5 for all categories, Brookdale Trillium is a wonderful place!! My family likes that I'm so happy here, the food is excellent, the residents and staff are friendly and helpful and I'm enjoying my life so much!!

They must love old people. All of the staff joke around and make us feel loved. I have a large and beautiful villa. Us residents would like ice cream more often than 3 times a week. I would highly recommend Brookdale College Parkway, I am grateful to be here!

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. They are all so very nice! Patient with my Dad every day all day. Based on the experience we have had with Brookdale Tangeweood to other families who may need a place for loved ones.

Overall a good experience. When my Dad needed to have hospice care they worked with Lenawee Hospice so we didn't have to move him from Brookdale. Everything from the lobby, dining room and apartment was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Nancy at the front desk, Samantha Miller who helped us set everything up for the move, and Executive Director Chris who went out of his way to help in so many ways.

I have enjoyed living at Brookdale since I moved in. The employees are nice and respectful. I enjoy activities like bingo and book club. Looking forward to some field trips soon.

Personal pay options, level of care, individual independence for my father in law. Super communicative and I appreciate how quick the turnaround time was to get my father in law scheduled for a tour and moved in. House keeping is good and people are friendly. Would I recommend to others? Yes I would depending on their needs.

I have had friends and family at this facility- Brookdale North Augusta since 2016. The staff are great. The meals are great. The facility is secure and comfortable. I highly recommend Brookdale Kingsport. The staff that I met and had interactions with were very friendly and very knowledgeable. The residents were very friendly as well. The apartments are very spacious.

My mom is currently a resident at Brookdale Overland Park 119th and the overall experience has been great so far. They communicate really well and they do a good job. I think that I've been most impressed with their extra services. My mom needed a little more help when she moved in and they've been great. The housekeeping is so-so and the facility is clean, but a little dated. I would recommend Brookdale Overland Park 119th to others.

[name removed] loves being around other people. She doesn't feel isolated anymore and based on the experience we have had so far with Brookdale Lafayette, we would recommend this community to other families.

I would give ALL 5's for each category. Brookdale Gallatin has been a WONDERFUL experience for my dad and me as a family member. I would highly recommend them to any friend or family. I have always felt he was receiving the best quality and compassionate care possible

Best apartment layouts for both IL and AL in the city. Feels less like AL or nursing home than any other facility. Caring, "work with you" staff.

Wonderful people, very helpful and knowledgeable at Brookdale. All questions were answered and the staff was friendly and always willing to help.

My loved one was previously a resident at Brookdale Mandarin and the overall experience was very good. The friendliness was great. The staff and care services were good. The meals were okay. Due to the cost, we ended up having to move my loved one to a different facility.

Brookdale values their residents. It is evident in the kindness shown from the front desk, to the dining area staff, to the nurses, and management. They maintain communication with family members, and have professionally handled conflicts that have arisen between my mother and other residents - which are bound to happen. I am pleased that my mother is in a living situation that keeps her social, and all of her needs are met.

Everything mentioned above but mainly because she is happy there. It took a couple of months to adjust. In the third month though, she said she wouldn't go back to her home even if she could....she loves it at Brookdale.

It was very pleasant. They were very kind and truly caring. My dad had late stage dementia and had behavior issues, so they were appreciated to give us relief.

The staff are very friendly and know each resident and their room numbers. They are positive and upbeat. Mom is in independent living, so there really is no communication from their end to me, but if I have concerns about her, they are very helpful. The move in process was very smooth. Her room was ready and was very clean. The food is very delicious. Mom was a very light eater, not now, she is consuming much more. When they changed ownership, the was no issues at all. It went very smoothly. I highly recommend this place.

My husband has been there since 2/29/24. He has received very good care there from many CNAs & nurses. The activities people, [name removed], [name removed] & [name removed], have been great with games & exercises that have kept the residents as fit as possible. They also fixed a piece of exercise equipment in the fitness room that was broken when we first arrived at Brookdale & they responded promptly to repair it. The receptionists, [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], etc have all been great & caring & very understanding to allow my husband to wave goodbye to me when I left at night. The nurses were very diligent with their most difficult duties taking care of meds for so many patients. The cleaning people have great, positive attitudes & do an excellent job of cleaning even the back side of towel rods. The heads of nursing have kept in touch very well & the executive director also checked to make sure my husband’s needs were being met. The cooks were responsive to patient dislikes.

The entire team at Brookdale South Charlotte is wonderful. The care they provided was top-notch. The management team is especially focused on giving every resident the personalized attention they deserve.
