I really liked this place. If I could pick it up and move it 10 minutes closer it would be 'the one'. The tour was great, residents were interacting with one another and seemed to be having a good time. The ALF studio was a bit small but the one-bedrooms were nice. It's right off the freeway but I heard no traffic noise at all. I could definitely see my mom living here and being happy. I just think we need someplace closer. It's definitely staying on the list but we are going to try to find someplace a little closer. 20 minutes one way just isn't something I want to do every day.

The zoom tour was very informative and [name removed] gave a great tour. Very understanding that we are just starting to gather information

Even during covid they are doing the best that they can to keep the residents active and engaged. There people there are awesome and they really do care about the residents.

A very nice place overall, the staff was great and very personable. They were very good with my father, The rooms were nice sized, and the food was good. I would recommend this community to others

We do really like the activities they offer, and the rooms at this community are bright and sunny. However the only drawback with the rooms is they should have some without carpet, because it is hard with wheel chairs. The food is filling and overall pretty good.

For independent living this is a good place for your loved one. The staff was friendly and nice to deal with. My loved one had a first floor room, and had lots of storage available. The room was bright with windows.

Covid has affected the food and we now get food delivered in containers. We get food cold and the quality is not as good. The staff is wonderful and they could not have hired better people. There are several options for apt sizes and I would recommend this community if you're ok with apts.

I chose Las Palomas because it was a newer facility, the room sizes are spacious and the way the grounds are kept. The staff members here for the most part are very friendly and helpful. The dining room is open so you can eat with other residents which is nice. I enjoy outside visits now with my family, and the entertainment is very good. I would recommend this facility.

The Enclave is a nice place. They see the residents as individuals and I feel they are really taking care of my loved one. My loved one isn't used to the sauces with the food, but that's ok. My loved one's room is nice. The bathroom can be accessed via the hallway or by the bedroom. There is a small kitchen and a balcony as well.

Very clean and cozy. Rooms are good sized, activities were nicely varied.

I liked the fact that it was really light and bright and had a cleaner smell then others I visited, The caregivers were good, however, my mom was 100 % blind and I am not entirely sure that were equipped to care for her, but they did. I would recommend this community to other families.

I had a virtual tour of this community. I liked it very much. seems more affordable, very clean and new feeling. Also has a larger group of assisted folks - so more potential friends for dad. They had a good list of activities including a group that goes on daily walks. Really need to find a way to visit in person, before I could commit...also need to negotiate the monthly rental charge a bit.

The biggest value before COVID was the activities and music. She is a very social , but since COVID the activities stopped, which is so difficult. We chose this community because the location and my mother also was able to decide and she chose it, I would recommend this community. One of the residents during our tour told us that we couldn't find a better place, it was amazing. My mom has made friends and it is a great fit for my mom. My mom loves the food and has gained weight. We have had some frustration with the medication ordering through the in house pharmacy.

The layout of the rooms is wonderful. The rooms are big, very spacious. They have a lot of different floor plans. The units have full size washers and dryers. The space is very user friendly. Food quality is sporadic. The staff is nice.

I am impressed with how they have handled the Covid issues. I am also impressed with the communication. I feel comfortable that they are taking care of my mom and keeping me informed. Since I live out of state communication is so important. I like the size of the community. I feel a larger size community would have intimidated my mom. My mom would like to see more variety in the menu. They could improve the transportation options. It is difficult for me to book transportation for my mom’s doctor appointment. I would like them to take residents to the library.

A little larger - 106 units in Independent Living wing. Obviously new, clean and comfortable. Outer portions of the wings are very quiet, even the first floor. Two central elevators. Nice patios on 1BR units, esp. overlooking pool. Nice patio both in front and around pool. Dining avail. 7 am - 7 pm. Full size W/D in rooms. Facility seems kind of 'isolated and sun baked', in a new development former farmland area with few trees. Nice view of the San Tans over casitas to the south. Some availability now, otherwise wait list varies up to 6 months depending on unit desired.

My mother was a resident at the Westbrook memory care facility for almost three years. Our family was very pleased with the service and caring the staff gave to our mother. I did not live close to the facility but I could always count on the director or staff at the facility to make sure she was cared for. I was always notified in a timely manner if there were health issues with my mother or if she needed my attention. My mother passed away but I know she had quality of life in the last few years at Westbrook.

The apartments were amazing and facility was beautiful. We koved the amenities. The transportation was very limited and the cost was quite a bit higher.

Very warm and welcoming place. We felt very comfortable there and the residents we ran into were happy. Our guide focused on our needs, which was care vs. spending time reviewing the dinner menu. Room sizes small, which may or may not work for people transitioning in from large homes. Liked the fact that meals were part of the monthly charge. We felt they really listened to what was important to us right now.

We enjoyed our tour and lunch at Shawnee Hills Senior living center. [Name removed] and I were impressed with the centers more appearance. The apartments that we were showed offered very spacious. The residents were very friendly.
