Older community, but nice. Will bring my mother to visit.

My mother is in Memory Care. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I generally feel confident that Mom is receiving quality care. We've had a few occasions of medical issues where communication between the doctor's office and the nursing staff could have been better but if you have someone following up on things everyone is very willing to help. I would like to see a little more attention to cleanliness regarding Mom's bathroom issues but I know she is not co-operative and the staff is trying to manage the situation. Overall I am pleased with our placement choice.

The beautiful facility is staffed by wonderful people. The activity staff is first rate with lots of activities my mother enjoyed. They seem to care for each person as an individual. The caregivers and nurses were all wonderful. The food is good and the kitchen and wait staff were very accommodating when my mother was ill. The only drawback is under staffing. I liked the two tier pricing system for financial predictability, but It leads to insufficient staffing when care needs rise. Returning to a point system -- where you pay for the level of care you receive -- might result in more caregiver staffing.

My husband has been in green oaks for four months. The environment is very clean and welcoming. Looking forward to a better dining environment when all the kinks are worked out. Special recognition to Lori, Daniella, and Tony. They constantly are friendly and possess a great attitude. The residents are fantastic. Very friendly.

Even though this community has had some growing pains in the kitchen, it is still fun place to live. The staff works hard to create a pleasant environment, and there are plenty of fun activities to choose from. I have been a resident in this community for the past 3 months and have found it enjoyable to be here.

I have lived here for about 7 months now and I am happy here. The staff is compassionate and caring, and I get along with all of my neighbors. I love the outdoors and try to take a walk every day, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. This is a nice place to live.

Although dining could use some improvement, the staff is always very friendly and compassionate. They are always ready and willing to help me with whatever I need. I find my fellow residents to be warm and friendly too. Even though Green Oaks Senior Living is a new business and they have had a few growing pains it is still a nice place to live.

This is a lovely community with great amenities and staff. The rooms are too small for what my mom wants and needs, however, and it does not offer assisted living. But if your loved one does not require larger living quarters or assisted living, I would definitely recommend it.

I toured this facility while looking for a place for my Father. This is a brand new facility and it is just beautiful. The atmosphere here is very warming and positive. From management to the caregivers, they always address the residents by name. They really made it feel more like a family. The facility itself is nice, clean, and has a lot of room. The marketing director who gave us the tour was friendly and honest. Unfortunately, they declined my Father and they did not tell us until we called them. There was just a small communication issue with following up. I would recommend other families to tour this community.

A loved one of mine has been at Green Oaks for a couple of months and overall the place is very nice but there has been some issues with management processing paperwork and returning phone calls in a timely fashion. The dining room issues are the biggest complaint. The quality of the food is fair, especially the meat. The dining room is very understaffed and it's not the server's fault that you have to wait so long. The cook is rude and does not treat the servers well which may explain why they keep quitting. Meals are a BIG deal for seniors and they really look forward to having a good dining experience and for the money they pay that’s not happening. This place is gorgrous and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

This facility matched my Mother’s personality perfectly. It’s a smaller community and it’s very quaint. There are a lot fewer residents than other places and it isn’t as intimidating. The staff members here are always friendly and they greet us anytime we're in the halls. For activities they offer things like shopping trips, bridge clubs, and a full calendar of things to do. However, the only thing I didn’t like is the marketing director said they had an orientation to help my mom get acclimated and they didn’t do that. I would recommend this community to other families.

I originally chose this community because my parents would be close to me as well as other family members. The only negative thing I can say is that I thought my parents would be getting more help. My Mother isn’t the kind of person to go out and do things like activities and I was thinking that there would be staff to get her up and encourage her. This is a facility for more independent residents. The facility itself is nice and clean. The food looks really good too. All of the residents I’ve seen look really well cared for and seem to be really happy. I would recommend this community to other people.
