Wonderful tour, beautiful spaces, lots of choices.

I have never met such a great group of people who are so nice. The food is the best! This is worth the money.

Brookdale shines on all front. We were met right on time for our first appointment, given a thorough tour, and walked step by step through the contract process. My friend has been her for a month and it has been a great experience. The staff is friendly, helpful, and competent.

The staff took very good care of my dad. They became like family to us. I am very thankful that we have their support and Care during the last year of my dad‘s life. The families and staff there will always hold a special place in my heart.

We moved my grandfather to Brookdale because he wasn't safe living alone. It's a great place. The staff members are friendly and helpful and they keep the place very clean. They take good care of him and he's in good company with a good amount of other men living there with many of them being Veterans. I highly recommend them.

This community is so very caring of the residents. They genuinely care about the residents. It's like a family. And it is very clean. They treat the residents with respect, love and kindness. We are very thankful for Brookdale and its staff!

Brookdale provided a wonderful, delicious meal for their residents and their loved ones. We would highly recommend this facility and their care givers. Memory care is a calling, not just a job. We feel like this facility does a phenomenal job in selecting personnel. We love the entire staff!

Brookdale has been such a wonderful place for my friend [name removed] to live! She feels quite at home there. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure the residents are cared for! Shirl loves the food and outings they go on. It’s truly a wonderful place! I couldn’t recommend them enough to someone who is in need of care for a loved one.

Brookdale has been a blessing for us. My mom has been here three years. I appreciate everything the staff does and feel comfortable with them caring for my mom. Any issues or problems that we have had are resolved quickly.

Overall i'm happy with with the different conditions and pleased with the service. My wife has lived her 2 years. I visit the community everyday and my wife is doung well. There is a full day of activities to participate in

Since beginning the process of finding a new home for both my father in law and mother in law, Brookdale has stood heads above the rest. The staff is excellent, the facility is spotless and there are lots of smiles! Thank you to Brookdale of Burlington for making this transition a positive experience!

The staff has been great, very friendly and responsive to questions and requests. I said 4 only because of the cost, but even their mom received a nice discount. Yes, we for sure would recommend them to others! They were great during our initial visit and they still are doing great!

Some 20 years ago, Parkplace hosted our AARP meetings. At that time I thought if I needed to go into a place this would be it. Now it was time and I'm not disappointed. Exceeds my expectations.

They have always done a great job taking care of my mom. Nothing is perfect in life but they try and succeed at doing a darn good job. We are happy to have her in their care! From the time we brought her up to now 1.5 years later, she is doing the best she can be and they always tell us how much they love her.

We have been happy with our mother -in-law’s care. It is a relief to know she is safe and being loved on. We always have pleasant visits with her. The care she is receiving has been a blessing. She is very happy here!

Parkplace is a great place to live. its clean, comfortable, and secure and the staff are considerate, responsive, and friendly. Also there are a multitude of activities available to the residents. I made the right decision in choosing Parkplace.

I just recently transferred from Independent to Assisted Living. During my transition meeting I didn’t have a chance to ask a question because the staff for every department were there and answered every question possible. My move went well and the move in coordinator was kind and helped set up my TVs and WiFi. Everyone is very friendly. The service is excellent. And the food is good. The staff is always there and willing to help me.

I currently live at Brookdale Brea and everything has been mostly very good for me here so far. The housekeeping is good. The family/resident needs to ask questions. Sometimes they forget to tell you the days for a shower, if needed, or days for the room cleaning and laundry. it's usually done well. There is always someone to help. The food is very good. They really want to help. I do recommend Brookdale Brea.
