Mt dad has been living at this facility since 2021. I live 2000 miles away and never have to worry about him. Staff and management keep my informed.

The community has been helping my brother for a few years. The physical facility is well maintained and the staff are great. Residents are always a top priorities. The staff and administrator always answers my questions and keeps me updated.

Workers are always friendly and asking "how can I help you?" So far my mother is getting adjusted. But mostly she is showered with lots of love.

The facility is clean and the colors are bright and cheerful. The staff are friendly and show care and respect to my mother. My mom loves living here.

My grandma lived at this Brookdale location and the staff were very caring and worked so well with the memory issues my grandma was having. The building is safe and clean. My grandma and I enjoyed sitting in the peaceful courtyard and birdwatching when the weather was nice. I would recommend!

I’m very satisfied here at Maple Heights. I’m happy with the staff here including those that provide my meals, my meds, cleaning, whatever help that they provide is done on time and everyone is so very helpful and kind.

Every member seems to genuinely care about each person living at Smith Farm. Staff members learn the names of new residents quickly and always address you by name – with a genuine smile. The level of service is as much as and whatever you need. The food is very good, well prepared and properly served. The menu is never the same, with standard alternatives always available. Auburn is a good place to retire and Smith Farm is in a pleasant area of town.

I'm a resident of Smith Farms Manor in Auburn Indiana. It is very pleasant and the food is good. The activities are good too. I'm rating my community all 5's, because it is the best. We are like a family.

I want to thank A Place for Mom all the guidance that was given to me through this process. I understand that all facilities of this nature has difficulty keeping staff and having enough staff so they can do their jobs well. Corporations should realize that the most important asset they have to represent their facilities are the staffs on the lowest ranks. They don't pay enough to keep people from leaving and too much pressure is put on trying to keep the beds full. A happy staff will be one of the best investments these Corporations should strive for. Thank you for recommending Brookdale for my mother. It is always so nice to see her smiling when I visit. All the staff I have dealt with have always accommodated my requests. They always have kept me informed and always responded to my chats.

Maple Heights is a hidden gem. From their Director to the entire staff, they offer a warm friendly environment for your love one. They have many activities for the residents and if something needs to be addressed they try to rectify it as soon as possible. I’m glad it was recommended by a Place for Mom.

After touring the manor we were very pleased with the amenities offered. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. This experience will help our family in so many ways and we are so excited for our parents! So far, our journey has been absolutely wonderful, especially the food!

I was so uncomfortable with making this decision. The team took time with me to help me understand how the process works and what is best not only for my Mom, but for myself as well. The feel of the community is truly cozy. The staff were attentive and kind. It's a small campus with 4 small homes so it is not overwhelming or confusing.

Communication! Patience with dad and his erratic dementia behaviors. Their willingness to help him and not just "give up." Its smaller. Home like. Not fancy. A good physical setting for dad. Most difficult is getting paperwork completed for private insurance to pay them.

I have been very pleased with Brookdale. It was a very good experience for my mom. The common areas of the facility were always clean as was my mom's apartment. There was never an odor at all. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I especially liked the size of Brookdale. My mom made friends and felt comfortable. It was not too big where she would be intimidated by size. I did not want her to just stay in her room. She had a life at Brookdale.

Staff is friendly and checks in on my aunt very often. Facility is clean and gives the residents a home like experience. Food looks amazing. I would feel comfortable recommending another family member to Crystal Creek.

My dad likes there! He just always complains about price and wants to leave because of the price! It is $[removed] a month. Would recommend if it was a little cheaper like $[removed]a month would be perfect for what they do and people would stay longer.

This is a place where you feel like family, it feels likes home. The value is very good, and we are very happy here. If I could have rated the food and value higher I would have! The meals are delicious and there is many choices to pick from.

Sat down with [name removed] and discussed the needs for our mom. She is very patient, fun and caring. [name removed] took us through the entire community and it was very nice. The staff was friendly and acknowledge us with a smile. I kept putting off seeing this place after I drove by a couple of times it didn't look like a very big place and I didn't see a lot of out door interest such as place/patio to gather and enjoy the sun etc. [name removed] kept us on her radar and would call to see how we were doing and if we were ready to see the place. Our life got crazy and she really helped by calling us to come see. She even called one day before we met and wanted to bring a pie to us. I decided to call and schedule a visit. I'm glad I did. The inside is so nice and large. I wanted the largest apartment they had and it was nicely decorated. If your looking for a place make sure you visit this. Our visit there was perfect but we decided on a different place that was more convenient to us.

The staff are incredibly helpful and supportive. It's very clean here. The food is awesome...healthy good variety. The move in process was flawless. I would absolutely recommend the facility to other families...it's really pleasant to be here for me when I come here to visit. I totally trust everyone here.

I would recommend to others. I picked this community because it cost the cheapest.
