Beautiful, new building, well-planned apartments. Even the smallest has LOADS of storage spaces! Only the BR has carpet--good! Has a bus. Residents seem active. Cool paint colors. Good activity areas. Parking garage next door. Served by MARTA Mobility & train. Two negatives: heavy traffic in area & meager library.

The Overture was right in line what I am looking for. Very active senior community with lots to do. Apartments are very nice and the common areas were clean and crisp. [Name removed], the tenant, said it was the best place to live in Raleigh. She actually moved in the day it opened. This one is high on my list of consideration

The sales staff were very helpful and gave me several options that I will be considering for my mother's decisions.

On the high end of my budget but there was nothing I didn't like about this property. I met a few residents and they were very happy with their choice.

[Removed] had the day off. [Removed] filled in and took me on a tour of the place and showed me 3 different apts. It is a brand new place and only at 5% filled to date. Price was to high for me. Plus she said I would have to pay for all utilities (Gas, water, electricity) Parking garage and storage bins were also extra. It had all the amenities anyone would want. A very lovely place for someone with a little more money. Location was good . 785 sq ft (1 bedroom)went for $2,136 plus utilities and that was very small.

[Removed] greeted me and gave an excellent guided tour of the community. The community is beautiful with a huge choice of floor plans and apartment features. 2 residents gave Overture high praise. This is a community that I will consider. [Removed]

Beautiful facility and very nice, new apartments - many floor plans to choose from to meet needs/requirements. Potential active community with many amenities however only small percentage of residents at this point. Not the best location for affordable views, parking for visitors and green space to walk. Floor plan I prefer either faces parking garage or very pricey on street side or pool side. May be out of budget as have to pay all bills a la carte and desirable locations have $500 premiums.

My experience doing the tour with [Removed] was phenomenal. They were kind,polite knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They represent overture Crabtree very well and it was a pleasure meeting them. We will come again.

Loved the place!

We are so fortunate that we found this community. it gives my parents everything they were in need of. My dad has stopped driving so we were going to need a community that was going to be within walking distance to stores or close enough to a public transportation line. The units and the community were built with high-quality materials my parents barely hear the people above them and next door to them.The community inside and out is extremely clean and they offer a lot of common areas to socialize. The community offers quite a few acitivites which my parents are enjoying. The community does not serve meals however they do offer breakfeast a few times a week and brunch on the weekend. I would highly recommend this community that is looking for senior living in the county

We are very happy with the community that we are living. We like all the activities that are offered. They have parties and trips away from the community. They have occasions where you are served a meal, but we like cooking for ourselves. We would recommend this nice and very clean community for others who want to enjoy a great place to live.

I like the community for my mom. This is a independent community and my mom is doing great here.The staff is very nice and friendly to everyone. They do offer her activities to participate with others, but at this time she is not joining in. This is a good location for me and I have recommended this community to others looking for good independent care. A good value and a great community.

This community is close to my house which is why i picked it and since moving in my mom is doing very well. My advisor [Removed], was awesome and patient, it took a year but she kept in touch with me. I could have not asked for a nicer apartment for my mom. It is really large with a kitchen in a quiet area. It is exactly what she wanted. She makes her own meals and has a nice size apartment to maintain. They have activities but she is not much of a joiner.

Our tour was with April and she did a GREAT job. The facility is very nice and a definite possibility. This was our first tour so we don't have anything to compare it to as of yet, but the others will have a lot to live up to.

They are so welcoming and it really feels like a home, I feel at home. Ms. Christine is the biggest joy and sweetest woman. She takes the time to make each person feel welcomed. There was many issues in the beginning but jumped right on them and fixed it. They are always smiling and cheerful and they are happy to help. I am paying less and getting more and it comes with a smile and genuine.

We lucked out finding this facility. It suited our loved one perfectly. It is homey, clean, spacious apartments, great staff. When we walked in we were impressed. No odors, I'm sure many expect disinfectant or "other" odors but nothing here. We moved my mother-in-law in 2 weeks ago and she is adjusting well with no complaints other than she has not finished unpacking. I have been able to call in and find out how she's doing from the staff, this has put us at ease. So far overall we are very pleased.

We are very happy at this community. The staff is excellent and very helpful for everything that we need here. The food is good and a good variety is available. Alot of wonderful activities are available and we like to participate most of the time. We recommend this for a great care with a good value to other family members that we excellent care for there loved ones.

This community is a good fit for my mom and we are very happy with the care. She likes the meals and it seems to taste good. My mom has not been on an outing yet but she enjoys being there and she has made friends. The staff keep the facility clean and maintain the property.

This is a great place for seniors who want to live independently. Linda, the manager, is so very helpful. She is a great asset to this community.
