Has been a terrific experience all around. Caregivers are all kind, thoughtful, and courteous.

Cornerstone caregiving agency in Rice Lake was very good to work with. Caregiver provided for my father was great! Billing was easy. Agency provided caregiver right away after interview. My family was very satisfied and caregiving provided in home came at critical time.

My mom has dementia and tbh, we didn't know where to start. Their team walked us through everything and had a caregiver at the house within 48 hours. She's patient with mom even on the hard days and actually talks to her, not just sits there. This has taken such a weight off our family.

The Caregiver, [Names Removed] director, [Name Removed], are quick to respond and are attentive to my requests.

We had a caregiver named [Name Removed] from the agency. She was very nice, patient, hardworking and courteous.

Our PT knows just how to handle my husband when he gets in his “No, I am not doing it attitude!!!” She is GREAT with him! His nurse is very nice, thorough and gives me suggestions on how to handle mood changes, bathroom problems, medication, and whatever other questions I have. His shower aide is very firm with him when he refuses to take a shower and they come to a working arrangement and get the shower completed!!!!! I admire how she handles him! She has given me safety suggestions on how to protect him when she is not there to help. Overall, a very good experience with everyone who has come to our house to help!

Reliability and Punctuality seems like there was a no show once. The rest were all 5's. We were happy with the service and mom liked the care givers. We just didn't need that level of care moving forward and Caring People are in the building and offered a medication in the am only service for a half hour price. It was more convenient

I found Interim Healthcare when I completed a profile on, A Place for Mom. I interviewed several companies based on the needs of my mother and am so happy that I went with Interim Healthcare of Chandler and Queen Creek. Despite her dementia diagnosis, my mother‘s wishes are to stay at home as long as possible and Interim Healthcare is helping me honor that wish. The caregivers have all been loving and care for her like I would. Because I do not live in the same state as my mother, the health aids have been a Godsend. I am in constant contact with her aids and we work together to make any changes that she needs as she ages. They take her to doctors appointments, make her meals, assist with her medications, help her bathe, do exercises at home prescribed by her physical therapist, and pick up groceries. If you are considering a home health aid, I highly recommend Interim Health Care.

The importance of commending Senior Helpers, Smithtown ("Agency") comes finally today to express family's gratitude to Agency care of my older brother. He was ill for last three years of his life; a revolving door between home, hospitals, nursing care, culminating in his passing [Date removed]. This Agency was always prepared & ready to dispatch quality attendants (there were three who exemplified care, concern, patience). They know who they are; and represented the broader team effort. 5 on all categories. What I liked the most about their services with the genuine concern for both my wife and me, she is an excellent cook, and she doesn't mind doing our grocery shopping. There are other services she has talked to us about, which we may need in the future.

We had Home Instead help us with my mother-in-law when we brought her home on Hospice. [Name Removed]and [Name Removed]were amazing care givers with heartfelt delivered care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for in- home care even if it’s not for helping with Hospice. Also case managers [Names Removed] were so helpful in getting us all we needed in the home.

What we like the most about their services is their Personal touch by the ownership/ management. Attentiveness. Their ability to get things up and running in a very short period of time. Caregiver needed in a pinch. Home Instead came through when we needed them most.

I'd give each category a 5. They are flexible and we would recommend their services to other families.
