The Greenfield Senior Living facility is a beautiful, spotlessly clean and fresh smelling, home-like environment. I know that my Mom's last two months of life were enriched by being at Greenfield. I never worried one minute about my Mom being cared for. I had peace of mind which is priceless. The genuine respect for human life, caring, love and attention only got better as Mom's health declined. I cannot say enough good things about each and every employee. I made the decision to move Mom to Greenfield when she needed to leave her home. A decision I have never regretted. My Mom's last two months of life were enriched by being at Greenfield. The jewels in the crown called "Greenfield" are the wonderful people who work there.

Our mother has been a resident of Oxton Place (formerly Summer's Landing) for over a year. In that time, we have been more than pleased with the attitude of the staff and with the care they have provided. The facility is always clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The residence was purchased by new owners earlier this year, and they have been in the process of upgrading the services and the facility. The residents are encouraged to participate in activities designed for stimulation and fun. Although there have been several personnel changes in the past few months, the level of care has remained high, with the staff being constantly alert and aware of changes in our mother's health.

Things are going very well with Northglenn Heights, I have heard nothing but good things from my loved ones! The staff is very friendly, and the nurses in particular have been very sweet to my loved one. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they seem to take great care of the people who live here!

My Mother has lived at The Garnet for over 5 years now, thru 3 Directors, frequently changing staff and policy changes which have increased her monthly costs. Tammy, the current Directory, has been there through all these changes, advancing from Business Mgr., to her current position---she has always been friendly, approachable, open minded and loyal to the policies and procedures she is responsible for enforcing, yet, she does her very best to keep her 'residents' safe, happy and their 'homes' affordable. She is a remarkable asset to The Garnet and I believe the 'Garnet' Family is fortunate to have her. My Mother is happy and feels safe there...I think some of the costs are too high, but, bottom line....in my mothers words, "if you can't live at home, this is the next best place to be."

I can't say enough on how great I think the Garnet of Casa Grande is. The care given is excellent. The family atmosphere is one of the things that make the Garnet a good choice for us. Another big asset in my opinion are the Care Givers, they are nurturing, caring and loving.

Our experience with Greenfield Senior Living has been a good one! The staff are very responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable about handling my loved one's particular issues. We knew the transition was going to be difficult for her, but the staff here really managed to stay out in front of any issues and handle things before they became problems.

I am really glad we picked Northglenn Heights for my mother. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I does take a couple of weeks to get everyone on board and settled in. My mom says the food is exceptionally good. She has never complained about the quality or quantity of food. The residents are all happy and cheerful and nice to talk with. The apartments are spacious and each have their own temperature control. Laundry and cleaning of the apartment are included with the monthly fee. The Cleanliness of the facility is very good. It does not smell like most of the other facilities that I visited. I enjoy walking into the lobby and seeing everyone smiling and having a good time. Picking Northglenn Heights was the best thing for my mother.

No family ever wants to make the decision to place a loved one any place other than their home. I was first impressed with the "apartment" Mom would live in. It had lots of light and fabulous tile floors that look like a wood floor. The rooms are a large size that allows enough space for a bed, dresser, several chairs (including a recliner) and side tables--I even brought in her vertical dollhouse that is about the size of a grandfather clock. They are not called rooms and it was hers to decorate as she wished. I brought in as many of her favorite things as possible so she would feel more like this was her place and not something else. After three hospital stays and two rehabs I wanted to make sure the room "spoke" to her through her cherished belongings. The staff is fabulous. Everyone pitches in no matter what the problem or concern. They have top rate nurses and aides but are still adding new people. So while I adore many of her caregivers, we are still constantly learning about new ones and making sure they know special things about Mom. For our placement, the decision was made to place Mom in the Memory Care Unit as her vascular dementia increased. The staff is very good at reminding her about things she needs to be reminded of daily. Best of all if she wants to sleep until 10 in the morning (and she usually does), they don't push her to get up and dressed. They simply keep her breakfast until she gets up, has help being cleaned up and dressed for the day, and then is walked with down to the common dining area where her meal is warmed up. She has a walker now and can walk on her own, but having that caring staff there beside her gives my Dad and I a lot of comfort. There are unexpected treats brought to the rooms or served in the common areas. Small gifts show up from time to time. There are a large amount of activities to choose from daily including going out to lunch on Thursdays with the group. The facility is still very new and still shaking out a few things but really minor things. The important things are all in place and she seems happy for the most part. There will always be a day or two that she says she misses home, but she is socializing more at Greenfield than she ever would at home. After almost two months now, Dad and I don't rush to get there each day or stay every waking minute with her. Our confidence in Greenfield is such that we can entrust them with my Mom of 56 years and Dad's wife of 65 years. I don't think it will ever be easy, but we believe it is best for all.

