Brookdale

I like it here at Brookdale. The people are great and nice associates. There is a lot of entertainment and you can keep yourself busy here. I have nothing to gripe about regarding Brookdale Flagstaff.

Brookdale is such a nice place to live in and I feel safe living here. The food is very good here and the staff is very delightful and helpful.

I had a wonderful tour, the Marketing director [name removed] was so friendly and knowledgeable. The community was buzzing and it really felt like a warm environment.

[name removed], the Health and Wellness Director, is fantastic, and gives me the majority of my confidence in having a parent there. [name removed] and [name removed] as well are incredible people that have been graceful and fair in our dealings with them. I could laundry list compliments for the whole staff, but that'd be a long list. I'm not without apprehensions, but I think that's just the nature of the circumstance of having a loved one in a facility of that nature and the financial stresses that come with it; but those working there seriously do a great job of making those stresses secondary to the benefits she receives while there.

My grandmother has lived at Brookdale Mt Vernon Drive for over a year and is well taken care of. She has made friends and the staff treat her and our family like we are a part of their family like we are a part of their family. I highly recommend Brookdale Mt Vernon Drive Memory Care.

I've had such a great experience as an outside agency coming into Trailridge. All staff provides exceptional, compassionate care to all residents! I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants the best care for their love one!

We are very pleased with the care mom receives. She is always happy to see us and we enjoy that she is content, Brookdale Trail Ridge fits her.

I would rate Brookdale at a 5 in all categories, they are very helpful, friendly and genuinely care about the residents. My mother is improving every day. She's doing well and starting to get out of her room and socializing.

I was very pleased with the nurses and staff. My dad was happy with his friends there. They kept me up-to -date and took such great care of my dad until the end.

Mom loves it there. She has a lot of new friends and started a couple games that weren't being played. Every staff member is amazing and they go above and beyond. As far as value, I don't think we would find a better place than Brookdale East. Even if it cost more. Maintenance is great, food is great. We can't say enough good about Brookdale.

I believe that Brookdale Maltsberger is one of the finest establishments that I have had the pleasure of living at. The employee are fantastic.

I love Brookdale and the people that work here are very nice. The community overall is very nice and they try to go out of their way to help you.

When we would into Brookdale the managers and staff where very welcoming, and open there are to my son and I. Before we signed the papers we did pro's and con's on our question and tour of the facility. We came up with no con's.

I feel very healthy and safe here. I've made many new friends here.

They have a real personal touch here. They are very attentive and accommodating to individual needs and interests.

Brookdale Paradise Valley is a pretty and unique senior community with a Koi pond, palm trees and swimming pool with daily water aerobics. Each apartment has a small patio or balcony which we have not seen in other communities. The staff is wonderful and they have a wide selection of activities and events, and they allow small pets. The meals are healthy and there are not only daily specials, but an "always available" menu as well. Overall, a wonderful community feel and great place for seniors to be as involved as they want to be.

Overall Brookdale was excellent. Staff were all excellent and she was well cared for and family and friends were treated well. Medicaid did not pay the full amount, they paid Brookdale about [removed]k per month so we had to move her. If payment is not an issue Brookdale is a very appealing place.
