Convenient location with lots of shopping, restaurants and across from top rated hospital. In addition, has physicians that come on site with Xray available. I also appreciate the excursions each week for shopping and church.

Mom entered Brookdale Assisted Living almost 2 years ago and the staff was attentive and caring, Mom's condition deteriorated and she entered the Memory Care portion of the community. She was given the utmost attention and she was treated with care and respect and she was always looking her best when we visited. Their team is outstanding and kind and the communication with family was top on. Thank you Brookdale.

Quicker response time to any and all situations

The way I describe Brookdale to people, is that it is staffed by a group of angels. Everyone is so kind and caring to the residents. You can tell that they are genuinely interested by the way they patiently listen and interact with them. It is always bright, cheerful and clean! I’m at ease knowing that I don’t have to worry about my mother when I’m not there, because I know that she is cared for with love.

My experience with Brookdale Asheboro was great. Sadly, my mother passed away at Brookdale and I couldn't have asked for anything more. They treated her with dignity and respect.

They are all very friendly and nice. They are sweet to the residents. The cost for the value was better than the others. The facility is kept up very well and is a pleasant place to visit.

My father is so happy here. No regrets bringing him to Brookdale Palma Sola. The staff is very pleasant . Everyone feels like family. Great food and lots of activities. I would recommend this community.

I have lived here for one year. I am impressed by the camaraderie with both staff and other residents. The living conditions are good, my laundry never lost and always returned neatly. They take the extra time to hang my clothing or fold it and put away. Housekeeping is on time and my room is always clean. I would recommend to others.

Everyone that I have met is so kind and welcoming. The staff are always very sweet and patient. I like to join her and her friends for lunch. I'm very pleased that my grandmother is here at Brookdale Palma Sola.

We have been beyond thrilled with our experience at Brookdale Palma Sola. We are so thankful for all the associates who work hard and truly care for the residents. The community is well managed, communication is outstanding and it is always clean. Well balanced meals with plenty of options. Community activities are engaging, I know they are all looking forward to their next visit t o Mote Marine!

Brookdale Meadowmont is a beautifully manicured facility in the heart of an up and coming "downtown" area. We were immediately attracted to the spaciousness of our three room suite, and the natural sunlight that fills the rooms throughout the day. The sales rep was forthcoming about the construction that is nearly done across the street and to be honest, we can barely hear any outside noise. We love looking out the window at the courtyard below and watching the birds and squirrels on the beautiful pine trees. What we love about the place is the friendliness of many of the residents. They like to hang out in the common areas and dining room and act as unofficial welcoming crews. The nurses/staff are always around and very busy keeping the place tidy and smelling fresh, replenishing the snack station, making sure everyone is well cared for with on-time meds and regular friendly check-ins. It's a highly personalized experience. Your loved one will be very safe and happy here.

Brookdale Pearland was absolutely wonderful to my mom while she was there. They get all 5 stars. We loved everything about this facility. Everyone was so nice and helpful. It felt like family.

We have had a great experience. And [name removed] from APFM was so very helpful!! The process went more quickly and smoothly than I expected. The food is fabulous. Beautiful dining area. Staff is available, accommodating, and super friendly.

Love this place - trying to get my friends here too. The dining staff and caregivers truly care for their residents. Did not even have to go look anywhere else.

The staff there are very friendly. They get to know the residents and remember their names and likes. No place is perfect but overall it's a good place and Mom feels secure.We chose it due to it being a little smaller than other places we looked at. It's also a good value for the size of the apartments. We also chose it as it is close to Mom's doctors and family.

Every staff person and resident was super friendly and welcoming. There was no high-pressure sales or pushing us to come there to stay and live. The residence we talked to were very thankful that they had picked that location. Some residents had experiences at other loving facilities and did not enjoy their other places as much as Brookdale.! Brookdale was clean and smelled great throughout every floor. The food was also wonderful and the entire Kitchen staff was very nice as well.

We have been pleased with the quality of care and level of attention our loved one is receiving. We chose the facility because they have a lovely campus, many food choices and can provide more robust levels of care as our loved one's Alzheimer's progresses.

They treat their residents with care and compassion. When I retire that would definitely be an option for me to consider. Out of the communities I have visited I feel this is the best. Good food fun activities love it.

Brookdale Medford is a great place for your loved ones. Quality care from employees who love and treat the residents like family. Supportive and communicative staff. I’m grateful to have found such a great place in our community to help with family.
