All 5's! This is seriously such a good place for our aunt. She is so happy! Truewood has been an amazing place. They are very caring and helpful. They have created a very friendly atmosphere. When she first moved in, the transition was easy and comfortable for her. They went out of their way to make her feel welcome as she acclimated to her new environment. Anytime my loved one needs anything they assist. The price is wonderful and very affordable. We are very happy with all that is included. I know that my aunt is well taken care of and all her needs are met.

We obviously loved these people! From the time we first visited them, thru the passing, they were fantastic!!!! They are VERY compassionate and understanding that every person is an individual. They work hard to make people comfortable.

I can't thank the entire staff at The Pines enough. Everyone has been so supportive and wonderful. Finding the right place to care for an elderly loved one is so important for the entire family. The care my mother has received is nothing short of exceptional, but for us, what sets The Pines apart is the amazing staff - from [names removed] to the entire team. I know my mother is in good hands and is surrounded by professionals. The team is friendly, attentive and my mother is happy which says a lot about the quality of care received. Thank you for guiding us along in this journey and for those of you in the decision making process on selecting a facility to meet your loved ones needs; I can only say every situation is different, but for us, we are really happy with selecting The Pines, completely satisfied, expectations have been exceeded and we couldn't have made a better family decision. When touring facilities take the time to meet the staff, the caregivers make the difference.

When my parents took a tour, they were impressed by the beautiful community spaces, relaxed atmosphere and friendly greetings from staff and residents, and the spacious apartments. They decided to move in, one month later. They appreciate the walkable neighborhood, anytime dining, onsite fitness center and health services, and the variety of social activities. They appreciate their quiet apartment with a private porch. They also feel a sense of community.

I recently toured Truewood Charlotte Center. It was very, very clean and a lot of remodeling going on. I met, the manager, the nurses, both of them. I love the pods, they call them neighborhoods, concept with the dining. My mom can’t walk too far and the neighborhoods fit her perfect. It looks great.

It's a very friendly community that is close to public transport, medical facilities, shopping, and entertainment.

Truewood New Bern is an answered prayer!!! The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly and are passionate about doing what they do. The facility is clean and well organized and has a fun and peaceful climate. My mother felt right at home.

We saw other places with lots of activities and events and things going on. It was a little too much at those places for our mom. Truewood is perfect. Enough to do, but not overwhelming. Our Mom has become friends with many other residents too.

The 3 months she spent at Merrill Gardens was an overall great experience. The facility is clean and beautiful. The staff was amazing.

We picked Turners because of the staff, apartment sizes and options...(balcony, large closets, modern décor, etc.) excellent activities director, nicest restaurant we saw in Springfield, MO with a great variety.... they checked off all the boxes. Very very pleased with everything at Turners.

My husband has been at Merrill Gardens in Glen Mills in the Memory Care unit for almost six months. This is the second facility he has been in and I could not be more pleased with the care here. The residents are well cared for and kept busy with activities every day. There is a family feeling to the unit and all residents and guests are treated with respect. The unit is clean and brightly lit projecting a happy atmosphere. The food is plentiful and there is a lot of variety. From the moment you enter the building everyone is helpful and friendly, staff and residents alike. The facility itself is beautiful and offers many opportunities for all residents. Highly recommended!

As an outside provider I am frequently in this building. The staff is caring and attentive. They have an amazing activity program and they provide a homelike environment. I can't say enough about the level of care they provide for their residents.

The facility is clean, attractive and in a nice location. Staff are bright, cheerful, friendly and helpful. Food is good and plentiful. The care my wife has received is outstanding, and she's happy. They could use a few more visitor parking spaces. Overall, an excellent facility.

Everything from move-in through integration into the community went smoothly. Everything they promised was delivered. They accommodated our special needs. It felt like moving into a luxury vacation property. The location in downtown Renton is perfect. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly very welcoming.

Elder care services and prices are extremely varied. This service made recommendations that zeroed in to our needs and made this experience so much easier and much less stressful. We are grateful! We are confident that our parent is reasonably content and has the necessary care for her current state of health.

My dad moved into Merrill Gardens after being hospitalized and we realized it was not safe for him to live by himself anymore. It was a huge change for everyone in our family, and a super stressful time, but the staff here were very helpful during the process. He has now been at Merrill Gardens for 6 months and we could not be happier. At first, Dad was still recovering and needed a lot of extra care. Now, he has really settled in and is gradually needing a little less. He will probably always need some extra care with multiple medications every day and help using the restroom and showering. But he is also able to have some independence. The care staff and the nurses here have been so conscienscious and helpful. I myself am a nurse, so I can tell that they are doing a good job. My dad feels comfortable with them, and they give me a lot of peace of mind that he is well cared-for. The staff has been communicative and kind, which I really appreciate.

The moment we walked into the foyer I knew this is where my brother will live and I will feel comfortable placing him in a secure and welcoming facility. The open spaces and natural light coming from big windows in the dining room and surrounding spaces. The diner is another happy space to join other residents for lunch. The hallways are wide and always clean. My brother has mentioned that the food is always fresh and very tasty. He has only been there for three months and so far he has no complaints. I’m happy I found Merrill Gardens.

Truewood by Merrill was extremely accommodating for my father. My dad was very hesitant about moving into an assisted Living. But the staff at Truewood have been wonderful making sure he was comfortable and happy.

After several harrowing incidents at home, for safety concerns we insisted Mom leave her home of almost 70 years. She cried, of course, but we convinced her it was the best thing. Her attitude made a 180 degree turn when she saw how much safer, easier, social and fun her new home at Truewood by Merrill in Ocean Springs is. She's happier and more content than she's been since Dad--the love of her life--passed in 2016. At 98, she enjoys socializing and having pretty much everything done for her by the kind and attentive staff. We--and Mom--couldn't be happier with our decision.

Can't give the food a high rating. Dining is a hard category...my mom doesn't have a strong sense of taste anymore, so she complains about the food a lot. She says it's also not hot enough. I ate there once and it was ok. Not great but edible. But what they lack in tasty food they more than make up in friendly staff.
