This is a wonderful company. They work with each resident and guide them in doing things they’re interested in to keep their minds and bodies working. My mother is a very picky eater and she likes the food!! She also loves the staff like her own family. The operator is very knowledgeable about dementia. The activities program is the best I have experienced.

The staff at Memory Care Living are very friendly and professional. They are very attentive to all of mom's dietary restrictions. I have sat in on some of the activities and was impressed with the house involvement. They work hard to get all residents involved in daily activities. With increased activities I have seen a decrease in mom's depression. I give all the credit for my mom's happiness to Memory Care Living.

The staff is committed to personal care, Everyone there is friendly, dedicated, and treats everyone like family. My dad has been in 6 residences in the past year and a half and this is the only one I will recommend.

This was my final choice. a really different kind of place, small, like a group home instead of a facility. staff is awesome and very welcoming when I brought him yesterday. I have a very high confidence level that this was the best place for him.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought Memory Care Living at Cresskill seemed like a very nice place, overall! The community was warm, friendly, and really felt like home. The rooms are a nice size, and it had a nice looking yard. It was just very inviting and comfortable feeling, in general!

We toured this facility and we could not find anything wrong with it. It was very clean, great location and the staff was very nice and they seemed caring. Unfortunately, we ended up going with assisted living instead. I would however, recommend this place to other people, who are looking for a great and safe place for their loved ones.

The staff could really get to know each resident as an individual. They do a great job looking after the people who live here, everyone seemed safe and secure.

It is excellent. It's going really well. It's clean and friendly, and they are attentive. This was much less expensive than a lot of the places I looked. I was glad they had an opening, a lot of these places have a waiting list.

I especially like the people, the smallness of it, the individual care. Everyone knows everyone. The one drawback right now is that the parking lot is a little small, but it's because of construction. The staff is excellent, I find no problems there; the food is excellent. The location is better than the previous location where we had him; it's 15 minutes from my home, very convenient. The activity director is excellent. She can do many things with many people at the same time. The gentleman that I have staying there is rather solitary and spends a lot of time reading by himself. But they have luncheons and parties, and he enjoys them. He is very comfortable there; he loves it. He basically likes the independence of not being on a lock down unit. Even though it is a lock down unit, he can go outside and walk around and get fresh air without someone being with him constantly. I'm very pleased with it. They've been more than cooperative. Anything I've asked has been done.

This is a smaller setting home like place. The staff are caring and attentive. They helped mom transition in her new home with such care. This place for my moms needs perfectly. Janice Taylor was wonderful and Marilyn is kind and knowledgeable. I know my mom is in the right place!! Thank you Dino DiPaolo at a place for mom for helping to lead me to these awesome people!

I've been very impressed with the service so far at Memory Care of South River. The facility itself is beautiful, and they always keep it clean and well kept. The staff are friendly, professional, and very caring. They're great about staying in touch with families, and they always let me know very quickly if anything goes wrong. I'd give them high marks across the board!

Memory Care Living at Park Ridge has done an excellent job so far taking care of my loved one. It's a nice looking, well kept facility, and the staff are all very very kind, caring, and professional. They are well versed in Alzheimer's care and have been able to handle any issue that has come up very well.

So far everything seems perfect! I like that it is a smaller community, with a warmer more home-like feeling. The residents in the common area seemed happy, and the kitchen area is nice. The homemade meals seem better than the other meals I had at similar communities. The staff are always on-hand and ready to help, and provide great care.

She was there just for a month and it was great. They're willing to build a relationship with me, they were willing to not burden me with "you're going to leave your mom here permanently" and they'll charge excessive fees. A lot of places charge these crazy fees if you're only there a short time. They said they would be available when we need them when a lot of places said "well, if you aren't going to move in now then we can't guarantee well have a place." I understand this is a business, I run a business, but there's people involved in this one. Kathleen and the entire staff I think they're really nice and they did a really great job in making my mom feel good and making me feel comfortable. They responded to me, I wan't gone the whole month, but they sent me pictures and that made me feel good.

They are just a wonderful community. Everything has been going great so far. They are a dedicated Alzheimer community so they know what they are doing. We are very pleased with them. They are very caring and the care they are providing. Seems like they really want to get to know their residents and provide them great care. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is a wonderful place for alzheimer's and dementia patients. They always care for the residents and always watch over them. If there is an outburst they deal with it in a kind gentle manner. The workers are always smiling, they call the residents by their first names, they take them by the hand and will escort them to restrooms when needed. Very, very kind place, just wonderful!

They "get" the needs of dementia residents and so keep the population small and fill their days w/ activities and exercise. But the Paramus home did feel a bit claustrophobic to me, with a small backyard on a very busy street. Perhaps other homes of theirs are/feel more spacious, but more importantly, they don't accept Medicaid.

It's really nice, kind of like a boutique memory care. It's much nicer than the normal institutions and I think it's safer because there are fewer people. It's very nice; I've already referred a friend to Fox Trail Memory Care Living at Hillsdale East.

I would highly recommend. It's my mother in law here, she is getting good care. She is nice and clean, she is happy there. She doesn't want to run away and leave. We are very happy with her being there. They always tell family to come and visit as often as they can.
