This has been a very good place for our loved one. The staff are friendly, caring, and conscientious. They really understand and are able to help with the challenges faced by their residents. The facility itself is very nice looking, and always clean. They also do a great job with the food!

Their care services are somewhat limited. The staff is very friendly and helpful – they really go of their way to make the person living feel good. Mom says the food is good. The scheduled feeding time is a little bizarre. Some days they don’t give them a meal, but the units all have their own kitchens, so if the person can still cook for themselves – I guess they can.

My family member has only been there for a little over a month, but our experience with Sommerset has been great so far. Very clean, great value, and the staff is very friendly. They are very open and helpful. The food has been excellent as well. I am also very impressed by the balconies that the community has. Great place!

Overall a nice clean quiet facility. Lots of activities for those that desire them.

The perfect place for my parents! I went on 6 tours in this area and am so glad that my parents decided on Noble Village. My parents have lived there for 10 days now and they have NO complaints. They have been too tired (they are 82) to participate in too many activities yet but they have enjoyed the food immensely and the care staff has been wonderful to them. The staff is fabulous and very on top of the details. I love going to visit them - it's so pleasant at NV - I always find myself wanting to hang out longer. The coffee is really good too. The part that sold my parents on NV was how large it was and nicely furnished and decorated it is. They have a large family and wanted them to feel comfortable coming over for visits. The pool was a plus too, which is a very rare amenity I found out. It feels like you are at a resort when you are there. Another plus and unique feature was the very spacious and nice appointed memory care community that my mother will most likely need soon. It is larger and more homey than any other that I saw. Go see for yourself, it's certainly worth the trip. You will love Denise, she is wonderful - very low pressure and a great listener.

My father-in-law lives here in the Villa and my mother-in-law and father-in-law lived in assisted living. They both enjoyed assisted living and participated in activities and made new friends. My father-in-law has mild dementia and lives in the Villa now for a little over a year. He enjoys being there and doesn't want to be anywhere else. My wife and I visit regularly since we live nearby. My experience is that the staff are very caring and exceptional caregivers. The facility is nice and clean - no complaints at all. The design of Noble Village is open and has lots of windows that let the light in to create an atmosphere much like a mountain lodge resort. I have eaten at Noble Village several times and the food has been very good. At Thanksgiving they have a wonderful dinner with everyone's family and all the staff, so you get to meet everyone and enjoy great food. The administrative staff are very friendly and easy to work with. The nurses and CNA's are the best. The facilities maintenance manager and his wife live on-site and he is one of the nicest people I have ever met. And he is always there when you need him. We have priced services at other facilities nearby and Noble Village is an excellent value.

Mom moved into Sommerset on 10/4/13, so about 2 weeks ago. The people who work there have been very helpful, professional and friendly. The food has been quite good. The other residents, very nice. The apartment was in great shape when we moved in. Good closet space. I think mom will be very happy there. The one negative that we have found is the kitchen cabinets are quite high and make the cabinets really unusable for mom. Granted, she is short, but I would think a place catering to older residents would make things like kitchen cabinets more usable. She has improvised and has much of her kitchen items in her pantry/closet and uses the kitchen cabinets for storage of items she does not use often.

They're awesome, they couldn't have been nicer. When families are looking into places like this, you're all over the place, my mother was in the hospital and they were just kind of holding her there until we could find something because she had finally agreed to finding a place and we were afraid if she went back home she wouldn't want to go. Sommerset was wonderful, the price was well within her range so she wouldn't have to sell her condo, she chose her colors, she went back and forth and changed them like 5 times and they were totally patient, everyone is just so sweet and mom is very, very happy. Whenever anything is done they email me, my daughter in law and my son on any work orders and keep us updated on the progress, they're very on top of it. She was afraid that this wasn't enough care for her but with this facility, I don't know how others work, but we wouldn't have to move her unless something catastrophic happened, like life support, but we can import the care. They were just more than wonderful, every last one of them bent over backwards, it's like living in an upscale New York hotel. She looks wonderful, she's going out every single day doing something, she was so depressed in her condo because she wasn't going out and interacting with people, now she's really glad she's here, it's hard to get her to admit it because she can be stubborn, but she loves it.

It's been a really good fit for my mother. We'd like to see a little lower cost but she's happy there. My mother is independent. She's able to cook and clean and wash and do all that stuff herself so I'm not sure about the care services. If that includes the availability of the scheduled transportation to drugs stores and doctors, that's all good. For activities they have museum trips, shopping, they're going to a movie tomorrow, and they've been to a play. They have programs for music and concerts and trips to wineries. It's a good fit for her. She's very active and vital at the age of 88.

Its my sister that lives there, she gets along extremely well with Lisa and not so well with the woman thats been there the longest. i think shes having a good time, its expensive but way less expensive than the other ones that have food and stuff. Shes very happy with her unit. They don't have care services, but she had a dryer that went out the first time she used it, they were very prompt with fixing it. They have minor activities but as far as i know of, she doesnt do them. She hasn't complained about anything to me, but she hasnt really been there too long.

Favorite so far. Large appartments, good food. Going back for a second visit with grandson and son in law and to eat dinner. I think this will be her new home.

There was someone who was running the company who's communication is not on one on one. Things have now improved after having a few conversations. I have been invited personally to many things however, I have not had the change to get to things due to me still unpacking. They also do not have meals and dinning it is strictly independent living. My opinion is different from everyone else but I would advise to tour and judge on your own you have to see it for yourself.

This community was nice but it was too far away and that ruled out this location for us.

We were able to have an in person tour and it was a very nice place, a lot of nice amenities and the people we met with were friendly. However for the price, the living spaces were just to small.

Great place to live. Love the friendly atmosphere

It's a great community. It's costly, but I really like it here. There are lots of features included - garbage service, access to the community pool and gym, and the comfort and security of a fenced-in community. When I run across other residents, they're friendly and we greet one another. Sometimes there are groups that kind of section themselves off from the rest, but you tend to see that everywhere. I tend to stay active outside the community, but I always have, even before I moved here. They offer a lot of activities and always have something going on. They show movies, and the holiday barbecue I attended was great. Fort he most part, everyone is pretty friendly. And the staff have been great and very helpful.

I chose Overture Miller because they had the floor plans that I liked. You can rent a vacant apartment and try it out before you rent to see if it is a good fit. They were also doing in person tours and many were not at the time I was looking. The apartment sizes are excellent, I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath and it is plenty of room just for me. They have different floor plans available as well. They have events where they have food available, they have breakfast Monday - Friday but there are no prepared sit down meals. I did not get full disclosure about all move in expenses and they are pet friendly but have a hefty pet deposit, so make sure to ask questions up front about all expenses. I think it would be helpful if they had a move in instruction sheet because it take a while for me to figure things out on my own. It is a very upscale place and I would recommend them to others looking.

The community is beautiful and has a nice pool area. The apartments are well done, and the kitchens are nice.

I think they need to try and bring some more activities into the property. A lot of people are dissatisfied that they are missing something that they thought they would be getting. A lot of residents tend to get into their own groups which can be good for some people, and not so good for others. I do not think you get your bang for your buck here. If I knew today what I know now, I would have chosen a different community.

We chose this community because in comparison to the others we visited we liked how bright and light the apartments and common areas were. All of the apartments have either a balcony or patio with a view, which we really liked. My mom moved in right before COVID, so she hasn't had the opportunity to experiences the activities yet. She likes the food. The transition from home to a retirement community hasn't been easy, but she likes living at Overture now. They have an outdoor heated pool and adjacent to it is a picnic area with barbecue pits and tables to residents to use and enjoy.
