From the minute I walked in the door I felt the warmth and the beauty of the place. As we started our tour we visited the dining room and all the residents were smiling and looked happy. It felt very inviting and welcoming. It felt like home. As we toured the apartment, I was impressed with all the storage space and I could control the heat or air which was important to me. I just knew this was the place for me because it felt like home. Everyone we met from the staff to the residents were so friendly. But, especially the dining staff and chef are super helpful and want to please. I'm very happy here

I recently needed to sell my my house after to moving to Smith Farms Manor. SFM was able to put me in touch with a realtor and after only few days on the market my house sold! Smith Farms has capable and resourceful staff that our sensitive to the needs of others. They sensed my need for additional support in finding some financial assistance and referred me to one of their financial partners for a bridge loan and then also to the Veterans administration to seek additional financial benefits. I highly endorse Smith Farms Manor because of the expertise in knowing about these resources for seniors.

My mother was previously a resident at Maple Heights Retirement Community and everything about her experience at this facility was very good. The cleanliness and friendliness was great. The meals, care services and activities were good. This facility is a nice place to stay. I would recommend Maple Heights Retirement Community to family and friends.

What our family likes the most about the Brookdale Battle Creek community is that we feel that our loved one is in a safe community and is being well cared for by the staff members working there.

The residents made my mom feel Loved and wanted. The nurses and staff made it us feel like we had people in our corner when life got rough. I would encourage you to talk with the residents and the staff.

Maple Heights is great, the food is a little rich but it's high quality. My mother doesn't take advantage of any social offerings so I can't comment to that. The medical team which is separate from the home is under staffed but the care is good and they are pleasant.

I would give Brookdale Delta a 5 for all categories. They are friendly, helpful and very understanding of the residents. The main reason we chose this facility initially was because of the cleanliness of the building, the staff and the residents as well. I would absolutely recommend Brookdale to others looking.

Mom had liked how caring and attentive the staff is at Brookdale Battle Creek. The Executive Director is great! Mom has also made a lot of friends.

We had a very positive experience at Brookdale Delta Memory Care, our Dad was a resident during the Covid 19 pandemic. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. I think everyone was very fond of our Dad. He always seemed pretty cheerful when we came to visit. We stayed at Brookdale for a week while Dad was being quarantined at the beginning of his stay and were served food in his room. It was very good. They even offered snacks! I have no reference for cost comparison, but the care he received was very extensive. He needed lots of help, more than we could provide at home. He got that help at Brookdale. I am sure he was not alone at the end of his life, as the caring staff at Brookdale was with him most of that time with caring words and touch.

The food could be better. They took well care of my loved one. They could improve on more communication/contact with the family.

My mother is well cared for. The food is healthy, she is always dry and clean (briefs and clothes), people are friendly and kind, someone is always available to talk to you, and she gets redirected and seems happy.

My loved one loves the food. My loved one is very happy, and they treat the residents like family. They could improve on the housekeeping, and add more brain stimulating activities for the residents. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

All assisted living centers are ridiculously priced, but if I had to choose again, I would choose Care Cardinal in Belmont. Our loved one felt at ease

We picked this community because, it seemed nice, clean, local, affordable and the staff was friendly.

This facility is perfect. I'm very happy mom is here. She gets great care and I feel comfortable with having her here. The communication with the family is excellent. They do housekeeping once a week and do a good job. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so.

I would just say it is a beautiful facility. The staff go above and beyond. The food is absolutely excellent. Facility is extremely clean as it is very new.

Have had my family member there for nearly 2 years and have not had any complaints. Staff is caring and attentive.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The location was convenient for our loved one, as they knew where everything was in the area. There are food packages to select from in the community. One of those food packages includes three meals a day served to the residents. The community has several activities available for the residents to participate in if they would like to.

We could not be happier with our choice to have mom move in there, great food, great compassionate staff.. Tha place is spotless and very well maintained. Mom is always clean and well feed.
