Brookdale

At this point based upon my experience so far I give a 5 to each category with the exception of Meals/Dining and Activities The ONLY reason I'm unable to completely comment is I haven't personally had experience with the Meals/Dining ... although I will say the dining room is quite nice, clean, open and smells nice when cooking / eating is going on. I also appreciate the little bar that's always available with fruit and or herb iced water. As for Activities again my experience with Brookdale is short so I'm not completely familiar with all the activities going on or not going on / scheduled

We were blessed to become aware of your facility and do happy that my sister in law, Ann Burrow is living there. That being said, Ann recently told me that your head chef recently left and his replacement has not been providing tasty meals….

The move in process for Brookdale Niagara was very smooth. The staff asked a lot of questions about my aunt and uncle, their likes and dislikes, food preferences etc. They wanted as much information as possible to ensure that they were providing the best possible experience at Brookdale. The staff are extremely approachable and friendly. Communication with the family is great. I am kept updated on any and all issues that may arise. The accommodation and meals are first class. My aunt, who is quite a picky eater, is thoroughly enjoying the meals. My uncle enjoys the activities, especially the bowling. The move was the best decision I made. They are safe, well fed and cared for. I couldn't imagine them anywhere else. I would recommend Brookdale Niagara to others.

Enjoyed the visit, met a lot of potential friends! The food and staff were super helpful. [name removed] was very sweet and had a bubbly personality! The ED introduced herself after my lunch and already knew who I was!

I came in to look at apartments and have lunch with my daughter and son in law at Grand Court. We all had the fried catfish and it was delicious. The apartments were spacious and people were all very friendly. I will be going back!

[name removed] has blossoms with new friendships. Exercise daily she doesn't miss. Movies, lectures. Loves have her friends share a meal with her, the food is excellent. Her care takers take great care for her. Her hygiene is excellent

Our families overall experience with Brookdale Tanque Verde has been very good so far in all the categories that are listed. For those who are looking for a community for their loved ones, we would recommend Brookdale Tanque Verde.

It's a great place. I love the workers, the managers, the food, and my room.This is my home from now on!!!

I picked it because it was so much better than any other community in Folsom or El Dorado Hills: the food was far superior with multiple options on the menu, all of it good tasting. Residents have their own studio, one bedroom, or two bedroom apartments, kitchenettes with sink, microwave, dorm type fridge, small counter top, and overhead cabinets. Heat and A/C controls are in each room with exact settings. I have free laundry service, a lock on the door, bench and hand-held shower head, and a two hour meal window for all three meals seven days a week. And, the cost is less than I've paid at the other three places that I've lived. It's just a really great place!

Felt real comfortable and an easy convenience from inquiry to tour to signing paperwork.

The Brookdale Sparks building is due for some renovations the first of the year - that will include new paint, carpeting and communal areas with furniture. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would definitely recommend this community to other families.

this is the place you'd want to be for friends, activities, good food and people to care for you. If you need the help, this is the place to be

The facility was a lifesaver for my dad and our familiy, after my dad had a stroke in June of this year, simply because my family did not want my dad to return to his home, and since we all were busy, this facility really works for helping to care for my dad a lot.

Very pleased with the care that my father receives. Everyone at the community is happy and always friendly. My father recieves excellent care from the entire staff. He is very happy.

The staff are wonderful and call you by name. When I first moved in, I thought Bingo would be stupid but turns out it is very stimulating for your brain and now I look forward to it!

My wife and I moved here from another assisted living and we like it so much better. We like the staff better and people are friendly.

I feel at easy knowing my mother is here in this memory care. Everyone here is kind, caring, friendly and compassionate. I could have not found a better place. They make my mother feel at home here and I am glad I brought her here

I can't give the staff enough thanks for everything they do for our dad. They go above and beyond and make sure he is well taken care of. It's always the same staff so he sees the same face everyday. They send me pictures and updates of what he is doing and there is always a smile on his face. I couldn't ask for a better place.

I have everything i need here. A nice room,good food and activities. Happy hour with live music. I would highly recommend Brookdale Greenwood Village. They also have a rehab in the assisted living. I have benefited from this using it.Nice that they do all the cooki g and laundry!
