I have had my mom in several places and this is the best place that she has been. My mom is in an apartment here, she loves her apartment and the people who live around her They have all become friends and buddies. They have an awesome cafeteria and the foods are good, they have a salad bar and the foods they serve are very fresh. They have two choices for each meal. They have golf, a club house where they can play card games, a library, computer room, etc. I would most definitely recommend. The staff members are very nice.

[name removed] was awesome. She answered all of our questions and showed us virtual around the property. Very friendly and very helpful. I could see [name removed] living at Legacy at Bear Creek.

The community is very clean, has a cleaning lady that comes once a wee., The staff is very friendly. There is a food allowance, but during COVID they did not have to pay for the food. Food is excellent, great chef! They have a happy hour as well. There is a game room, which includes Wii bowling, and bingo. They have a exercise room, a movie theater and a coffee shop diner. The community is very nice. Would recommend this to a family or friend.

The staff here is wonderful. Everyone is willing to help with any problem you may have. If they can't help they will find someone who can. They are doing a great job with covid 19, keeping us all safe. The food is very good most of the time. My only complaint is we still don't have a dedicated area for the dogs to play.

I am assured that my mother is getting continued excellent care without having to do unannounced checks on the Bedford. We, of the family, have elevated appreciation for the loving care.

We relocated to Roseville in 2019. We are the caretakers of our elderly mother and began looking for a safe, clean, friendly, accommodating and social Community for her to live in. After visiting other community facilities and based on above criteria we selected Mistywood. All Staff at every level are friendly, available to meet and discuss questions, kind, caring and compassionate to all residents. Each day there are activities for every interest. Everyday you are greeted and welcomed by a friendly face and smile. We are happy with the choice we have made and would certainly recommend Mistywood.

My mother expressed an interest in selling her home and moving to Mistywood after attending a senior driver safety course there. She is very fit and active so I was surprised. We scheduled a tour and toured alternate options before settling on Mistywood. She has never regretted her decision. It is such a blessing to know she is in a community of her peers and, though she hasn’t needed it, help is always nearby. We have found the staff and the overall culture to be kind, patient and positive. They provide an abundant variety of activities and entertainment, allowing residents to participate at their comfort level without pressure. Visiting my mother feels like stopping her home as usual and everyone makes me feel welcome when I join her in the dining room or around the community. I appreciate the compassionate care they show each And every resident!

We couldn’t be more pleased with the Bedford. They provide the most caring & professional atmosphere for their residents than any place around. [name removed] is an incredible manager & she has our greatest respect. The property is always beautifully decorated & so clean & inviting. Our sister had been there almost 3 years & we have never had a complaint. We want to thank each one of the staff for all they do. We know it takes a community of caring people to make the Bedford what it is!! Thanks again!!

I have been a resident here for several years, and I have had nothing but positive experiences in my interactions with management, staff, and residents. I consider them to be my friends. Management is easily accessible and quick to respond, being very knowledgeable in all operational aspects. Staff is amazing, and continues to supply very high levels of service, even with the COVID 19 Pandemic. From Maintenance to Management...excellent!

The thing that meant the most to us was all of the activities available They keep her very busy. The staff are very helpful , friendly, and we appreciate them. The food the good. We chose this community because she fell in love with it. She loves her little apartment and she loves all the activities, and she goes every single one of them. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

After years of research and visiting over a dozen facilities, my husband and I moved to the Murano. We just love it here! This gorgeous facility offers an innovative model for senior care, from independent living through assisted living services and memory care. Management is highly responsive and staff is very caring. State fo the art health and fitness opportunities are facilities to individual needs. The food is truly amazing, both delicious and highly nutritious. Our days are filled with fun and creative activities. Highly recommend!

The architecture = extremely great. In all details, all furnishing - chairs, meeting rooms, the best. The working staff could not be better. Makes you feel at home. The food excellent - tasty, plenty of food, snacks, drinks. Music, is entertaining - always special gifts, candy, drinks. Kind words - letting you know they're here to help you. Keeping your place very clean, healthy, happy. Appreciated.

Anyone considering moving into a senior living facility should choose the Murano. The staff is outstanding. Ask and you shall receive. [Name removed] the chef is really great! [Name removed] the food and beverage manager is outstanding. [Name removed] the program supervisor is incredible. She contacts us by email every day now that we are on lockdown and gives us websites we can do on using Zoom. I've had visitors who said they are looking forward to turning 55 so they can move in! [Name removed] is the greatest! She convinced me to move in so I'm in her debt.

Both prior to and during COVID-19 Murano services have been beyond excellent. Prior to COVID-19 the staff and residents created a very rich and vibrant community. Now in the middle of COVID-19 pandemic, the staff with the use of technology has continued to engage and enrich our lives while emphasizing "staying healthy!"

Great facility-beautiful and welcoming. Great team of staff members always working to make our lives safer, happier, and healthier.

It is excellent here. Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with, staff and residents included.. The staff are very helpful and they do a good job cleaning. They are really great. I just enjoy living here. They offer all varieties of food. I would say that the food is average but not gourmet. They offer a lot of menu options as well. I chose this community because it was relatively new and it is in an excellent location in downtown Burien with shops and restaurants in walking distance. I would very much recommend this community.

The memory care is great, and private. The community is clean and bright and does not smell like a nursing home.The staff is helpful. They have a nice garden area in the back. It could use some help with the landscaping. Prior to the quarantine they had lots of activities and went on outings weekly. They have taken very good care of my father in law and our whole family.
