The staff at Cresskill are the most caring and compassionate group of people. They treat my mom like family and that is very comforting to me.

My mother has been a resident in Hillsdale 1 for almost four years. My experiences with the staff has been exceptional. Kristine, Elizabeth, Jennifer, Sondra, James and Lucy to name just a few have gone above and beyond in every aspect of mom's care. I sleep better knowing she is being care for and attended to by the best. The few occasions that any questions arose, my quires were looked into and answered within a day. I visit quite often and at various times of the day, I have found things always running smoothly. Due to the nature of the diagnosis of the residents there have been times when someone might be having a difficult day. The staff is always on top of the situation and providing proper assistance to the resident involved and to those not involved they are not even aware of any difficulties. The entertainment is enjoyable and gets the residents as involved as they wish. Family members like myself become involved if they wish to by dancing and singing with all the residents. It reminds me of having a special family that knows we all face difficulties but all wish for the very best outcome in the residents lives. They live in their special world and while we are with them we are all caring guests that only want the best for them.

The staff has been extremely supportive of our mother's needs during her transition to Memory Care Living, Montville, NJ. Kerry [removed] and the staff are very respectful and maintain a high level of professional care at Memory Care Living. The meals, activities program, appearance and environment to include safety are all designed to show what is so special about Memory Care Living, Montville, NJ.

A place for mom helped me with my sibling who has ALZ. When I spoke with Janet from memory care living in mahwah I thought this was the right place. My sibling is 64 and did not belong in a nursing home or a facility that felt like one. I can not say enough nice things about this place and all the help The help make the residence feel like they are home. At this point of there journey that is all that matters. Wayne who is the activity director also serves lunch and snacks. Wayne treats each resident like they are in a restaurant and they love the special attention.My sibling says the food there is excellent The staff is very aware of all the residents whereabouts at all time. The home is so clean and the laundry is done for the residents once a week. I really appreciate talking to my sibling on the hours phone once a day.

Memory Care has a great general manager. She is helpful, answers all my questions, easily reached, smart, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. I like Memory Care because it is a small home setting. My Mom would get lost in a large setting. It gives my Mom an opportunity to interact with the same people and get to know everyone. She enjoys the activities. My Mom has a nice room and is happy in it.

My mother entered the residence on a Friday. That Sunday night she fell & fractured her arm. The staff at Memory Care did everything they could to help, including taking care of the hospital admissions paperwork, which I appreciate greatly. Their staff is very capable, professional, congenial and make my mother's life as pleasant as possible. In addition, the facility itself is designed as a beautiful house, not an institution, which makes living & visiting there much more pleasant. I highly recommend them.

My dad lives at Memory Care Living at Chester. We are very happy with the whole situation. It is very clean and very friendly. So far we have had a positive interaction with the doctors who visit the center, so that is good. I can't really comment on the activities since I am not there all the time - only when I visit. Overall we are very pleased and feel that our dad is getting wonderful, loving care.

We chose this place because of it's safer, more personal approach. The building itself is a house converted into a care center, not an institution like a nursing home. The living area is an open space, consisting of living room, dining room, and kitchen so residents are always visible to the staff, yet each resident has their own bedroom for privacy. Meals are made in the kitchen by the staff, adjusted to each residents needs. If my mother sleeps late, she still gets fed. The staff is friendly and caring. The home is conveniently located, the only draw back is the small parking area. And the cost.

I chose it because of the small amount of people there. It's a more intimate setting than being in a large group of elderly people. It's as home-like as it could possibly be. I didn't want my mother in a place that feels like an institution. The caregivers bend over backwards for you. I had an issue with the quality of the food. They were using cheap bread and a lot of canned things. I brough this to their attention and then I saw some whole wheat bread on the table instead of the cheap bread. One thing I don't like is that in the contract it says the common area is for the quiet enjoyment of the residents but there's a couple of ladies that sing and talk loud and especially during dinner, it's disruptive to the other residents and it upsets my mom. The aids do their best but they can't just keep them in their rooms. I haven't seen many activities, so I can't comment on those.

The staff works hard and are patient with the residents. They consistently engage the residents in activities. The food is varied and my Mom generally enjoys it. My Mom had moved once into a fairly bigger room, but the room sizes are generally on the smaller size. The community is kept clean. I would like to see my Mom's room swept more often though. I had one experience when my Mom complained to me about an outside medical technician that I feel was not taken as seriously as it should have been. She told me that he was nasty and impatient. Overall, Fox Trail is a good place to entrust with your loved ones care.

Staff was very good and [name removed] in particular was fantastic and sets Fox trail apart from others since [name removed] is well schooled in dealing with dementia persons and supporting family. Negative is that they did not have a nurse at the Montville facility

I would recommend they take care of her. She's always clean, dressed and well fed.

Other families should know, that they are very responsive to the residents and their family's needs.

The staff is very kind and friendly. They get to know each resident and adapt care accordingly. I would recommend this facility depending on the need of the consumer. The facility is not upscale it is home like and for me easy to visit whenever I want to see my husband.

Fox Trail gave a good tour. The staff were helpful and answered all of our questions. It was just a different type of facility - with not as big of a staff, and a completely different atmosphere than we felt would suit our loved one's needs.

We had a very good tour with Fox Trail. The facility looked nice and staff did a great job showing us what all they offered. We liked that they solely focus on memory care and Alzheimer's residents. We just found another facility that was closer by that fit our needs a little better.

Fox trail gave us a good tour, after looking at many others, this facility is nicer and more fancy and up to date with decor.

We chose Fox Trail memory care because of the location as well as the dementia care that they provided. The staff seems very friendly and accommodating, they are not put off at all by the residents and do a great job. I would recommend to others looking.

We toured Fox Trail and it was a very nice facility but too expensive for what we were looking for.
