Brookdale

Today I had the opportunity to visit the exceptional team at Brookdale Westampton. It was such a pleasure to enter a community to see so many smiling employees caring for residents who were really enjoying the activities of the afternoon, the attention they were receiving and the beautiful decorations. My associate and I were greeted at the door and welcomed in like we were old friends. The staff made us feel valued and everyone took time out of their busy afternoon to speak with us and share some of the positive and uplifting programs and service offerings at Brookdale Westampton. It is easy to see how you all are quickly becoming the first choice for memory care in the community. I would like to thank [names removed] for the time and attention you all gave us! If you have a chance, I would certainly recommend stopping in to see this amazing place and to meet this exceptional team! Looking forward to visiting again!

Everybody has been very helpful, friendly, you can ask the staff anything ad they help you figure it out. Food was great.

We’ve been fortunate in our experience with Brookdale. They have been consistent in what they said they would do and keep us informed on any changes or worries they have. Sonia is a tremendous help and makes us feel in the know always. a big plus for us was the recognition of veterans sacrifices in the form of a discount which we found nowhere else to do. The food is good, the service is good, we really don’t have any complains.

Brookdale is a good place. Selected Brookdale for cost that floats with level of care needed and my mom needs very little. Also, other places looked more like hotels with gathering points while Brookdale was more a community with many areas to utilize.

We recently moved mom to Brookdale and I was worried she would have a hard time making the switch. Well I was pleased with the transferring of mom, she was made to feel at home as well as we were. Mom continues to make progress since being at Brookdale. I'm pleased with the attention and level of service she receives at Brookdale.

When looking for a Senior living facility, with a home like atmosphere, for your love one. Consider Brookdale in Watauga. Single floor, with a small community and all the amenities. You will not find a better professional staff and caregivers. You will have the peace of mind knowing your love one will be watch over and cared for, as if they were home under your care. [name removed], the Executive Director is a outstanding person, doing a exceptional job. Very knowledgeable about all the aspects of Brookdale in Watauga. She takes a special interest in all residents. [name removed] the Resident Program Coordinator is Very dedicated, talks and listens to all the residents. Scheduling different actives & participates which makes it more interesting for the residents. [name removed] the Sales Manager has strong communication skills and takes special interest to know your love ones needs. Extremely helpful conducting tours and explains the Brookdale standards to prospective members.

I am a friend of one of the residents at Brookdale in Westampton, NJ. I rank this community and staff with five stars. I have seen the dedication of all the staff. They are attentive, caring, and responsive to each resident's needs. The staff work close closely with the residents to develop comforting routines, adjusting to personalized needs. I would recommend Brookdale in Westampton to anyone.

Brookdale has been a godsend for both our mother and our family. They have given her a safe and friendly place to be at this stage of her life. The staff are so caring and friendly which makes us so comfortable with our decision to have them be responsible for her care. There is always activities to entertain the residents which is so important to keep them engaged and the meals prepared by the chef are appealing and nutritious. Also knowing they have nursing staff on site 24/7 is very important and comforting.

Most of us will have the difficult decision of finding a senior living community for a friend or family member. I visited several in the Jacksonville, FL area. Brookdale Avondale was by far in my opinion, the most attractive for the cost and amenities. The staff is very inviting from the management on down. When you visit a loved one, whether it's two times a week or 50 times, the atmosphere is always cordial. When you ring the bell at the secured front door whoever opens it always has a pleasant disposition. Location was another positive, the campus is surrounded by oak trees and manicured landscaping. Occasionally you'll get to see ducks and ducklings roaming around from the bedroom window. There's shopping less than 10 minutes from. the campus. with a large grocery store and several restaurants. I highly recommend Brookdale Avondale. I don't think you'll be disappointed..

I enjoy the music and tv shows and happy hour

Our family is very happy with the care that our mother is receiving. The staff is always pleasant and very patient and respectful to the residents. The new management staff, [name removed] has made a lot of changes that have made significant improvements to the program. One of which is providing activities 7 days a week.

On the weekends it would be helpful to have more help like at the front desk in case a resident needs help they can't leave the desk unattended. Which is a good thing. The food isn't great but i hear the same thing from other places. It's probably b/c they have to feed so many. Bulk buying in probably what they do. Overall the facility is clean, safe, grounds well kept & decorated very nicely for holidays. Food could use some improvement. When I walk in I feel very comfortable & happy my mom is here.

This is an excellent place for us old people. Everyone working here goes out of their way to help us not feel alone and to reach our needs as we age. [name removed] the director is the best!

Come April 2024, I will have been here 3 years. Staffing leadership has changed multiple times during this time for me, and this is hard for people in my age group. [name removed] has done an excellency job of protecting us from the input of the change.

Greet way to have a 2nd family. A lot to do!

The caregivers in memory care at Brookdale MVP are patient, kind and have an impressive ability to multitask smoothly. The activities director provides stimulating activities always with a beautiful smile and happy energy. Expect a warm welcome from the receptionists, chefs, maintenance and housekeeping staff. The professional staff is always welcoming and helpful. They maintain a personal relationship with residents.

BD MVP is by far the best care facility for my parents. Unlike some others very large places where a parent can get lost and overlooked, BDMVP is the perfect size with a fully engaged and dedicated staff. My parents were and are very safe and comfortable, well fed, engaged in activities and happy which makes me happy.

Help was what I needed after a challenging summer with my mom. Mom had become increasingly dependent on me for all her care. She was getting increasingly weak and scared of falling. After a short hospital stay, she was sent for rehab. Unfortunately the staff shortages common at all facilities was not allowing for the kind of care we were hoping for her. I had to make a hard decision whether to bring her home or put her in long term care. Brookdale answered all my questions. The facility is so clean and the staff is great. I feel like they are the help I was looking for and I am confident she is in great hands!
