Brookdale

My mom just moved into the Brookdale senior living site in Greensboro off of old oak ridge road. What an easy process, from the initial visit to the application process was very smooth. [name removed] the sales manager was so helpful and made the whole process easy. The management team and staff are very warm and welcoming. You are always greeted with a smile. If you are looking for a place for your loved one I highly recommend Brookdale.

I have several happy clients who have lived at Brookdale Jones Farm. The community has a wonderful reputation, receptive staff, and a friendly atmosphere that you can't find everywhere. I trust them to take care of their residents.

The staff, facilities and care is extraordinary. I work with the community in hospice care and have recommended them to my counterparts and families. I can’t say enough about the community. I would highly recommend!!!

The experience was the best. [name removed], the executive director at Brookdale, went above and beyond for my brother. Shortly after he moved to Brookdale his kidneys began shutting down again and he refused dialysis. [name removed] was by his side holding his hand with two other staff members praying in his room when he passed. She is an angel!

My loved one is currently a resident at Brookdale Kenmore. We are very pleased with the facility and our loved one seems happy there. It it expensive, but much nicer than other facilities that we toured. We would recommend Brookdale Kenmore for it's overall quality and family communication.

Very friendly staff, food seems very good. The place looks and smells very clean. Communication with the family has been interesting, at times. But overall, we are so much happier where she's at than we were at the last place. I like that they offered a discount when we signed our loved one up. So it's cheaper than the last place and soooo much nicer. It's bright, open and they do things with the residents. They encourage them to get out of their rooms. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Lodi to others.

Brookdale Florence is a very warm and comforting assisted living facility. The people who work there are super friendly and extremely helpful. The always have activities going on either inside or outside for the residents and it is always decorated for the time of year. The residents can go on trips, have visits from local animals, movie nights, activity nights, baking/cooking, helping with the decorations etc...the list goes on and on (there is a monthly calendar with the events listed). I also enjoy when they have events that are welcomed to the public because you can see how happy it makes the residents as well as the people who attend the event. Brookdale is a great assisted living facility.

I like that we get respect and that the staff is respected. I love that we have a "kudos" wall. There is a big group to keep us safe and happy, always there to help. It feels like a big family.

I mostly interacted with [name removed] who was the most friendly, courteous and helpful staff member. All staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful which made my friend feel at ease. Initially I was concerned about having to leave her in a very strange place with unfamiliar staff. But after my tour there, I felt very confident to leave her there . Thanks to The Brookdale facility for having [name removed] as an inmate there .

It's a nice place. I have a lot of good friends here because making friends is easy and everybody needs a good friend.

My parents have been here only 3 days and are already so happy! Everyone is friendly, caring, genuine, and SO helpful! I am so relieved they are getting the care they need. Thank you to every single staff member we have met - there is a genuine level of care that comes from a wonderful team who has learned to work so beautifully together. I can’t thank you enough!

The staff have been incredible to our family and especially my Mom. The activities are fun to attend and it helps to increase the social time for all the residents. The food services have had multiple events for the family and residents and I have enjoyed all the themes and of course the food is delicious. Overall everything here at Brookdale has been extremely positive.

My friend moved to brookdale a few months ago. I have been to visit many times and the staff has been wonderful. The food is excellent, and happy hour is so much fun. The rooms and community areas are cozy and very well kept. I highly recommend Brookdale.

5 on all the categories that are listed. What has made Brookdale South Charlotte such a great experience so far is the people that are there, they are excellent. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families who may be looking for a place for their loved ones.

Brookdale Florence is such an inviting place to come and visit. All of the staff are always pleasant and make you feel welcome from the first moment you step in. My company helps provide the home health services here and they make it easy to do our job to the fullest. Whitney the director of nursing is the best, always greets you with a smile and you can tell how much she cares for all the residents. Thank you!

Mom has lived at Brookdale 18 months and during this period it has had 5 ED's, 4 nurses, 4 sales people, & 3 bus managers. I guess they saved the best for last. Since ED [name removed], nurse [name remove], bus mgr [name removed] have come on board, the operation of the facility and care my mom receives has been wonderful. [names removed] have heard & addressed all my concerns & I am truly grateful. The staff also, including [names removed] are kind, loving, & care about the residents. This is mom's home and am blessed I found it & am grateful for the care mom gets.

Brookdale Summer Ridge is now my mom’s new home! [name removed] has made the transition from living alone in her own home to living in an assisted living apartment so smooth. It’s a great place and home away from home for my mom!!

I know many of the caregivers and residents at Brookdale by name. I visit the facility frequently for hours at a time. I have nothing but respect and admiration for most of the caregivers at the facility. They treat the residents as people, demonstrate respect for each one, and exhibit personal concern for each resident’s wellbeing. The caregivers work hard to make the care facility a very pleasant place to reside considering the special circumstances of the residents and the resident’s limited abilities. In my opinion, the staff and management of the care facility care very much for each of the residents.
