Residents here seem happy with lots to do. Staff is always visible. Nurses (Gina and Mykala) work very hard to make things run smoothly and are always eager to help. Management is always willing to help. Great community! Good job to the staff!

My mother in law is very happy there at Lake Wylie Retirement and Assisted Living. They are feeding her well, and she has gotten a lot healthier and stronger since going there. The people there are very accommodating. They go on trips and do other things to make it a really good experience. The only thing I can think of where they could improve would be to have WiFi, and also a cable outlet in her room to watch television.

They've done an absolutely wonderful job at Greenfield! They really are a resident based community, they try and tailor what they provide to each person that lives there. There aren't any strict schedules, residents are free to wake up whenever they want, and the windows for each meal time are very generous. It's a nice looking place, and the staff have all been very friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend them, they are a fantastic senior community!

We're very pleased with how things have gone at Northglenn Heights! My loved one is staying in their memory care unit, and the staff have been wonderful! They are caring, attentive, friendly, and always happy to help. We would recommend them!

I have an Uncle staying here everyone is courteous and really seem to care for his well being. He mentions how well everyone treats him here which helps me sleep at night.

I have nothing but praise for Oxton Village and their staff. They go above and beyond for their residents. It's under new ownership so, of course, things are going to be in a little disarray but, the residents come first and they will drop everything to get or do what needs to be done for the residents. They are in the middle of remodeling the place and it's looking beautiful for all those living there. There's never a lack of activities and the menu's are GREAT!!! Hats off to Mr. Edwards, Todd, Marsha, Pam and all the others that bring this all together to make it feel like a real home to everyone involved. We are so lucky to have found this Assisted Living place for our daughter to call "home"!

Greenfield Senior living is an outstanding place. The staff did an excellent job caring for my mother, and services were great. I would say this facility is top of the line!

They do a great job. It's clean and the staff is wonderful. They are very attentive, and responsive. They have plenty of activities going on. The food would be about a four. It's a little small so some more space would be nice. That is the only thing that I can think of that could be improved. We chose this over some others because it seemed to be more family focused.

Overall we've had a good experience with Senior Solutions! I'd give them top marks across the board. It's a clean, nice looking place, and the staff have all been very friendly and professional. The office manager that we spoke with was very very helpful, and did a great job explaining their services and pricing.

So far we've been very pleased with how things are going at Greenfield of Williamsburg. It's a very nice looking place, and the staff have all been very caring and friendly. They're very accommodating, and have been happy to work with me on any of the requests or suggestions I've had regarding my loved one's care.

It’s just all around – I love it! My mom has been there just short of two months. This is coming from a brand new resident perspective. They’ve been super accommodating. They’ve helped in any way I needed. I just am very pleased that we picked them and that she’s there.

We are very pleased with Greenfield! What we like the most is the size. Their maximum capacity is 66 residents (about half in assisted living, and half in memory care). The size is a good fit for our loved one. The type of care they give is an ongoing battle, and I think they do a great job! The staff are all very friendly! They remember our names better than we remember theirs, and if we ever have a question, they make sure we get an answer and call us back right away if they need to. They genuinely seem to care, and it's not a facade.

Loved this place. Same atmosphere as where they now live. Calm atmosphere. Talked to a female resident on the memory care side and she said she loved living there. One price covers everything including personal laundry. But the price is higher than other places I've checked. Other than price, this would definitely be my first choice. I have 2 more places to check before making the decision.

This really is a wonderful facility, and they've been great to work with. My loved one was having a very difficult time adjusting, but they've been so patient and so caring. They've got all sorts of activities (which I hope she starts participating in!), and the food is great. We knew they'd do a great job, we've had a relative stay here before and they did an equally excellent job that time.

The activities are great! There's always something to do there. There are no specific improvements I could think of for them. I visited a lot of the places around here, but for the price, this is really the best value! I've tried the food, and there's been a few complaints about that, but they've addressed them, and are working on improvements. All in all, it's been great so far! Any issues or concerns we have, they are working on them.

They seem to be very attentive. She has adjusted well. They have a lot of different activities and they have singing groups come in and they have someone come and do their nails once a week. It's a fairly new facility, they are just getting ready to celebrate one year.

My father-in-law has only been at Mtn. View Memory Care for a week, but he is happy, even told my husband it was the right thing to do to place him there. The staff, from admin to aids has been wonderful. My only low rating was on cleanliness, because the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned before we moved him in. The cubbies and the bathroom counter had some grunge on them. The floor around the toilet didn't look to clean, but it might be staining, so I would not claim that it was dirty. Even with that, there is no urine odor throughout the entire facility - that is a MAJOR plus.

My dad used to live her. It was the first senior community he ever lived in. He complained about the food there also but he just wants to be at home. It was clean and nice. It was about the same size as where he is now. He moved just to be closer to me.
