This senior apartment complex is very comfortable for my widowed father. It is much larger and more comfortable than he expected. The social aspect of the community has helped him engage with others and even though it is not assisted or independent living, the amenities are amazing.

I am 67 and lost my husband a long time ago. Socializing is something that I have struggled with since "dating" is not my interest. This is a really nice place to be around people without any pressure. It is also a really nice place to stay in my home and not be bothered! The apartments are beautiful and I just live now. I don't have to worry about grass, cleaning gutters, trees falling and rising property taxes. There have been some staff changes which people like to mention online. But none of the staff have ever been unkind or unprofessional. So I am not sure what that matters. The little girl running the place now is working hard for us every day. Most of us really appreciate the effort that we see. We are supposed to have Continental Breakfast but she really is giving us more than that now. Everything is already cooked and tasty. It just needs heated which is fine because we are capable adults. Besides it feels kinda like family with everyone heating their food and working together in the mornings. Before, people got their "quick food," ate and disappeared. I will say that this is not the cheapest show in town but there is real value. At my age I have found that you usually get what you pay for. I could stay a Bargain Motel when I travel because it is cheap but I don't. So why would I pick the cheapest home?

The BEST of everything

Great community and staff, beautiful gardens, including a community garden, very nice dog park, and many varied activities and social events.

We love living at Larkspur At Twin Creeks! Would have moved sooner had we known about this place. It is a big adjustment from owning own home and moving to apartment. We found the perfect place for this adjustment.

The staff here is extraordinarily kind, helpful, responsive and just plain awesome to the tenants. Their attention to detail and patient demeanor is remarkable. Lot’s of great activities including wine down Wednesday’s, weekly lunch and learn’s, exercise classes and field trips are fun. It is well located in Cotswold, a safe and thriving community. I highly recommend Overture Cotswold for anyone 55 and older!

Overture Flower Mound has lovely apartment homes. Amenities are great and we are learning about new ones every day. The staff members are personable and attentive to our needs. We have only been here a few weeks, but so far, we are very pleased.

Very friendly staff. Clean and kept up. Small community, but nice amenities. In a neighborhood near an elementary school, so if someone can / wants to walk outside, it seems safe. Residents appear happy and well-care for. Lot of activities for residents to choose from.

Overture is a different type of community from an independent living situation. It is more an apartment type environment wiht continental breakfasts, activities and many community events. You still have to pay utilities and there was no dinner plan except there were dinnertime socials with appetizers. It does have underground parking and an outdoor pool. The staff was very nice.

I have lived here for one year, and I have never been happier. The apartments are great, the halls are nice and wide, and well lighted 24 hours. Everything is kept spotlessly clean, even the grounds are well kept. The staff is always there to help, (I adore [name removed]), and there are lot of activities. How could you ask for more?

Beautiful and fun place. [Name removed] and [name removed] were great with the tour and information. The property is well done, the amenities are well planned. We are excited about this new adventure! We plan to move in on [date removed]!!!

I love living @ Overture!

From the moment I moved here I have felt like a member of a family. The activities are great. Even though I still work ful time and travel for work, I been enjoying a “retired” life style here at Overture.

By far the best retirement community in VA

I fell in love with this community and have decided to move in. I met with [name removed] who did not oversell the community, just let it sell itself with the lovely apartments and facilities. I also love the idea of the easy style of living.
