I am very pleased with Home Instead and our care giver [name removed]. I have never had a problem. He gets along with my husband [name removed] and I hope that he never needs to be replaced as they have a very good relationship. I can easily communicate with [name removed] if a situation arises. Home Instead frequently has others followup with us also.

I was little hesitant to request backup care privately due to not knowing what to expect. It was coincidental but I am so grateful to have gotten connected with Homewatch CareGivers company. Their caregivers are well trained to provide great quality care. Their compassion, dedication, kindness to provide great quality care are commendable. They are attentive, takes time to learn and build relationships with their clients and puts the family to ease. I hired their services for Day and overnight care and it has been a great experience. They are very respectful, on time, communicative and asks questions as needed. Always looking to do something for the caregiver to keep them company and to ensure they take care of all their needs. Not only their team, but the owner of this caregiving service is also very responsible and ensures the expectations are not just met but they all exceed the expectations. Their team is very professional and committed to ensure the client feels valued

Five star all the way! I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Home Instead of Bethlehem. The staff is friendly and always there to help. My caregiver [ Name Removed] is kind, reliable and like a best friend. I am so thankful for the support everyone has provided me. When my caregiver was sick the office staff came out to make sure I was cared for. They go the extra mile and they are the best. I referred the to my sister and she is also very happy. [name removed] is very attentive she's very caring she always asks me questions to find out what I want and what I need she's been willing to do anything and everything even when it's not on my checklist and she's been very encouraging letting me try and be independent and she's very consistent I appreciate having the same caregiver on the days that I don't have [name removed]. [name removed] has very attentive, goes above and beyond and allows to have some independence still, I really appreciate that. I have not have had to have a whole lot of contact with the office but the few times that I have they've been very responsive very caring.

Very easy to set up care. Flexible with schedule. Great communication Very helpful to have someone to fill in the blanks for care.

On the first day [name removed] showed up at 10. I was in the ER by 11:45. I ended up having 2 heart surgeries. [name removed] was a God send

The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and professional. They took time to make her comfortable and answered our questions. The lady who bathed her took time to make her comfortable and relaxed. The nurse set up an easy system for her meds that was something I could use with confidence. Overall everyone explained everything to me In a way that I could understand.

I have called your establishment in advance and you have provided EXCELLENT SUPPORT and I have also called last minute. Again, EXCELLENT SUPPORT. If you all are not told this enough you are doing an OUTSTANDING JOB providing support for my Uncle and I am confident other clients as well. My wife said it would a good idea to contact you and I am SO GLAD THAT I DID. Thank you for everything that you are doing.

They have been wonderful to work with. Very helpful and prompt. They are taking care of my mother in law during the day so I can go to work and focus on my job and not worry about her at home alone. They have been taking her to appointments for me and help with personal stuff and cleaning the house. It’s has taken a huge load off of me.

We recently engaged Ezra Home Care to provide 24/7 care for a week for our 92 year old family member on his return from a long hospital stay. The Ezra team provided effective management of a rotating team of several 12 hour shift workers. One of the caregivers was outstanding, others were competent and helpful, only one was not, but was very quickly replaced with no loss of coverage. Overall, Ezra provided excellent communications with us and did what they said they would do while carrying out a demanding job.

They were great, and we had no complaints. They were always able to accommodate my mom and dad whenever they needed assistance. My dad ultimately decided he didn't want the added expense, so they stopped using the service. However, we would absolutely use them again if he changes his mind or if their current plan is no longer sustainable. I also want to mention how patient they were with my parents. They took the time to answer every question they had and made them feel comfortable throughout the process.

The team is awesome. True professionals who truly care about their clients. Their approach is all about listening to the client and caring for them in a manor that makes them feel comfortable and heard. Their skills and work ethic surpass other agencies we have worked for. They are committed to providing superior care. Dependable, skilled and trustworthy team. They are very supportive not only for my parents but also our family. We couldn’t do life without them.

The owner [name removed] came to visit me and throughly explained the parameters of his company and what they could offer me. I have been working with him several months now and so far to date I have three very competent caretakers.

The owner of Amada Senior Care responded to my inquiry right away. He went to visit my brother the next day and set up care for the following week. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The caregivers he sent completed their tasks on time and were helpful and friendly.

We have been using Senior Helpers to care for a friend with Alzheimer’s, who eventually will move into Memory Care. Our needs for staffing have changed several times and Senior Helpers has stepped up and provided the help.
