The staff members and their care services so far have been fantastic, and every time we come to visit our loved one the meals always smell amazing.

The community does a great job taking care of my loved one and all the staff will help with anything needed. They even bring the activities to my loved ones room. I would high I would highly recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We toured Maple Heights and it seemed like a very nice facility and the staff were friendly and informative. The location was further from us than we would have liked and to get to most if not all of the rooms you had to take an elevator to get there.

We chose Maple Heights retirement because the staff were friendly, the facility itself, and the location. It met all of our needs at the time. The apartment sizes here are good. I am not happy with the medical services team, I would not trust my loved one with them. I would recommend the facility to others as long as your loved on is truly independent and does not need medical services.

The community is really good with communication. The staff knows her name and she is doing well. I would recommend this community to others. The location of the community is also good. I know she is safe and that makes me feel better.

The community was awesome for my loved one. This was the best community my loved one has been at. They go over and beyond for the residents. The ratio of staff to residents was one of the best around. This was the only place my loved one called home, other than their own home.

They are really good. They try to keep everyone engaged in social activities. The food is okay. The room sizes are large. The layout of the community is good, they have four buildings with a small group in each building. The staff is very supportive.

My husband I took a tour on Saturday [date removed] it is very nice. My sisters and I are going to take my mom and dad Tuesday the [date removed]. We are hoping they will like it as of now she is refusing to move she want a a regular apartment. This place is something she would love she love to be social.

Nice facility, clean, [name removed] was very informative. He is very resistant to change, not sure I can ever get him to move. He says he is going to look into VA benefits, we will see.

This place was very impressive to us. Staff were friendly to us and all the residents. Plenty of activities inside the facility and provided transportation for events that were hosted outside of the facility. Now that mom has been at this facility for months, we are especially happy that our initial good impressions are still holding true for this place.

the staff is awesome. they are great with my mom. I love the place. My mom gets everything taken care of.. Her room is always clean and she seems happy. If she needs anything they go out of their way to get it for her.

My mom has been at Brookdale Battle Creek, MI for about 2 months now and she loves it. She is 94 but has become acquainted with all of the women and even checks in on a few older ladies to make sure they are doing alright. Us kids call her the social butterfly of Brookdale. :) She loves the fellowship, the food, the care and especially the parties and entertainment. She is very active and social so Brookdale was the perfect place for her!

I have been here 10 months. The residents are very friendly and so is the staff, The activities are varied, such as Bingo, card games, Wii bowling, hangman, etc. Outside trips are to Krogers and Meijers, doctor appointments, MGM Grand casino. The food is fair and the waitstaff very helpful.

My mother in law receives lots of attention. She is eating well. As her needs change, the needs are accommodated. I have good communication with the nursing director. She really enjoys the activities. Private room with private bath. Laundry service. Continuum of care. Tremendous value.
