Beautiful place, but seems a little remote. Place is only 1/3 full so I worry about community activities.

The staff and community are friendly and helpful. The in room washer and dryer is very convenient. The staff is very helpful to me when I loose my cell phone or drop my hearing aides. :) This location is near library, stores and post office.

I have enjoyed a family like group here and shared my pleasure here with prospective residents. My family and I are pleased with the care my wife, [name removed], gets in the Memory care unit.

My husband and I have lived here for 1.5 years, and we love it here. The residents care about each other, and we are family. The new management are wonderful and care about our needs. The divine room is improving and the meals have improved, but the wait-time needs to be addressed.

I enjoy living here at Green Oaks. There is always something to do and someone to talk to. I am always busy here. The building and grounds are very well maintained and clean.

We were among the first residents to move to the Enclave at Gilbert when it opened in September, 2018. Our first year has brought us many new friends, a wide variety of activities, a friendly, caring and professional staff, all in a spacious, well-appointed living environment. Over the year, we have welcomed many new residents who continue to bring a diversity of backgrounds and interests to our community. We highly recommend the Enclave at Gilbert to anyone seeking a close-knit "family" atmosphere that promotes wellness, companionship, and security.

Mountain Park is a bright, safe, small community with a responsive friendly staff. Various activities are offered, including different exercise classes, bingo, fun excursions with transportation as well as for church services and appointments for doctors etc. Multiple dining is available as well as frequent entertainment. I am enjoying a very good choice!

Very nice, clean and welcoming. [Name removed] was great in not overwhelming my mother but really identifying what her needs were as well as giving her a comfort level of what would be the next steps.

Visited here and loved the atmosphere. I liked the various activities and outdoor garden area. I felt the smaller group setting would be less intimidating for my mom to get involved. The rooms were a little smaller than what she was use to but would have worked . Unfortunately we have to move mom to a continuous care facility.

The facility is new, updated and well cared for. The food is pretty good but with getting more options for fresh vegetables. Add avocados to the menu. When my mother arrived, the staff welcomed her and many introduced themselves. They could improve on having an Ambassador program where 1-2 residents help the new person to meet with people and guide to who to eat with at meals. It took a month to really connect with some people to eat with similar interest and compatible conversations.

We liked it very much and are seriously considering Westbrook.We are still looking in order to keep our options open but this place is very very nice.

I had a very good feeling touring this facility. Especially, that they had a lock-in so that residents cannot just walk out. Everything was very clean and no funny smells. Residents are engaged in various activities during the day including exercise.

We planned to move my mother-in-law into Dougherty Ferry AL and enroll her in the Residents' Club, a small group of residents in early stages of dementia who were shepherded during the day to meals and activities. Unfortunately, their nursing director's assessment recommended she move directly into memory care. After visiting several other local memory care facilities, we asked their memory care director to assess her. Her recommendation was that my MIL go into AL and Residents' Club. Frustrating -- they should have worked together, instead of assessing her weeks apart and coming up with different recommendations. Finally, we learned that DF had instituted levels of care (5 levels at $500 per level; residents are automatically considered level 1 and charged an extra $500 above monthly rental rates). To our disbelief, they rated my MIL (ambulatory, but slow, with moderate dementia and medications) at the highest level of care, increasing monthly rates by $2,500, and making them one of our more expensive options. We decided to go elsewhere. It is a very nice facility and we liked their memory care environment. They don't seem to skimp on their residents, whether it be facility upkeep, staff, or activities.

I liked what I saw and heard about this facility. The are opening the assisted living after they get licensed in June or July. The facility is new and I like that they will have 7 activities staff and that they have active independent-living tenants as well as assisted and memory care. I also like that dining is on the tenants schedule and flexible vs set times each day for meals. I’d like to go back and have a meal there as mom could not eat the food at the last place.

4 stars as patios very small clean weak on art - that only because I love art 2 bd 2 bath ok 3 meals a day. AD south side favorite skydeck. no incentives no guarantees internet would reach apartment

Liked the facility but the presentation about the place wasn’t as informative as the other places.

The staff is very respectful, kind, and attentive to the residents. I have spent a week at a time there and found this to be the case all the time. I like that they review the care plans regularly and adjust them so my mother has her independence as well as assistance. They have some medical services on site which I found unusual for the assisted living places I have known. That is much appreciated if family do not live in town.

nice place. [Name removed] was great. a bit confusing with 2 dining rooms. 1 bed/den was a nice size place. I need to revisit and get info for assisted living. [Name removed] suggested [name removed] start as independent living-move/transition when needed. I need assisted living info. 2 levels. Directive License? Salon on level 2? can't remember.

I have visited the Green Oaks and found that the staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was very good and their choices were numerous. The building and the apartment was immaculate.
