Staff goes above and beyond to make themselves available for questions. Apartments are fairly spacious. Amenities offered are great.

Our loved one has now passed but Brookdale Fillmore Pond were wonderful to her and our family. We felt that the community had a coziness and charm to it and we would absolutely recommend them to other families

My loved one was previously a resident at Brookdale Folsom and the experience at this facility was great for her. The friendliness, staff and care services were great. The food, activities and value were also great. They do a great job. I do recommend Brookdale Folsom to others.

So far it has been a great experience for my Mom and for me. Everyone there r very kind and caring towards the residence and towards the families of the residence. The place is clean and the food it very good.

My mom has improved physically since she has been there so much hospice has told us they can’t take mom anymore because they say she has improved so much that she doesn’t need them. I can’t say enough good things about Brookdale, the staff make this place great.

I was extremely lucky. Brookdale was the first place I visited. I was very impressed. After discussing with my daughter and doing a bit of research on the two others that we made appointments with, I told my daughter that Brookdale was the one I wanted. [name removed] Was my first contact with Brookdale. She is a wonderful lady. Took my daughter and I on a tour, gave us a complimentary lunch (the food was very good). I moved in on [date removed] I have been very happy here. The staff is wonderful, the activities are great and the food, overall is good. I have made friends and truly enjoy all activities.

The people who live here are friendly. It’s like a big family. I love the activities. Bingo is my favorite. The food is pretty good. The staff are helpful and always try to meet your needs. Overall, my husband and I are happy here.

Brookdale Falling Creek is a wonderful place. The entire staff has been so friendly, honest and truly care for all the residents. They constantly keep us informed of all that is going on in the facility. The entire staff has an open door policy and can be reached by phone or text no matter what day or time it is. We looked at many facilities and definitely chose the right one for our situation.

Our 96-year-old dad had to be moved from in-home 24/7 care to assisted care living. Brookdale Senior Living fit all our requirements extremely well. The facility has only 42 apartments, making it a small close knit community. The facility is very clean and they have, per Dad, very good food and accommodate dietary restrictions. The staff is very caring and usually goes above and beyond their job roles to assist the residents. Dad is very happy and does not regret his move at all.

Brookdale belle meade has been fantastic for my father. He has Parkinson’s, and they have worked really hard to balance supporting his various needs with his desire to have as much freedom and independence as possible. The people who work there are outstanding - kind, thoughtful, supportive, and understanding. This place has been the best, I am so glad we choose Brookdale belle Meade!

When it comes to the cleanliness - my relative had greasy hair one time! I am overall very happy. I have visited 4 times at meal time and the meals seemed to lack Fresh veggies...but again, I am happy. I would love to see more activities scheduled for memory care. I generally go in the afternoon and TV seems to be the activity but again, overall extremely Happy. My family member was in another facility and that experience was not pleasant. Brookdale has it's rating for a reason and I hope they will continue to demand this level of excellence from themselves. Our experience with Brookdale Reidsville NC is overall, extremely positive. They are so kind and friendly towards me, as a family member, and towards my relative .. I appreciate them so much..

My only issue is that the respite care has to be 2 weeks minimum and most of my needs are for one week respite. However, we would recommend Brookdale Pointe West to other families, they were all amazing professionals!

Brookdale Green Hills Cumberland is a lovely facility. I have gotten very comfortable there and I like the style and the layout of my apartment. There are a few area areas of weaknesses that occur occasionally. However, I must say that the administrative or the leadership staff are aware of the problems and are very open to suggestions or complaints of the residents. I really feel like the staff places the residents first and we are their priority. A major area that needs improvement is the dining and the food. We are lacking a head chef and a manager of food services, so that makes a lot of people very unhappy, and I must say that I am quite disappointed in that part, especially since the rent for Brookdale is higher than anywhere else that I looked except for maybe one other place. To others that are searching for assisted/independent living I feel like Brookdale is one of the best places. The Director of activities and programming is excellent and uses feedback from the residents. All of the activities are fun and interesting, diverse, etc. I would say to not be alone or to have lost a loved one and wanting a place for activities and socialization, Brookdale Green Hills Cumberland is top-notch.

My loved one is currently a resident at Brookdale Champions and her experience has been great so far. The staff and care services are great. The cleanliness and friendliness are also great. Anytime that we have ever had an issue, it has been resolved quickly. I would recommend Brookdale Champions to others.

Staff was really friendly. I liked the courtyard a lot. It had mature landscaping, and it was a safe place for them to be outside as there was no access for them to wonder away. There was a variety of sizes at different prices. We, due to budget, had one of the smallest ones. But the size still was OK for being a smaller floor plan. There's room to have guests and the big window made things feel bigger. It was very clean and updated.

Dad was a little picky and our timing was affected by a pending sale of his home, but from the first moment we walked into Brookdale College Parkway, it was clear this would be the place. [Name removed] asked all the right questions, ones he had not heard at several other places we visited. And besides that, she was an exceptional listener. Interaction with both staff and residents was positive and consistent with regard to their experiences. So happy dad found his ideal place for his next stage of life.

I had a friend who moved his wife into Brookdale, and that's why I chose to tour with them. No one else is as good as Brookdale, and I won't be going anywhere else for my wife's care. I had the best experience on my tour and they were super helpful.

They are very thoughtful, professional, kind and thorough. The residents are happy. My brother loves it there. He is content and is making many new friends. He feels valued there. There are no bad smells in the hallway like we experienced in another place.
