We have been using Senior Helpers to care for a friend with Alzheimer’s, who eventually will move into Memory Care. Our needs for staffing have changed several times and Senior Helpers has stepped up and provided the help.

The caregivers were respectful and receptive to Dad’s needs. We needed to change hours and timing quite a bit. They were very receptive and worked with us.

Everyone was great! They really helped us out in our time of need taking care of dad. He did not want to get care initially but after talking to the Care Manager he was excited.

I started services with HomeInstead about three months ago. The services have been provided to my satisfaction. Our Care Coordinator, has been very responsive and timely responding to scheduling and other changes requests. She is always available and prompt. Our care provider is attentive and careful in the provision of care. I am happy with the services so far.

Hummingbird has taken great care of my mom, who isn’t always easy to please. They worked with us to find caregivers who were a good personality match. The caregivers are kind, dependable, prompt, and always willing to help. I was hesitant about having strangers in my mother’s home, but Hummingbird has been professional, compassionate, and easy to work with. They communicate well, keeping me informed of any issues and sending a weekly schedule along with clear billing updates. Knowing my mom is in good hands gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend Hummingbird.

My mom likes all the team members who visited her. They were all friendly and hard working. Thanks for providing a bridge while she was preparing to move to a retirement community.

Everyone listens and is supportive and kind. They care about the patient and really try to match their staff to the patients needs and personality. They are so helpful and extremely organized. There is great communication between their staff and the family.

I was introduced to my caregiver before her first visit and she has been an excellent fit. When I was interviewing service providers Evergreen was one of only two companies that sent the person who assigns the caregiver to meet with me. I highly recommend them.

I researched several agencies before choosing Griswold Home Care. I like the idea of no contracts. Also their price is reasonable. There were a couple of times I had to make a last minute change and [name removed] was very accommodating. This is my first time using a home care service. Wish I would have done this sooner.

All the care givers who are assigned to take care of my aunts are respectful, professional and nice to my aunt. Me and my family are. I'm very thankful that the caregivers are passionate and caring. Thank you.

My wife has Parkinson’s along with chronic dizziness. She has a lot of trouble getting out of bed. [name removed], the owner, was very helpful at finding staff coverage to help her on very short notice. Her staff always showed up on time and were helpful. They helped my wife get aground the house, fixed her smoothies, did some laundry and vacuuming.

Brightwood Health has been a blessing to our family. They matched us with the perfect caregiver. Mom is overjoyed and can’t wait for her caregiver to come. They go on adventures together when Mom is up to it. When Mom is not, her caregiver takes care of her laundry, makes sure her room is clean., makes sure she eats and more. She also makes mom’s bed each time she comes. We couldn’t have asked for better care. It is so easy to contact the office and change schedules. It took us awhile to figure out what worked best for mom and Brightwood was so responsive. We highly recommend Brightwood if your loved needs in home assistance!

They are very professional. I would recommend them to others who are searching for homecare services for themselves or a loved one.

Home Instead has been very amazing in helping me get with the right caregivers. And have been very accommodating with my family schedules when they pop up. My 2 girls, [name removed] and [name removed] are great with me and my care. They deserve a raise lol!!

The administrator first came to my home and spoke with me for a while about my needs and preferences, also, where my weaknesses were and what type of help I was needing the most

a 5 on all. I especially appreciated their flexibility for scheduling visits and the quality of their employees. I have told many people of my positive experience with them I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

My caregiver is very helpful. She is young and eager to work and does a good job. She does light housekeeping, makes sure I have food prepared so I will eat. She does my laundry and many other things that I can’t do right now.

Has been a terrific experience all around. Caregivers are all kind, thoughtful, and courteous.
