We toured Fox Trail and it was a very nice facility but it was too expensive.

Overall, they have been very responsive and seem to care about their residents. The outside of the facility at least is in reasonable shape but could benefit from some updating. The care providers range from good to excellent, with some variability from person to person. We like the small size of the facility, and the access that that provides. For the most part, communication has been pretty good. However, when Covid hit, they transferred our loved one to another facility to receive a higher level of care. And communication suffered a little bit during that time. I'm not sure whose fault that was, on which side. But that was the only time we had an issue.

I chose Fox Trail mainly because it was a smaller community that only focuses on dementia and memory care. It is very difficult because of the pandemic, I have only been inside a few times but I have not been able to see his room or anything like that. Overall from what I have seen, I would recommend.

Feels like home. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were bright and furnished. Love the staff. Great place. To have your love one stay.

I finally stopped by while I was driving home since we're becoming concerned about Mom being alone. She is getting lost, etc. But I found such a lovely home. It's hard to believe this is for seniors and it looks more like a bed and breakfast place. It's clean and the people were doing puzzles and coloring before dinner. And the food smelled good!

I am impressed by the model Fox Trail uses in its facilities. These are smaller, homelike dwellings, accommodate a max of 16 'clients' and are set in home neighborhoods. The longevity of staff at the Cresskill and Ramsey facilities is impressive; I did not obtain the longevity figures for the staff at Paramus. Nonetheless, the residents I saw a noontime seemed content, active, involved with a physical therapist, and the staff director seems pleasant and well informed. The care is individual, the 'clients' rooms are quite small, but they don't need to be big. The distance to travel to any of the NJ facilities is a potential deal breaker for me as I live in Manhattan, and it takes a lot of time (abut 3 hrs per day) to get there and return by public transportation. In sum, I believe my wife would be content and comfortable in any of the Fox Trail facilities. i like the small, home atmosphere. 9I's ditto this review for the Ramsey location.)

I have no complaints of how things had went for my loved one and I during our tour of this community, The staff did a nice job with the presentation and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked the spacious dinning room they had as well as other amenities for the residents. It was just not the right fit for us in the end decision.

The Memory Care Living at Park Ridge is a very nice and well-maintained community. The reason we chose this community is our overall impression of how homey and warm the atmosphere is here. The staff is friendly and caring and attentive to my mom's care needs. I have not yet dined with my mom here, but the food looks good. There are activities that the staff is trying to encourage my mom to participate in. They have a nice veranda for the residents to get outside to take in the fresh air. I would recommend this community to others.

This community looked well taken care of when we visited. The person that took us on tour was friendly and knowledgeable. They have an enclosed courtyard for memory care and they seem to have some nice amenities.

I had a good experience overall with all the Memory Care Living community's. My tour of this particular facility went well. All the Memory Care Living community's is great. It was just finding the right fit for my mother, and her needs.

This community did not seem to offer the level of care my loved one needed. The community seemed nice and the people I met were helpful. This community allows pets and offers activities.

I toured this community along with a few more and I think they were all good. The lady that took me on the tour was very nice and professional, she had information ready for me. Every candidate looking for assisted living is different and has their own needs. I found another facility that fit my mothers needs best.

I thought this place was lovely and had a lot of great amenities to offer all of there residents. The staff where very friendly and had a lot of great packages available for my parents. They also did a great job at maintaining a clean and organized facility. It was just more of a location problem for my family on why we did not choose this place.

I enjoyed my tour of this community, it is a nice place. Everyone was very kind to my family, and myself. The community looked great. You could tell they do a good with the cleanliness of the facility. The staff was friendly, and informative. My questions were answered. They have a good memory care unit, and my tour with well.

All is well for my mother since her move to this community. Everything is working out very well, and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. Everyone one here is awesome. The staff is excellent, and very helpful. They do a great job keeping everything nice, and clean. The community looks really nice. This is the perfect community for my mother,and her needs. I would highly recommend it, it is working out well for us.

We really like the "home" atmosphere and would seriously consider this house an option for my mother. We really liked the outdoor space and their ideas of engaging my mother in day to day chores and activities. The staff appear to be exceptional in engaging the residents. However, given that the ratio is mostly male and the scheduled activities are more limited than other alternatives, we are carefully considering other options.

The tour I had of the community went fine. Their care and staff had nothing wrong. I thought it looked nice but it was not going to fit the personality of my loved one.

This has been a great community for my father. My dad seems to be improving here due to the great help. The staff is excellent and caring about his needs. The meals are wonderful with a good variety to choose from. My father's room is kept clean and the grounds are well kept. Activities are offered for him to keep active. I highly recommend this facility for great care.

Seems like a good place. Some very caring staff...some not so much. Good manager. Like the fact that it is small. More like a family setting. Unfortunately things go missing. That could happen anywhere. May be understaffed at times. The facility seem to be well thought out. Hard to get lost even with memory issues.
