Everyone is always nice and very helpful and they take great care of my mom. The place is always clean and my moms room is always neat and clean. They have a family dinner about once a month and it’s a great time with the staff and my mom.

I am impressed with the staff and Caregivers at Brookdale Crown Point. They are all positive and patient with the residents. I feel my Mom is well cared for. I have to give special kudos to the Activities Directorthat has been here for 12 years. . She is an angel on earth.

Brookdale Oak Park is the BEST! The residents are very friendly, welcoming, and active. The directors and team members are attentive, knowledgeable, and care deeply about the community. The apartments are spacious with excellent views and the location is spectacular for residents and their families. I highly recommend this community.

My mom has been incredibly well cared for by the staff— she is happy and feels safe. As a resident with dementia, she thrives on the socialization, kindness, and comforting routine provided. It is also my home away from home. I look forward to my visits at Brookdale. The atmosphere there is positive and the staff are attentive and interactive. In other words, they care.

The Staff (Manage and work staff) was very good to work with and talk to on concerns. Everything was excellent.We interviewed 4 places and felt the one selected best fit my mother's needs.

My Brookdale experience has been good. It was not easy to make the change after living independently for seven years after the death of my husband. A fall forced me to make the decision to leave my condo after 58 years living in Cadillac Michigan. It was a good choice since my daughter and family live near by but there are other reasons as well. There are many activities to choose from and I have a comfortable apartment when I want to be alone. The meals are good and my apartment is cleaned weekly. There are many businesses within walking distance and transportation can be arranged when needed. The nicest thing about Brookdale is the friendly people who live here and how welcoming they are. The staff is also friendly and helpful. My adjustment to a new living situation has been easier than I anticipated.

The food is very good--with many choices especially for dinner. Breakfast is also served with a varied menu. There are many social and learning and exercise opportunities daily. The staff is excellent and will even help with technical questions as about one's computer. There are some assisted living floors if one can no longer be in independent living

This place is very well run. The staff is very helpful, and the food is excellent. My apartment is very comfortable. Unlike a house owner I am confident that any problem will be quickly addressed. I have ani the floor apartment, and the view is very pleasant. Right now I enjoy all the fall foliage.

I would highly recommend Brookdale Painted Post. The staff took exceptional care of my loved one. He was having some pretty serious mental health issues, yet they were there for every little request or need that came up. They were meticulous about getting him his meds and very accommodating to his eating habits. Every person that he or I came in contact with took the time and patience to make sure that he was happy and well cared for. The facility had many extra activities for the residents to participate in and offered a family type atmosphere. I feel so blessed that they were there to help in my time of need.

If you are thinking about senior living, come on in. This place is great! I moved in with my husband years ago and have made so many friends. The staff are so nice and I enjoy the activities I participate in.

I love all my peers here, such wonderful neighbors. When I moved in I told my family that I have 200 new siblings. I wish dining would take our suggestions and put them into service. Otherwise, I love it here!

Brookdale has been a blessing in a very challenging time when we placed mom. They were very compassionate and understanding. I love the fact that I can talk to every staff member and they can relate info to me about my mom and how she is doing.

It was a relief to [name removed]and me to have so many beautiful caregivers helping with the care that [name removed]needed 24 hours a day. [name removed]tells me that she thinks her new home is so beautiful and she is so grateful that we found Brookdale memory care. She is a happy girl with all the love that came her way from fellow residents and the staff at Brookdale.

The staff endeavors to assure the transition is smooth as this change is confusing and upsetting. They work hard to help them accept a "new family" setting, demostrating care and affection.

I'm very pleased to be at Brookdale. All the things that I was looking for in places to live are here and I am not too far from my family. Everyone is willing to help out when needed and they are always willing to help wherever they may be needed!! I would absolutely recommend this community to others families!

Brookdale Park Place works for us for a variety of reasons! My first job as a youngster was as a kitchen working on menu. Thus I know what could be provided for me and my wife. This residence exceeds that facility because it provides so many more amenities and individuals.

We are extremely pleased with the care and services being provided for our mother. The staff are very attentive and caring in their interactions with the residents and we know that she is safe. Even during the most difficulty days of COVID, the care and approach did not decline and safety of the residents was a priority. Communications about what is happening as well as any issues is always timely and honestly communicated.

My mom has been living at Brookdale for almost a year. Mom is in memory care. The staff and caregivers are always so nice and helpful. I’m there at least once a week, I have always been happy the way they treat my mom. Most of all mom seems happy. The caregivers go up and beyond to help the patients. I enjoy coming to visit , sitting in on activities. I’m so great full my mom lives there. I don’t have a worry, they take excellent care of my mom!!!
