The residents at the community seem to be very nice and friendly and the staff are very responsive and attentive to their needs. We've been very pleased and my mother in law and father in law seem very happy.

Brookdale Manlius offered a lot of amenities to support my mom's independence. She has gained more of her life back. Excellent experience. Friendly staff that are very engaging. The transition was wonderful because the staff treated me like a human and really listened to our family need. I sleep easier knowing my mom is in such good hands. The staff is great!! My mom gets SO much love and attention from them! [Name removed] is The Best!! They are trying to do activities and they have several each day, but for some reason they are having trouble getting people to want to participate and they are really working on that. For the most part, Mom likes the food.. Sometimes they get a substitute cook and she doesn't do as well.. but if they don't like something they can ask for something else. They give them PLENTY of food! A lady comes in and cleans my Mom's apartment once a week and mom is happy with the job she does and she is so friendly to my Mom. They will change the sheets on the bed every other week if they want. Moving in was fine, but maybe could of had someone stop by to make sure everything was working. We had a little trouble with the washer and she asked 3 or 4 people for help and another resident ended up helping her. The water wasn't turned on. But for the most part, it has been good. I would recommend Brookdale Newnan to others!

I was here as a vendor and I had the opportunity to interact with some of the staff. The place is very nice and well kept. [names removed] are very nice. We even engaged with some of the residents as well and they were quite friendly. The place is very welcoming and the ambiance and atmosphere overall was very pleasant.
