Brookdale

I was very impressed with Brookdale Watauga when I drove past it the first time. The facility was very well kept and when I went inside I was surprised at the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff. I would recommend this to anyone.

My loved one is currently a resident at Brookdale Murrysville and overall her experience at this facility has been pretty good so far. The cleanliness and friendliness have been great. The staff are all very friendly. The housekeeping has been pretty good. The activities are great and the value for cost is good. We brought a few things in about a month ago to be put up in my loved one's room, but that hasn't been done yet. Overall, Brookdale Murrysville seems like a good facility and I would recommend it to others.

We have had some bumps along the way with Brookdale Ithaca, but they have bent over backwards to make things work. They have been very engaging with us when applying for VA benefits through Patriots Angels. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

My sister and I recently moved our 90 yr old mother to Brookdale. The facility is bright, clean , and the staff both kind and professional! It’s never easy for a someone to move along these stages of care, particularly someone as independent as my mom. But I feel that the patience and care from staff, who often don’t have an easy job, is wonderful .

I set up the tour through “ A place for mom” That service is extremely helpful. I had a great advisor. [name removed] met us at the front door and she was a pleasure. I liked the fact she has been working there for many years. She asked my mother very important questions and asked about her life experiences. [name removed] gave us a tour and everyone that we met was so happy and so friendly. It seems like a great place to live and we’ve decided that we are going to move my mother there. Thanks again [name removed] and staff :)

We moved Mom here from another facility that had good care. This place has better care and atmosphere for Mom. Although the cost is more it is obvious that they are using it in a good way. This facility feels more like a home, the staff is very attentive and caring. they are masters at re-direction for dementia/memory care Mom is very happy here. She no longer seems anxious and gets to participate in on site activities which they generally stick to keeping the folks active and participating in fun. They have an on site affordable hairdresser so she can feel pampered. The menu and food is very good and Mom can sit at a table in the community that is set to be comfortable and inviting. there is a garden and outdoor activities weather permitting. The staff is very responsive, cheerful and helpful. This is a welcoming place for the family and the resident. The Clare Bridge program has made a huge difference in Mom's overall happiness.

From the very beginning, with touring Brookdale Arrowhead Ranch to moving in, the staff has been great. My loved one had some trouble adjusting, but the staff was very patient with her. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services, meals and value for cost are also great. My loved one won't participate in any of the activities, so I don't know anything about them. I would recommend Brookdale Arrowhead Ranch to others.

My loved one was previously a resident at Brookdale Smithfield and everything was great for her at this facility. The staff was very nice and accommodating. My loved one always said that she enjoyed the food. The facility was always clean and is scenic. This facility is the only dog friendly facility in Johnston County. I would recommend Brookdale Smithfield to family and friends.

We love the reception area of the community and based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend the Brookdale College Square community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

What we like the most about the Brookdale Painted Post community is the overall friendliness of the staff team. We would recommend this community to other families based on our experience so far.

The facility is clean and the staff is PHENOMENAL! They have answered all of my questions regarding our tour and provided details to help us make our decision for our loved one. I will recommend Brookdale to everyone I know for their loved ones. Thank you so much!

From the moment the front door is open you can feel the love! Literally. From the friendly greeting to the residents enjoying their time together in the beautiful common area. No which season or holiday season, it is always so beautifully festive! When residents are in their dining room, it's so lovey to hear to sound of good conversations with friends of good food. Food cooked with love tastes the best! The courtyard, the birds, the porch! Wonderful care. What more could you want for the ones you love the most!

ZERO complaints or issues. They take great care of my Mom. FABULOUS I now consider many staff members my friends. She never misses a meal and has yet to complain about anything.The great care is well worth the cost. She never misses a happy hour. Brookdale is everything you could ever want in an ALF. Great care, great food and happy staff.

Not only a lovely place throughout the facilities, but the entire staff is friendly, attentive, and supportive of their residents and families. Definitely would recommend for a loved one. There is also a caring for the caregiver meeting that takes place once a month that have been very informative as well as supportive.

My loved one was a resident at Brookdale Mentor and everything was fine for her at this facility. We had no idea of what to expect, but things were easy to deal with and everyone was helpful. All of our questions were answered with no problems. The food was okay. My loved one said that they used a lot of gravy and sauces, which she didn't like. I rated the Value for Cost lower due to the move in fee, which seemed to be the car dealers prep fee which to me is short for more profit.

I visited Brookdale Skeet Club with one of my friends. I was very impressed with the friendly staff, aesthetics and offered amenities. I also met some of the residents. I would definitely consider Brookdale Skeet Club for assisted living for future planning.

The housekeeping does a good job. The staff communicates well with my family and I. Also, the meals are good quality. I would recommend Brookdale Fort Smith to family and friends.

My loved one was previously a resident at Brookdale Ormond Beach West and everything was great for him at this facility. The staff were all very kind and compassionate. The move in process was very smooth. [Name removed] was very attentive and made sure that everything was spotless. As for the food, it was very tasty and very nutritious. Also, [name removed], was a tremendous help to me when it came to hospice. She is awesome! All in all, my experience was a very positive one. I would recommend Brookdale Ormond Beach West to others.

Just the feeling that we got that it would be a good fit for my mom. I'd say that my mom is very happy to be there and they are taking great care of her.

Caring staff, well run, good food. This place is a "cut-above" another independent-living facility a few miles away. They have appropriate staffing, well-trained staff, and a well-cared for facility. Storage in each apartment is ample.
