tailor all of the meals to the residents requirements. My favorite part about the community so far has been the responsiveness and friendliness of the staff members. They really work with us if we have any questions. I would highly recommend the community.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are good, and spacious. They did the best they could with the way they were treated. My loved one wouldn't allow any assistance. We moved my loved one to a different community and he did a lot better at the new community.

They staff at Greenfield made an effort to keep the residents engaged in activities. The staff were very attentive to the residents needs. When my mother was discharging from the hospital, we were given seven days to find placement, and Greenfield worked hard and quickly to get my mother moved into their community. My mother was very happy there. I had no issues at all there and I feel it is a very nice place for your loved one.

I believe this facility is the best fit for both of my parents. Location is not ideal but it meets our needs.

This is a nice, well organized place. It has 125 assisted living apartments, well appointed. The studies are quite small.The residents seem to be on the older more feeble side than I've seen elsewhere. The place itself is also older, but clean. Activities good. Personal Transportation at extra cost but shuttle for shopping. $4,000 1 br. My friend would have to use Vet services for catheter. 1st level of assistance is $300 additional, includes medics and activity reminders. For actual assistance with transfers, and being taken to activities, $400 more above that. Grounds nice but not large out fancy. Surrounding city area a bit grungy. Pet friendly. She says 35% men and quite a few vets there. One lady I met says she's been there 21 years and likes it very much. No stoves in Assisted Living places.

Professional, Helpful, caring, home like, smells nice,Tastefully decorated, good food.

My husband was moved to Northglenn Heights in December. It has been difficult for him but the people there have done everything they can to make him comfortable and welcome. I like this place.
