Providing movers that are familiar with the facility. Just able to lend a ear to family if we needed concern with move The additional assistance they provided for mom. Most importantly the emotional support we received from the staff. Understanding the big environment change effecting moms move from house to apartment. The staff and residents so inviting to new residents . I was afraid of the dinning room because I did not want to eat by my self. My first day several resident ask me to sit at their table. The people are so kind and helpful with getting around the facility.

This is a wonderful place to live. The staff will bend over backwards to help and the food is great! I am always amazed at the fun things going on and love to swim in the heated pool. People are very friendly and welcoming too.

I have lived at Brookdale Gaines Ranch for 2 years and have been very happy here! Both the staff and residents are so friendly and are all happy with great attitudes! Staff go out of their way to help with anything you may need! Every department head are accommodating and just love to please the residents! I love living here at Gaines Ranch! I give it a 10!!

The size was small and the staff all seemed to know all the residents and were super friendly.Brookdale is very welcoming and accommodating.[name removed] was especially nice and easy to work with. He even came to my house to meet [name removed] prior to being admitted to the assisted living. [name removed] and a nurse came to my house to do it in home evaluation instead of me bringing her over there. I would recommend to others.

The best thing about this place is the staffers. They're friendly and quick to help. I never get the impression someone feels burdened or imposed on when I ask them to do something. There are myriad activities—games, live music, interesting talks on lots of subjects, outings to fun places, holiday celebrations, religious services and things residents cook up for themselves. I heard someone say, "This is like a cruise ship on land." Management communicates well with people, and the top manager is available and attentive. Perhaps the best recommendation I can make is this: After visiting me and hearing me talk about my life here for a while, my sister-in-law moved here herself.

I highly recommend Brookdale Deer Creek Sarasota. It was so nice to visit my grandma there after she was settled in. She's made a lot of friends and has all good things to say about the staff and her new home.

My father is doing so much better than living at home! There are lots of people to entertain him and he loves to sit in the atrium and work on puzzles. He loves being around all the other residents and is really enjoying it so much!

This is a pretty community that feels like a chalet in the heart of Sarasota close to downtown and lots of restaurants which is a Perfect sjirt. The backyard courtyard area is inviting with tall, oak trees, and a garden area with water flowers. The inside is beautifully decorated and feels Homey.

Beautiful place. Our neighbor is so happy. I guess we we hoping she would be content. What we were not expecting was how happy she truly is now. It is a miracle. The staff seem very involved and kind. Our friend is enjoying her time at Brookdale Niagara AL. Honestly we are so relieved. Thank you to APFM for recommending this darling place.

From the beginning, Gaines Ranch a d the staff made us and particularly our mother feel very welcome. It is a great environment for the residents where they are looked after and cared for, even as independents. The staff is excellent, and in particular [name removed] who helped us with every detail. Although our Mom was there for just four months before she passed. She adjusted well in her new home and made friends quickly. We would wholeheartedly recommend Gaines Ranch as an excellently managed and maintained facility.

The ratio of residents and caretakers stood out to me. Yes, I have recommended to a couple people I know already.
