The community has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I know my mom will be welcomed and my mom smiled while touring this community the entire time. I recommend this community to anyone who needs memory care for their parents.

We are very happy with Brookdale for my mom! Friendly staff, size of the apartment, location (close to freeway but not in a busy location), meal selections, it felt "classy" ... a place my mom is proud to live in not embarrassed that she was living in an "old persons home"

We picked this property because it is a convenient location and it affordable. I would recommend it.

My mother is happy at Brookdale Mandeville and based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families. A simple commercial gave us hope for our mother. A place for mom gave us so many options of choosing the perfect place for our mom. Steven had so much information and recommended several place for us to choose from. I felt as if I was a family member and not just another person calling for information. A Place For Mom was a blessing for our family.

Overall, it has been the perfect fit for my father. [name removed] (father) likes the smaller environment, we like that it is a closed facility, and the staff is very accommodating.

Great team, experienced staff, Awesome leadership. The community feels like a family. Very little turnover with staffing, families are very involved and they have a great open door policy.

5s across the board for Brookdale Santa Catalina. Our loved one loves the meals that are served and the beautiful nature and wildlife he is able to see being next to the mountains. He can see deer, bobcats, wild pigs, etc.

Our family experienced some dramatic changes throughout the time our loved one was at Tanglewood Oaks. The staff worked with us to address all the challenges. They continually provided loving care for all of us. We will always be grateful. Their care allowed our loved one to enjoy her last few years. Thank you

The staff work so well as a team and they show compassion for the residents. I’m grateful for their attentiveness to my concerns for my husband and follow through with changes needed. The activities that include families are a way of feeling part of a community.

Last summer thru December, the director was out with major medical issues and it was a bit of chaos for awhile- losing some employees with no one to hire more or cover the extra work. Most of this was admin and the residents were certainly taken care of! My loved one fell in October and after his hospital stay, he had to have much more care and I stayed with him there for three weeks before he died. The staff went above and beyond for both of us and have continued to reach out. Couldn't find better people anywhere! And the food was excellent! I was so pleased that we had found the right place!

The meals and dining and activities are hard to judge since my dad wasn't able to eat much or take part in activities. I don't remember the monthly rate, but it was cheaper than comparable home care. I found staff responsive, professional, and empathetic. Building, room, and grounds were pleasant and inviting.

[name removed] is amazing.... we felt comfortable right from the start... the facility is beautiful and the staff is wonderful it resembles a family... the rates are reasonable and I feel completely safe leaving my mom here.... [name removed]made our transition from a rehab nursing home to assisted living a smooth and amazing process... she is wonderful she treated us like family right from the start... she puts up with all my texts and questions... she is five star... she and this amazing staff deserve to be recognized..... we are so happy we chose Brookdale...

The community is very home like, beautiful location back in cul-de-sac but near the hospital, friendly staff, the garden is amazing and wonderful to see the patients helping keep it beautiful. The rooms are spacious, always smells clean and patients seem happy!

My dad was living with me, but because he was fairly independent, I felt he was missing out on being with others his own age and similar interests. Moving him to Brookdale Valparaiso gave him opportunities to meet new friends and stay active. He's had some recent health issues, and it was such a relief knowing the nursing staff was there around the clock to keep an eye on him. He's doing really well! This was a very good decision we made!

The staff was professional and courteous. The facility was always clean. The meals were good. I enjoyed them cause I eat with my sister there. activities. There were always activities something going on, to keep the residents happy and busy.

[name removed] was very helpful from a financial standpoint, getting us a contract that was both feasible for us and profitable for Brookdale176th. [name removed] with more of the day today specifics, concerns, and questions about anything going on with my mom. She was amazing and extremely helpful.

My mom came to live here in [date removed] and after settling in Brookdale Robinwood became her home. The staff here was beyond what I could have hoped for in her care. She had had a stroke that affected her speech, but she could still communicate. She loved all of the activities that went on. As time passed dementia began to set in but she didn't let that stop her. She would reach out her hand to everyone she passed to say hello. In her final week not only was family holding a vigil but also the staff and fellow residents. They all loved her so much and the kitchen staff made sure the family had drinks and snacks to make us more comfortable during this difficult time. After she took her last breath, her memorial service was held here with all of the people that loved her so much. I cannot say enough about Brookdale Robinwood. Through my time here I saw the compassion and caring that is top notch. Now I am proud to say that I am one of the staff to pass on the care and compassion.

My mom has been residing at Brookdale Eddy East in Auburn, MA since February and this is was a good move for her. She loves it there, and is happy with all. The place is very clean, excellent staff , and they provide good meals and activities. I would highly recommend this place for someone who is in need of transitioning their lifestyle to assisted living. Could not have made a better choice for my mom.
