I am very pleased with the care my family member is receiving at Brookdale East Tucson. Most importantly, my loved one really loves residing at Brookdale. The staff is kind, caring and provides continuity of care. Medication is provided at the same time daily. Meals are delicious and a daily schedule is maintained for dining. All of these things are what makes residing at Brookdale a pleasure. I honestly cannot say enough about the entire staff!! Their kindness and warmth makes them feel like family. I highly recommend Brookdale East Tucson.

I have lived at Brookdale University Park since October 2023, when I loved to Denver. I love my apartment with a wide view of the mountains, a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer in the bathroom. Friendly residents and staff.

Re facility: renovations are almost underway, with carpeting and wall paint/covering first. I believe all furniture in shared areas is to be replaced, as it is, though pleasant, quite old. The staff here are essentially wonderful. Any reasonable resident should, in my opinion, feel cared about and paid attention to. This applies to management, dining room servers, receptionists (24/7), maintenance, housekeepers, and the staff member who plans and organizes our activities does a great job. The facility provides transportation to medical appointments 2 mornings a week. There is also transportation to varied shopping and to weekly lunches at assorted restaurants. The chef is excellent.

I had research several places before moving my mom and I so glad that we settled on Brookdale. My mom's apartment is manageable size for her needs, it's walking distance to Trader Joe's and several downtown Oak Park shops and restaurants and the staff are really lovely. They have provided not just my mom support, but they have provided me with a lot of support this past year. It took some adjusting but my mom is happy there as well. I am confident that she is safe there.
