Brookdale

So far it has been wonderful. Staff has been extremely caring and attentive. We came from an AI that I was quite unhappy with and I am finally starting to feel the know in my chest ease up. I was looking for a home for my dad that would allow him to smoke outside and they are set up for that with a lovely courtyard. When I went to visit- I liked it so much I never looked elsewhere.

My loved one is currently a resident at Brookdale Conway. The staff is great. They are very friendly and responsive to an evolving situation. The cleanliness, care services and food are very good. The value for cost is okay. Overall, I would recommend Brookdale Conway to others.

The staff members at Brookdale Wilmington have been very attentive and that is something we really like about the community. The community is also clean and they offer good activities for the residents. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend them to other families.

The number one reason I recommend Brookdale Glen Ellyn is the incredible staff! They perform as a team of dedicated, caring of individuals each doing his/her job to provide a lifestyle that gives the residents freedom and support to enjoy their lives to the fullest. They provide a range of activities both in-house and outside, delicious meals all in a comfortable friendly environment. I have been here for 10 years and have never regretted my decision to retire here.

My wife as been a resident of Brookdale for 6 months. The care that she has received has been excellent. The care givers, med techs and all support staff have provided a safe and caring environment. The facility is smaller than a lot of other facilities, which in my opinion is good. I try to visit my wife every day and she is well cared for. They have an activity center that provides for set down exercise. In addition they have various other activities to try to keep the residents active and engaged. The residents eat in an assigned dining area which is located in their unit. The meals are well prepared and served three times a day. Snacks are always available. Someone on the staff always calls me if there is an unusual event that happens with my wife.

We have lived here for 1 year now. It is not perfect but it is great. Independent living will a feeling of home. The staff are wonderful. Most residents are friendly. The transportation is exactly as stated with a great driver. We no longer need a car. The location means most medical appointments are easy to get to. And the van goes to American Lake VA Clinics once a week. Shopping twice a week. Outings, often to local restaurants. Yes, the decor is a bit dated. But everything is clean and in good repair. Nice garden. And you can choose a unit with different views and lighting. Food is down home good. Most meals I have at least 2 options I like. Not fancy cooking but good cooking. Occasionally, when we feel like something different, we will cook in our apartment. Come for a visit. You will NOT be oversold. What they show you and tell you will be real.

I would recommend this community to my friends. They went above and beyond to help me get my mother in law into the community. We picked this community because it was within our price range and close to our home.

Great place.There is two reasons, why I picked this community: 1. My wife and daughter inspected it and liked what they saw. 2. It's 10 minutes from my daughter's house.

We are so grateful we chose this location for our mother. The Exec Dir. is amazing. I have now seen her "in action" for 6 months. She has responded to numerous questions, requests, and even complaints from us - everything from care needs, to billing questions, to salon services, and on and on. She is always positive, always patient, always professional - very unique in a leader, Whenever they have been short on staff for different reasons (out sick, leaving, etc.) they all step in. Including [name removed] - whether it's carting off boxes, working the front desk, helping in the kitchen. I've never seen anything like it. A team as successful as that one has to have an exceptional leader. You have a true winner in her. This is a very unique environment. I have been exposed to many different facilities both in Dallas and in Austin when my Mom was alive, and I never encountered dedication and quality of staff such as you have at Brookdale North Austin.

My heartfelt gratitude to this memory care facility for the outstanding care provided to my father. The staff goes above and beyond, knowing each resident by name and making them feel truly special. The level of attention and kindness is remarkable. Additionally, the food is delicious. It feels like a small family. Yesterday the boy scouts were coming to help the residents plant a garden, today they were making Christmas ornaments and there is always music! It’s a comfort to know my father is in such caring hands.

I recently had a tour with [name removed] and to say I was impressed is an understatement. In looking for assisted living for my parent, Avondale exceeded my expectations. The rooms, living areas, dining room and courtyard were cozy, clean, well kept and reasonably priced. The residents have plenty of activities and a lovely dining area.

At 90 years young, my Mom was ready to give up her home of 50 + years, and move to a community environment. Brookdale Eden Estates made a stressful, traumatic experience easy for all of us. From the supportive staff, to the well maintained facility, we could not be more pleased! My Mom loves it, and without the stress of living alone, she is back to being her happy and healthy self!

All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. They take great care of my friend. She really likes them all also. Food is delicious and everything is very clean. They have lots of different activities they they do to keep residents busy if they choose to do so.

Had Thanksgiving with [name removed] here and it was nice. They really enjoyed it. They have been here for about 6 months and they say it’s the best move they made. ??. If they like it then that all we as loved ones need to hear.

We recently made the decision to place our Aunt with Brookdale at Lawndale and it has been the best decision we could have ever made. She has so many things to keep her busy and has made friends with wonderful residents. We cannot say enough good things about Brookdale and excited to watch our Aunt continue to flourish. We believe we've found our forever home.

I am grateful to have Brookdale Oak Hollow community walking with me and my family during this time with mom's care. You couldn't ask for a better management or staff who care and love their residents and the residents family like they do. These are hard times for everyone involved. Brookdale helps you make the transition a little bit easier.

Most of the staff know my brother by name and have appropriate conversations. I have been told that my brother is well liked by the staff. He regularly plays Poker with a group of people, but the BINGO is way too old for him,. A recommendation to Brookdale would be WII sports.

I really enjoy living at Brookdale Lake Mary. Everyone treats me so nice. The food is really good and the activities keep me busy. I like to people watch so I am often in the front lobby greeting everyone as they come in and out.

The staff is caring and conscientious. The food is delicious, and there are a lot of engaging activities. We have been pleased to see our mom so well adjusted and happy there.
