I'm very happy with Emeritus. So far I don't have any concerns. The food is served from a menu, and you can order a grilled cheese sandwiches any time if you don't like what you are having. Sometimes it's just staying out of things, when you get a lot of women together, and there is nothing better to do besides complain.

The Arkanshire is wonderful and great. The staff care about my mom and are good at assisting her when she needs it. They are very clean, friendly and know what they are doing. Mom is still getting use to the community, she said the food was pretty good. We had looked at several other communities, but liked the Arkanshire over the others and the price was reasonable.

Mother is 92 and lives in the VIP memory unit. There is a video awareness system of her when she is alone in her room to alert the staff when she is moving around and might need assistance. Where in her previous assisted living, she was having up to 6 falls a week, she has had 1 minor fall getting out of bed by herself in 3 months. The nurses and nurses aids are wonderful to her and to us. But, all of the staff from the greeter, launderer, beauticians, to the exceptional entertainment and activities staff are delightful and make an effort to help folks adjust to the change and move into assisted living. Mom has GAINED weight on the delicious foods. We enjoyed our previous setting too, but the Gables is doing a much much better job keeping my mother safe and healthy. When I visit, she is almost always out in the community rooms with others. She is happy.

This just seems to be a very nice, well run community overall. The facility is well kept and clean, and the staff all seem very friendly. They even do a good job with the food here, which is a very nice change from other communities we have had experience with.

I loved the staff and found them to be very helpful. We had lunch and dinner meals there at the community and we found the meals to be very enjoyable. I liked that it was near a shopping plaza which is convenient. It was remodeled and spacious.

We have been incredibly happy with The Cambridge. My mother in law loves the meals. She has tended at times to stay up all night and get her days and nights mixed up, but she loves the breakfast so much that she makes sure to get up for it. The cleaning services are excellent as well. The facility as well as moms room are always very clean. We are just very satisfied with The Cambridge and would highly recommend!

Overall our experience with University Living has been a very good one! The staff here really seems to be involved, and they're very thorough when it comes to placement. In our initial conversations they made very sure that we were getting the appropriate level of care. They've done a great job overall, and I would recommend them to others looking into care in the area!

The team at University Living really took the time to understand where my mother is on her journey. They recommended a level of care that is exactly right for her and had the ability to customize to her needs, something I did not see in other facilities. The staff engages with the residents and seems to truely care about each one.

I give them an A, they have done a great job. They have been very helpful they have treated him well. It's clean and everyone is friendly. Anything he has needed they have done it right away, and they keep us informed. We are very pleased with them.

They are doing an excellent job. I really looked around everywhere around here, and The Solana is really good. It's clean, and the staff is really great. She really likes the food, and she is picky eater, I have eaten there too, and it was really good. She is happy there, and everyone else is happy there too!

I'm doing a whole lot better than I was health wise. They are feeding me a lot better than I was feeding myself. The facility is above satisfactory and the staff is above wonderful. There is plenty of entertainment, if I choose to join in. My only complaint is that when they make an announcement over the PA I can hear the chime clearly but I can't hear the announcement unless I jump up and run to the door. I think they are doing a great job though, I am very happy with them.

I love them! I think they are doing an excellent job. She is very happy there. It's clean, and the staff is friendly. They take good care of the residents. I can't really think of any thing I want to see done better. They really are doing a very good job.

They are very good. I don't have any complaints about the level of cleanliness, and the staff is friendly. I don't do activities, so I couldn't tell you about those, but I don't have any complaints. Everything is working out fine.

The Cambridge is wonderful. We want to move there ourselves. She liked it there. She liked the people and the staff. There is a home health agency onsite to help with extra care needs. The staff here bent over backwards to try to help her. There is just a real community feel to it. Everybody, and I mean everybody says hello and speaks to you, when you walk by. They have really fostered a wonderful atmosphere.

I only helped friends find a faculty, but really liked The Cambridge. The people were very, very nice, and David was very good. The person there is happy being there.

We toured this when making a choice. It was very clean, immaculate with no odors. The people I spoke with were all very nice. This was a little out of our price range. It was a first class place though.

My mom moved into the Solana shortly after opening in 2012. We weren't happy with the prior facility she was residing in so we began our search. We met with Sales and then the ED. We were impressed with their longevity and passion for being in the "caring" business. We had toured other facilities but in the end we chose Solana and we couldn't be happier! The staff are so friendly, greet you with a smile, it is clean and active! Of course there have been growing pains along the way but I haven't met anyone that is perfect and I know I wouldn't be able to care for my mom the way Solana has cared for her. My mom is happy which makes me very happy! I am thankful for Solana and appreciative of what the staff do everyday! It truly takes a special person and at Solana we have found many!

I was looking for a place for my great uncle to have a little more security but still be on his own. The Cambridge was the first facility I took him to visit. From the moment we walked into the door we were greated by staff and residents. Everyone was extremely nice and ready to strike up a conversation. My great uncle being the talker he is was delighted. Although with his dementia he thinks he already knows everyone from his past, he is ready to talk their ears off. No other place can compare to a real loving and caring community like this. By the time we left from the visit he wanted to come back and live. The days leading up to him moving in all he wanted was to move in right away so he could visit his buddies. The staff was great and still are as helpful as when we were just looking. I even joked it was so great I would move in (although I don't meet the age requirement).

My dad says the food is good, but I haven’t had a chance to try it myself. The parking is really very limited, so that’s been a concern. There are nice outside areas for residents to enjoy. The community is clean and we’re happy with the services offered.