My mother is extremely happy here. She has friends and activities that she enjoys. Her apartment is precious. The staff seems very friendly and caring to my mom. She has respect for the staff I am very frustrated that after over 2 weeks of residency I have no confidence that I have filled out all of the proper paperwork. All of the forms for residency were filled out. However, there are multiple authorization forms that have to be filled out and those are all dealt with separately. Administratively there needs improvement at this community. There seems to be communication issues among the staff. If you ask simple questions it seems that there is only one person to ask and it is not clear who that person is. Example of this a flyer that is put out to the families but when questions arise two people did not know the answer.

We are very pleased with the accommodations, the responsiveness to inquiries, and suggestions. The food is very good; options are available if the main menu isn't liked by the resident. The facility is brand new and clean. Sarah, the Activities Coordinator is wonderful. She's always doing things with the residents, trying new things to get residents involved. All of the staff are very friendly, helpful and concerned about every resident and the families of the residents.

So far the staff has been amazing. The caregivers are loving cheerful and have gone out of their way to make sure my mom is comfortable. My mom says the food is OK. Some meals are great others not so great. She is just now getting into the activities after getting settled in. Love that they have a medical group that comes to the community to take care of the residents if you choose to have them measure PCP. It seems like the staff really enjoys working there and enjoy working with each other, very team oriented. The housekeeping team is by far the best I've seen they only do light cleaning on the apartment and the ladies that do the laundry are very, very good. They even fold and hang out my mom's clothes. The director of nursing has been extremely easy to work with and very helpful in getting set up with doctors and pharmacies not only in a new community, but a new state. The apartment is very well laid out and there is lots of closet space with large shelves.

I chose VV initially due to location and I liked that it was a smaller facility. Everyone is very friendly and hard working. The facility is kept clean and well maintained. The activity director who is fairly new is doing a great job and my mom enjoys going to the activity room. She has been there almost 2 months and we are very happy so far.

What we like the most about the community is that they are very friendly, call me by name, and treat my wife with respect. The staff is great

What we like the most about the community is the food was excellent. The physical therapist was very caring. And it was a great value.

Really like the people, but they seem a bit understaffed. Also had a tough time getting work orders finished when things were broken. Memory care is compact, which seemed like a weakness, but my dad actually likes it because he never feels lost/he's never far from other people.

Great location, friendly staff, my Mom is happy there and much healthier than when she was living alone, provides us state of mind that she is safe and well taken care of. They stay busy with activities.

The facility and staff are both good. My mother has made friends and the staff treat them all with care. As with every place there could be improvement but my mother is very happy and comfortable

We had a great experience there. All of the staff are good at what they do and they were so nice to mom and took good care of her.

We needed a place in Northglenn or Thornton and this was the best price in that area. We would have chosen a different place but for the price this was best. As for staff, the previous director did a poor job and has been replaced. (Regulatory issues, I think). It's too early to tell about the replacement.

Cambridge Landing is clean and has a nice director and helpful head nurse. The staff take good care of the residents, they're a caring staff. They have daily activities. Meals are good. It's not cheap but the price is similar to others. It seems to be very safe.
