I rate all categories a 5. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating at Brookdale Camino del Sol.

Brookdale is a wonderful place. The caregivers are kind, knowledgably patient and hands on. Mother is very content. I have peace of mind.

I am well pleased with the care my sister is getting in memory care. All who care for her care caring and very professional with her well as with her family.

When I started my search for a place for my mom. I went to the oldest place. I didn't have to look any further. The people at Brookdale Farmers Branch were so friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable, I knew instantly this was the right place. Mom has been here 5 months and I know she is being well cared for.

We feel very fortunate to have found Brookdale Cape May Court House. Their staff is caring, efficient and always thinking outside the box with regards to caregiving solutions. The facility is well maintained and provides many high- quality services such as physical therapy and a hair salon. They are without a doubt the leader in the assisted living space for the Southern New Jersey region.

From the moment we walked into Brookdale, it felt as comfortable as stepping into our own living room. When we met the Sales Director, we immediately sensed that he and his team would be warm and welcoming. His experience and expertise in managing new residents (our loved one) was clear. We even connected over the fact that both of his parents and my parent, whom we were trying to place at Brookdale, were principals. While my mother's transition was a bit challenging, the staff reassured us, saying, "Don’t worry, we’ve got this." Their support was a great comfort during a difficult time for our family. Since moving in July 2024, my mother has grown to love the activities, the piano, her fellow Brookdale residents, and especially the food. We are so thankful to Brookdale for welcoming her and providing excellent care.

Nice and clean place. Good, qualified and friendly staff. Fresh baked cookies daily which the residents love. Administrative and nursing g personnel easily available for questions and or concerns. Front desk very welcoming.

I was nervous letting someone help me with mom because I’ve done it on my own for so long. But as soon as we got there I was reassured that I was doing the right thing for her. Mom was not happy about the move but the first week of her living there she was immediately immersed in activities and fun. She said the food was so good and that she had friends. Moving my mom to Brookdale has been an adjustment for my mom & myself. I have felt that the staff at Brookdale has helped me understand the process and all the rules and regulations of a living facility. I am pleased with all areas of my mom’s care

Brookdale of Norman, Oklahoma has a wonderful staff and facility. Mom is 89 years old. She has lived with me almost 5 years since my Dad passed away. In April she fell and fractured two vertebrae in her back. She had surgery, then went to skilled nursing and Regan. Her back got infected. She went back to the hospital for 2 weeks antibiotics and then went to hospital rehab. She went one night to Brookdale, wouldn’t call for help and fell and broke her hip. Once again she went to skilled nursing and rehab. Once all that was healed, she was now wheelchair bound. She went back to Brookdale. While she was in facilities, the nurses from Brookdale visited her in rehab. Once back at Brookdale, all the staff quickly learned momma’s particulars to keep her safe. They accompany her around the facility for activities, including her in as many things as possible. She has some dementia but is very personable and loves visiting with the other residents. Very clean, well kept facility. Im picky!

Our experience has been wonderful. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They took the extra time to make sure my mom adjusted from independent living to assisted. The staff always contacts me if they have any concerns about my moms health .
