Brookdale

I like that this is a smaller more intimate setting that some situations we viewed. The main reason I chose this community for my mom was the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the community.

We were looking for an assisted living place for my parents and took a tour of Brookdale Florence. The sales manager was so helpful and answered many of our questions. We were very impressed with the facility. The place was very clean and the staff seemed very attentive. Other circumstances have prevented us from making any changes right now but I am keeping Brookdale as a possible future option.

I was pleasantly surprised and wasn't expecting the experience that I had visiting this community! I have been visiting communities for several months and thought this one being small wasn't something my mom would like. It has a very home like feel smelled very fresh and clean. the overall appearance is a little dated, but very well decorated and clean. I met and talked to some of the residents and they seemed very happy and content, The woman in sales took me around and introduced her Co workers and everyone was laughing and seem to enjoy working there. The food I didn't eat but looked Amazing on their plates it was close to dinner time! I'm looking for a place for my mom maybe in the future and definitely will consider this place as top on my list!

Overall, if my mom is happy, I'm happy! I usually drop in unannounced several times throughout the week and each time I find her in good spirits and out of her room, surrounded by others. She tells me they take good care of her so that makes me happy! Sunday mornings they have a musical church service which my mom truly enjoys hearing & singing along. Together we like to sit out in their garden area and enjoy the fresh air. The Brookdale team members work together to take good care of their residents.

I can’t say enough good things about Brookdale Lake Highlands. Our loved one has so enjoyed living there. They take great care of him and always make our family welcome and at ease knowing he is well taken care of. Brookdale Lake Highlands is simply the best!!

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful during the transition of my dad into the community. We absolutely made the best decision to bring my dad to this family.

Everyone at Brookdale Roanoke has been helpful and welcoming! I think that they need to have more variety of food. There seems to be the same options over and over again. Especially breakfast.

We are so grateful for Brookdale! My step father is very happy there and is well taken care of by the sweet staff. He loves the courtyard and particularly enjoys the activities planned by the staff. I appreciate the routine he is provided and the communication the staff has with us concerning his care. We are content knowing he is settled safe and happy.

We have a big family that comes to visit. Our loved one is getting great care. All of the associates are friendly and caring. They are at the top of their game. The community is well maintained and very clean. We highly recommend this assisted living and Memory care to anyone that is looking for a place to call home.

From the tour to our first few weeks of my grandmother being a resident has been the best it could be during the difficult change. The staff has been great & attentive. We look forward for the future with Brookdale Crown Point.

This is our first experience at senior community living. We love it. The meals are fantastic. The employees are welcoming and very friendly. The buildings are clean and well-kept, and the activities are designed with us in mind.

The place is small enough that all residents get needed care.They have many activities that residents can choose to participate in or to just watch.They will contact me if Mom needs anything. I am happy that she is content being there but miss talking to her daily as I use to.

I moved to Brookdale in June of 2023 and couldn’t be happier. The people here are friendly, helpful and intelligent. I am very impressed with our staff. The chef is incredibly talented and offers 3 entrees a day. Food is delicious and the dining room staff treats you like family. The staff cares about the residents and we are invited to take part in creating menus, activities and entertainment. It’s truly a place to make friends, join clubs, and our suggestions are valued. The director is visible and is never in her office. She listens, solves problems and her goal is to keep us safe and happy. She has succeeded. Take a tour with [name removed], she doesn’t pressure or pester potential residents. The apartments are beautiful and the villas are best kept secret in Ft. Myers. I have made wonderful friends and the older you get the harder it is to find quality friends. There are Friends for life waiting for you here.

Brookdale Director [name removed] is wonderful and easy to get in contact with for questions or issues. Staff is friendly and helpful. We have been in many facilities and know that no place is perfect. Brookdale does the best they can to meet the needs of its residents.

My dad has been living at Brookdale Johnson City on the memory care side since April 2023. All of the staff we have encountered are caring and supportive of both residents and caregivers. There are daily activities and occasional special outings for the residents that are able to participate. Inviting atmosphere, does not have an institutional feel at all. Most importantly, my dad is very happy and has made new friends and enjoys the food and activities.

This is the best assisted living In Rockwall. They give the homelike cozy atmosphere.The residents are all friendly and welcoming. It's worth a trip to go meet friendly faces and visit the turtles in the courtyard!!

Visited my neighbor many times. She seems happy and well taken care of. Place is very clean. I even joined her for a meal which was really good.
