I moved into Brookdale Glen Ellyn about 5 months ago and believe it was one of the best decision I’ve made. From the moment I walked in I have been treated with respect and caring. It really does feel like home. The administration and staff work very hard to make sure we are well taken care of. There are many opportunities throughout the day to enjoy a variety of activities. I especially enjoy the live entertainment that happens almost everyday. This community is located a very short distance from grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Brookdale provided bus transportation each day for those residents who choose to use it. The dining room is open for breakfast and dinner and provides high quality meals served restaurant style. Brookdale is also located next to a very large park with walking paths and on nice days I enjoy walking there. If you are interested in other forms of exercise there is daily B-Fit classes along with water aerobics and a health club.

Everyone is friendly and welcoming at Brookdale Hawthorn Lakes. My grandma lives there and raves about how much she loves it. Overall, it is a wonderful place and I am happy my grandma is happy living there.

Bringing my mom to TN due to a family emergency was extremely difficult, but the Brookdale staff has been very warm and supportive. They have made her transition as seamless as possible, while being friendly and caring over her first two months there.

This is a fantastic place to call home! My parents are residents here at Brookdale Hawthorn Lakes and are very happy. The staff is lovely, the social activities and events are wonderful and the care is great.

The entire staff is always courteous and helpful, and makes sure every resident has what they need. Great care is taken both inside and outside. There are many great social activities, events and outings.

I have a had a wonderful experience so far at Brookdale Hawthorn Lakes in Vernon Hills! Lisa has been great showing me around the beautiful community and I am looking forward to living here! I am moving in soon.

I've had a great experience @ Brookdale! I've grown very close to staff and certain residents. They have always treated me great. Care staff is always helpful and I would recommend Brookdale Arvada to everyone! Activities are wonderful and help keep me busy. Exercise class is my favorite because they make it fun!

From the very first day the staff has been very responsive and professional in rendering service. The room and bathroom clean up is as expected and well done. I would recommend their facility and its services to any potential new residents.

Brookdale PGI has been a good fit for my mom. Prior to moving to Brookdale PGI she was living in her own home. I was concerned about her being home alone and felt that a structured environment with regular meals and activities would be a good idea. It was becoming harder for me to "fill in" for her and keep an eye on things since I have a full time job. Mom is doing exceptionally well and has remarkably improved since she has moved to Brookdale PGI. She is happy and comfortable and gets a lot of individual attention and personal care. She really enjoys socializing with everyone - both staff and residents spend quality time with her. Everyone is so nice. Mom thinks Brookdale PGI is her home and she is right!

Brookdale at Monument Valley Park (BMVP) warmly welcomed my Mom the first time she walked through the door. The beautiful facility feels like a home, with calming, peaceful sun filled rooms. Caring attentive staff guide activities that range from a daily exercise program to social outings to movies to music programs to interactive games. The residents enjoy delicious chef inspired menu choices at each meal in the dining rooms sitting with friends. Housekeeping and laundry are among the benefits when the choice is made to live the best years at BMVP. It’s simply the best place!

My loved one was previously a resident at Brookdale Leawood State Line and our experience at this facility was excellent! Great food, friendly staff, easy access to the Executive Director, Director of Nursing and other staff members. The rooms were pretty standard, but clean. We had an excellent experience there. I would recommend Brookdale Leawood State Line to family and friends.

I have worked alongside Brookdale for the care of my mil. I strongly suggest that if you have a loved one in a care facility that you take a tour and meet the staff of this facility. We have been in several and finally ended up here because we wanted to move her closer to us. The staff is experienced and they provide dignity, support and significant care for all their patients. They have worked with our family in person, by phone or text. I get notified immediately if anything occurs -whether it seems important or not. (When you are the family in this situation,-it is always important.) It truly shows how much they value their residents by the way their care is met on a daily basis. Walking them to the dining room, swinging in just to say hello with a friendly smile and the way everyone knows you by name. Nursing is on top of the residents PT/OT- this is quite a relief to the family. They have physicians, X-ray and orthopedic come to facility. Huge thumbs up!
