Employees go above and beyond for each resident on an individual basis. The activities are centered around the residents wants and needs. Residents are encouraged to engage in outings or the public is encouraged to come to brookdale for several activities to be with their friends and family. Residents are genuinely happy living here.

I reached out to the Director, [name removed], on a Friday after 5pm. He facilitated a drop in, unexpected or planned visit to Meadowmont Memory Care in Chapel Hill area that same evening. Within 30 minutes of the call we were at the facility and greeted by a caregiver. She provided a tour to find all the residents together watching a movie. The other caregiver was on the couch with the residents and engaged with the residents. The facility was clean and organized. The caregivers were most impressive, attentive, inviting and demonstrated genuine care of their residents and facility. Memory Care is tough for all who need their family to be cared for but I felt a calm and caring team at Meadowmont. Thank you all for the tour. [name removed](I am an RN)

My Mother passed away after being at Brookdale for two and a half weeks. She was placed in Hospice care after one week. She was in bed mostly and eating very little. The staff was awesome and so caring.

The staff treats you like family and recognize you and your family's needs and wishes. They follow up with medical care and appointments. Very helpful and communication with the family is very good. Special diets are taken in consideration. It has been a great place for my brother.

I met with the sales director for a tour and info about [removed]. Great tour, lots of into. Love the facility. Will bring referrals.

My mom was previously a resident at Brookdale Niskayuna and everything was great for her there. She was very comfortable and she loved it. She was very happy at Brookdale. I would recommend this facility to others.

Staff is great. I like that the facility also has an upward mobility program where they work with their staff to obtain higher levels of certification. The senior nurses are really sharp and on top of issues. The senior management went above and beyond helping us move my aunt from California to Washington. The evaluations went smoothly because of their involvement.

Meals are for the most part good with a good variety. Dining head works hard to offer variety our program director is AWESOME! Activities give residents and caregivers very caring and friendly. cleanliness is better with 2 on staff to clean.

Our family needed to relocate my father from his own condo and find a place near me in Phoenix. The moment I walked in and met the director of sales [name removed] and nurses [names removed]. It was the place for Dad. He was moved in for the super fun New Year Eve party. The people who work here take pride in what they do. Make this a home for all residents. Dad has a beautiful 1 bedroom and he cares for all the staff. There is a sense of team work to note this is a fun safe, clean, home for residents and guests.

Great first 6 weeks in this facility! Front desk is so welcoming and friendly! All leadership is extremely friendly and very responsive! Great customer service!

Experience is very good, no disappointments. I enjoy the various activities, especially the exercises that helped me gain strength to move around better.

The staff on weekdays is exceptional and are people-oriented. They communicate well and keep the facility clean. the relationships are great and everyone does a good job of engaging the residents. I'd like to see a better system of communicating with my dad by phone. There is only one phone near the nurses station and out-of-town relatives have trouble trying to reach my dad.

Crew here is fantastic! Activity director is really dedicated to her job. Personality alone!

There couldn't be another facility where I would feel as safe and happy as here at Brookdale UP Denver. And super friendly, caring staff, fun activities, all our needs are met.

Everyone I dealt with made a difficult situation where I needed to make decisions very quickly a comfortable, caring and helpful process.

The staff are all very friendly and they know all of the residents. I always see them cleaning up. The communication with the family is great. The meals are good. Very tasty. I would recommend this facility. It's not the highest quality looking place, but the care exceeds the facility's looks.

During this difficult season, the staff, especially the ED and sales manager at Brookdale were fantastic. Patient, kind, thoughtful and understanding. That was what we needed at that time.

Director [name removed] is a nurse by training-cares deeply. She makes sure the common areas are decorated for holidays and does a fabulous job [name removed], sales director- very thorough and accommodating. In house nursing staff headed by [name removed] was helpful in every way Areas for improvement: Better salad choices (lettuce is always iceberg) fewer sandwiches for dinner options More activities and times I only know of exercise class at 10am

The staff at Brookdale was very kind and took care of our grandmother until the end. During her time there she enjoyed the meals and friends she did make. The nurses were very helpful. We always felt like we could ask them questions

We chose Brookdale Lenoir over others places we looked at because the facility was very clean and staff were compassionate. Staff have also been very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this assisted living facility to others looking.
