Brookdale

I am very impressed with Brookdale Lake Brazos and their services. Also, I am very pleased with the facility and the staff. They are all compassionate and caring from the administrators, to the nurse, to everyone working in the dining room. One of the things that my mother and I noticed on our initial visit was that the residents were so happy and friendly. They loved being there as does my mother now.

The facility is nice. The care that they offer is in a good way that you can pick what you want. Other places didn't offer that. We picked this community because of the care that we were promised for the value was what we were looking at. I was very disappointed with them. I would not recommend them.

Staff has been consistently helpful and friendly. Facility is bright, clean and welcoming. I would 100% recommend Brookdale Montrose to anybody looking.

The facility and rooms were always clean. The staff were wonderful. They cared for my husband in such a caring way. They treated him as an individual with his special needs. They were so friendly. They kept me informed about his needs and care. [name removed] was especially kind and went out of his way to engage my loved one.

We visit my mom for dinner every Wednesday and [name removed] does a fantastic job of running the dining room. He is very friendly and professional. He is both friendly with the residents and the staff that work the dining room and seems to be respected by all. Thank you

My father has been at Brookdale Austintown for more than a year. It is a small community of residents that make my father more than just a number. The staff is excellent at communicating special events, changes, and updates. Billing is straightforward. I very much feel that my father is well cared for. I would happily recommend this facility to others.

The staff was like family, the place was clean, their services seen to be higher than other facilities I visited, and my picky mom absolutely loved it there.

It's more like a family setting. Not a big glitzy appearance like some. A personal place.

Our loved one has been at Brookdale Carmel for over two years and we visit daily, so are well-aquainted with the facility. Obviously determining a community for someone with dementia is a major decision. It helps everyone involved that family and friends are VERY welcomed at Brookdale. There's a true sense of community. The design of the facility, with pods and small dining/social areas, is ideal for memory care. Staff are well-trained and patient with residents, even in challenging moments. ALL staff see resident well-being as their job. Brookdale Carmel is extremely clean and well-maintained, and activities for mental stimulation are appropriate, fun, and engaging.

The business manager answered all of our questions and was able to provide an excellent care plan for my mother. I highly recommend.

From the quality of qualified staff, specific to memory care needs, & the nursing care that is provided daily, Brookdale Carmel is the place to be. With the "neighborhood" concept, it has proven perfect for our family member. A maximum 8 residents per neighborhood with a CNA present, provides more personal care for your loved one. Each of these area's has their own living room / TV, as well as dining for breakfast, lunch & dinner. There is always an activity going on for those that are able or desire to participate or attend. The staff is very courteous & friendly as well. All nursing homes & health care facilities are expensive these days, but if you want the best care for your loved one, Brookdale Carmel is where you need to be.

The staff have been over the top friendly. They are always attentive, professional, kind and responsive. I feel like they all know my mom, and recognize me any time I visit. I would recommend the facility--it's spotless and pleasant. The overall cost of care is a shocker, but I don't think it's unique to Brookdale.

This is a very loving environment for your loved one! I highly recommend you come and review Brookdale Memory facility. The staff is kind, helpful and caring! It’s clean and really decorated nicely. My friend who I visit weekly misplaced her purse and the staff went to extraordinary measures to successfully find it! There are so many activities for the residents, arts and crafts, bingo, live music. Just come and see for yourself

I would HIGHLY recommend Brookdale for a living facility. I picked this community because of the friendly, comforting, and welcoming atmosphere that Brookdale shows.

Highly recommend Brookdale Peachtree. The staff truly cares about their residence. I love how they keep the residents engaged with activities throughout the day!! The facility is always very clean! When you walk in, you are greeted with a smile! Also, I love to see the residents in the lobby, listening to music, Informational, or just hanging out!

The staff is wonderful and very kind. They check in on the residents regularly and housekeeping comes by about 2x daily to clean up the rooms. The meals are good quality and if the residents are unable to make it to the dining room, then the staff serve them in their room. I would definitely recommend this facility. It is well worth the cost of the place.

We are very pleased with Brookdale for Mom. would highly recommend to others. I am always so impressed with the manner in which the staff goes over and above knowing the residents and making them feel welcome and included- from the Director, Sales manager, Finance, Brookdale At Home, the food services director, food service,maintenance, and many other staff- I love how they know and address each resident by name. It was important to my Mom that she be able to attend mass each week and Brookdale provides that, along with Grief Share group, fitness, pet therapy, music and so much more!

It's close to me so I can visit more often. My loved one is happy there. That's all that matters to me.

Currently, everything gets a 5. I chose Brookdale Highpoint North due to proximity to where I live and the overall cleanliness of the facility. The staff are very friendly and are very responsive to any concerns.

I have been so impressed with the attentive and gentle care my dad has received here. The staff are clearly dedicated to their work and the residents. Highly recommend.
