My mom seemed satisfied by the efficiency and care of the helpers. It was easy to set up. I wish I could schedule visits online instead of calling.

They are all a 5. Our experience, although it was short, was great! [name removed] the manager was fantastic and so was the companion that came. Yes, we would absolutely recommend their services to others.

Our experience has been 5/5 on all with our first caregiver. We were to start a new caregiver this week and she called in sick. Hope this isn't a bad sign. They have been very reliable with kind caregiving

She takes care of me, she takes me to the store, she helps me with everything needed. She helped me gain weight and get healthy. She helps me cook all my meals, I just have to season it to my liking. I could replace her as a caregiver.

Home Instead, overall, provided us with very good caregivers. I often had a list of what I wanted the caregiver to do within the time the person was caring for my loved one but there was one who spent most of the time on her cell phone and there was a personality conflict with another.

A hired Cornerstone to help with my Dad when his health suddenly declined. I was overwhelmed and had no idea what I was doing. They helped me get everything set up, and help came the next morning. They sent wonderful people that my Dad really liked, and they helped him tremendously for three weeks before he went into memory care. I would’ve been lost without them!

All the caregivers who we have had for my husband are very professional, timely, and accommodating. The agency makes sure I’m at iracd knowing a caregiver will be here when needed. Can’t speak highly enough about my experience so far!

My experience with Home Matters came about when my wife took a spill and broke her hip. We needed to find help quickly. Doctors advised rehab or a 24hr in home care. My wife also has Alzheimer's. So Routine and familiarity is most importand for her healing and mental health. rehab was out of the question. My Son Mathew got a hold of Home Matters and they came out did an assessment signed her up and by the time she came home from the hospital. They had everything she needed lined up. A caregiver 24hrs a day morning and night . They helped aid her with Medication administration, showers, dressing cleaning our home, ,basically any activities of dailey living .They are amazing. I feel at ease knowing shes in good hands with the experience that comes from the Caregivers, to the Nurses I feel she is healing faster being at home, Thanks to Home matters dedication my wifes caregivers take turns on round the clock shifts. Keeping her safe so I can sleep knowing everything alright.

Home care worker is able to help me participate in a wide range of home care and cooking activities each time she comes to our home.

It’s very difficult to navigate through the healthcare system but Home Instead helped up cut through the red tape with our caregiver. Laurie was very experienced and provided us with much needed information and knew exactly how to help my sister who had suffered a spinal cord injury. We were very pleased and recommend the agency to anyone needing home healthcare.

Our father’s health has steadily declined over the past few years. Since his diagnosis, our family has done our very best to meet his growing personal and medical needs. However, as his condition continued to worsen, we realized that we could no longer manage his activities of daily living without additional help. We researched home health care and found A Place for Mom. The agency coordinator, from Comfort Keepers, met with our family to better understand us and to learn about our father’s needs. Our family agreed that if we did not feel comfortable with the assigned caregiver, we would request a replacement. Fortunately, the coordinator did an exceptional job assessing our family’s culture and understanding our father’s needs. We were fortunate that the very first aide assigned to us exceeded all expectations. She is attentive, patient, and compassionate with our father, and our mother adores her. She has blended well with our family and provides outstanding care for our father.

We have had no issues! We are pleased with the service from all aspects. Tamia, who is giving care to my mom is particularly wonderful.

We have been so pleased to have Home Instead provide caregivers for my father. They are excellent at communicating and work with the family to provide a plan of care. It’s easy to change schedules as needed. Without Home Instead my dad would certainly not be able to continue to live independently. They are so caring and do anything that dad needs.
