Brookdale

My loved one was previously a resident at Brookdale Melbourne and the experience at this facility was great for her. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff, care services and meals were also great. Brookdale did a fantastic job. I would recommend Brookdale Melbourne for anyone who needs Memory Care, even myself!

Our experience with Brookdale Midwestern was only a 2 week stay while we were on vacation, and it was a year and a half ago, but she was well cared for while she was there.

My loved one is currently a resident at Brookdale Apache Junction and most everything has been great for him so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The food and activities are good. Overall, my loved one is very happy with Brookdale. I would recommend Brookdale Apache Junction to others.

I am presently in the hospital but they have been so helpful for me and my family. Based on my experience so far with Brookdale Heritage Plaza, I would recommend them to other families.

My loved one is currently a resident at Brookdale Charlotte East. My loved one could no longer care for himself and at Brookdale Charlotte East he is safe and has the care that he needs. He has made friends and they have their own table in the dinning room. He loves the outings that he can go on, especially out to eat and shop. When I was looking for a place for him we visited Brookdale and my husband turned to me and said "I can see him here". We looked at many places.

I've been here for 8 years at Brookdale. I love it and I love living near my son. I particularly love the staff and the residents. We have lots of activities which I really appreciate, it makes for a very nice time. Lots of different acts and performers as well as movies and other activities.

I have visited Mount Vernon Drive several times and the community is friendly and home like. The activities are wonderful and they do gardening in the courtyard. I would place my family at Mount Vernon Drive without hesitation.

My dad seems to be ok there. Yes, would recommend.

They could improve their food selection and preparation. Understandably it's hard to cook for a crowd, but improvements could be made to make the food more pleasant to eat. A few of the rank and file staff are perhaps not as friendly or caring as you'd hope, but overall everyone is great and it's a nice place to be and people are helpful.

The above scoring is based on reasonable expectation relative to cost and comparison to five other facilities within the local area. For our particular circumstances Brookdale Senior Living was and is a perfect fit. Our dad loves the food and the attention he receives when needed. The services are just enough to keep him comfortable without being too disruptive and he is provided with plenty of opportunity to be involved with others if he chooses. Additionally, "A Place For Mom" was instrumental to our search for a place for our dad. We would never had found Brookdale if not for the insight and contacts provided by "A place For Mom". Their staff asked all of the right questions. This combined with their experience, contacts and knowledge of the area allowed the staff to direct us to the perfect place for dad.

Brookdale, Port Orange gave my aunt superb care during the last five years of her life. We got to know the staff personally and felt like they were part of our family. Facility is very clean and modern.

Brookdale Carmel provides a caring environment for loved ones in need of Memory Care. Management and nursing staff are committed to tailoring support to the unique needs of individual residents. The facility offers a clean and safe environment. Food quality is definitely above industry standards.

My dad had a heart attack and my parents were not able to go back to their home of 65 years. I needed a place immediately for my mom to begin to reside. Veronica at Brookdale was instrumental at securing a room for my mom on the much needed ground floor. The entire staff at Brookdale have been excellent at welcoming my mom and helping her feel comfortable and settle in under such a difficult family situation. Everyone calls her by her first name each and every time, and daily we are greeted with smiles, cleanliness, and a continuing willingness to help our family. Thank you Brookdale!!

The people at Brookdale have been supportive, careing, willing to work with us and knowledgeable. Every step of the way they helped us through the changes and sorrows. There staff including the outside doctors have been top notch and very willing to go the extra mile. Can not say enough good things about them.

This is the best place I've found to car for my wife who has lost her memory. It is memory care only and their dedication to this task is apparent in the everyday life of my resident life. The care givers are devoted to their task. It is a tribute to the management that the people they hire stay. This gives a long term stability that is not found a many other facilities.

My mom has been really happy at Brookdale. She was in a different placement before where she spent all her time in her room and didn’t make friends. Brookdale’s neighborhood approach has led her to feel included. She has made 3 friends. She has a great relationship with the caregivers. I could not be more pleased.

Day outings for independent living tenants going to different casinos wineries special retaurants Toms farms Palm Springs and more two days a week every month All holidays have festive decorations and our daily meals corresponds to that holiday Balconies which adds space to ur unit Convenient nail and hair salon in clubhouse Jacuzzi and swimming pool with classes Outdoor luaus in summer buffet style and bbq So many activities for everything Wine three days a week

All of the categories that are listed have contributed to the great experience our family has had with Brookdale Club Hill . And it was enough of all those things that we moved to a part of town away from mother's established life.

Brookdale Uptown Whittier delivers in all areas of amenities and services. Unexpectedly but most welcoming is that it has become an extended family for both [name removed] and me. The staff, the residents and even 3rd party caregivers CARE for each other. From the bottom of our hearts- Thank you!
