My mom loves her home at Brookdale HAMILTON Her daughter loves that is is always kept in the loop on moms care. Activities are exceptional Mom loves her dining experience. She feels like she os on a restaurant. Mom enjoys the assigned seating.

I am currently a resident at Brookdale Sarasota Midtown and things have been great for me overall at this facility so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff is great. We've had some problems, but overall they are great. The food is good and the housekeeping is great. I don't have anything negative to say, except that they don't have a maintenance person to do small projects such as assist with things like hanging pictures. Overall, yes I would recommend Brookdale Sarasota Midtown to others!

From the beginning, the staff at Brookdale Eddy Pond West were very helpful and pleasant to work with. They were flexible with move-in dates and we were able to move my loved one in without time restrictions. The staff are very attentive to the residents and they get to know each person and their family. The facility is kept clean and is welcoming and I feel that my family member is in a safe environment and is well cared for. I would highly recommend Brookdale Eddy Pond West for both Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Brookdale was the perfect choice for care for our mother. The staff is very caring and makes sure all the residents feel at home. Residents have lots of activities, and staff works to keep everyone engaged. Our mom loved the accessibility to safe outdoor courtyard spaces with gardens and wildlife. Having a loved one needing long-term memory care was extremely difficult, but Brookdale Meridian Memory Care made the transition manageable. We are lucky to have them in our community.

My family and loved ones who reside here have received the upmost thoughtful care even in trying times. Everyone here is very kind and go out of their way to help a family through life’s transitions.

Focus on dementia- staff is well trained and caring, setting is small and bright, personal interaction with staff.

My experience is that the staff is incredible! Friendly and honestly seem to care about the residents. Would absolutely recommend to a friend. They reacted quickly to assist me. Mom was in rehab and we were given short notice that she would need assisted living.

I believe all categories would score a 5. All he folks we've met there are very friendly and helpful. Mom says the meals are wonderful. The facility is always clean, I think the floors of individuals ' rooms could be better swept and mopped. Hallways and communal rooms are spotless. There has been a discrepancy in cost each month, billing department says X is the cost, I was promised that Y was the figure. I have been paying what I was told and so far no big problems.

I recently toured and fell in love with the facility. I brought my mom a few days later as well and she picked out her apartment with a great view. She gets great care and the other residents are happy when I go visit mom. 10/10 recommendation for Brookdale Sleepy Hollow:

Smaller patients and close to home. Employees had many year's experience. Husband only there for 5 days but all so helpful when he was there and sent him to hospital! From hospital he came home and we gave up his room at Brookdale.

Brookdale Maltsberger is a welcoming community with an efficient nd loving staff of professionals. Even after 6 years, we are very happy knowing that mom is in a safe and comfortable environment surrounded by caring people who treat her like family

My loved one is currently a resident at Brookdale Grayson View and overall her experience at this facility has been mostly good so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The care services, activities and value for cost are also great. The staff and the meals and dining are poor. My suggestion for improvement would be to get more staff and serve the meals all together and faster. The kitchen service is terrible.

They were the first to reach out to me. And they are 5 minutes from my home. I know my mom is in a safe environment and she is getting hers meds and 3 meals a day. Very happy with her care there.

The staff at Brookdale Greenville are great people, always willing to help in any way that they can. If anything happens to my father, like a fall or he cut himself or if they feel he needs doctors care, they call and explain everything. The facility is very clean and everyone is friendly. The meals are great and everyone is taken to the café for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This allows everyone to get to know each other. I would recommend Brookdale Greenville to anyone needing a great place to call home.

Toured here and loved the facility for my mother in law. Unfortunately couldn’t move in due to out of state family reasons but from what I saw everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful! The nurse [name removed]was out and active with the residents and everyone seemed so happy! I will definitely keep brookdale dr Phillips in mind and recommend to friends in the area!

I would recommend Brookdale. We picked this community, because it was the most like home. Also, small enough to get around well.

I’ve had the pleasure visiting this community a few times. It’s always extremely clean, very quiet, and very peaceful. The people that work here are second to none. You can really tell that they care about their residence and the resident well-being. I highly recommend this community.

Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, caring, and supportive staff. Residents smiling at visitors and ready to welcome new friends to their home. Food smelled wonderful and the dining room was most inviting.

I love it here. Everyone’s so friendly and kind. I enjoy doing puzzles and meeting new people. There is always something to do and somebody to talk too. I really enjoy playing pinochle and sometimes I win!

I love the family oriented feeling I get when I walk into the community. And everyone is friendly and helpful. When I am ready for my parent to be in assisted living, this is where I will come. They have a big backyard with beautiful plants and flowers.
