I am very happy at Overture Daniel Island. They do offer a lot of activities here, there is always something to do and it is different every week. Living in this facility is really good because you have more independence yet they are willing to help with anything you need. The residents who live here are wonderful as well, it is a great sense of community. It is located in a great place and it is gorgeous and you have great views. I am really glad I moved here and I would recommend.

The community has lots of activities to do including, swimming, exercise classes, crafts, and Bingo. This is not an assisted living community, this is an independent living community and there is no medical staff. I would recommend this community to others

When I first moved in everything was shut down, but the owners and management have been very covid aware, they are keeping everything clean and now are slowly opening things back up with precautions. It is important for people to know that the management are always very concerned about everybody's safety and well being at the Overture

I chose Overture Sugar land because they offered independent living, I liked the location of the facility, and also the quality of the property of my apartment. My apartment is wonderful, I have a single bedroom with a studio and it is very spacious and nice as any house I have been in. The kitchen is great and very well equip. I would tell others to take a virtual tour, it will speak for itself. It is a quality environment and worth the money.

I chose Overture Central Park because it is closer to the hospital that my doctors are on staff at. The apartment sizes here are really good. They have a wonderful dog park if you have pets right in the court yard area. They also have a boccie ball court and we do play bingo Mondays and Thursdays. They also have a fantastic library and workout room, so there is a lot to do. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

I chose Overture Chapel Hill because it was recommended to me and they called me right away. My brother came and looked at it with me and we both thought it was great. The apartment sizes vary, I am in a 1 bedroom plus a powder room and patio and it is great size, especially the kitchen. I would tell others that the entryway is beautiful and I would recommend them to others looking.

It is a great community. It is small enough to be a community. Some other communities are spread out, and seem to get lost in the larger communities as well. This community has been able to continue on with activities for the residents during the pandemic. They have great communication with the families.

We chose Overture Greenville because of the value for the money and the amenities. Our apartment size is perfect for us, we are really happy with it. It has been a good experience and I would recommend.

The staff is very friendly and management is easy to talk to. The residence is nice and overall it's a really nice place. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

I had a tour and absolutely love Overture Barrett. Its apartments have everything I'm looking for. Seriously considering.

I visited this property a couple of months ago. It was a breath of fresh air. I am extremely excited about moving there in late March or early April. Everyone I met was friendly and knowledgeable.

I chose this community because of the affordability, the amenities such as the heated pool, and it was overall just a very nice place. They have a lot of different sizes of apartments but they are all great. They have wonderful breakfasts as well, the man who serves it is very nice. The best part about the community so far has been the family type atmosphere. Everybody cares about each other and takes care of one another. I would definitely recommend

This facility was by far the best we saw when looking, My mother loves this community and so do we. It's a newer facility and is really nice with high-quality care. Its a safe and clean environment I would highly recommend this facility to others.

The community is well run and safe, this is a healthy environment, and it's just like a family and we take care of each other. They have a heated pool for exercise and are trying to keep going with social distancing activities. I would recommend this community to others

The community is really nice and very clean. The residents are able to have dogs at Overture Cotswold. We have a yard crew that comes in to mow and landscape. Everybody speaks to each other. During COVID it has been hard to get to know other residents because of distance and wearing of masks. To my knowledge the community hasn't had any cases of COVID. I'm happy with the cost I'm paying, at Overture Cotswold.

The value of this community and the location that it is in really stood out to us. The rooms the offer are regular apartment size so they are pretty big, We would recommend this community to a family or friend.

This community is kept very clean, and the staff members are very friendly. They really are wonderful. This community has a great value, and the staff members really take very good care of us. The activities director keeps us very active. We play corn hole, and many board games. We also have nice events and festival parties

From the first moments I spoke with [name removed], the sales specialist at Overture 9th & CO, I knew my father would have a special new place to call home. I was uncertain of the move-in process amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. I was assured protocols were in place to keep everyone safe and healthy. The building and move-in were clean; measures were taken to actively sanitize while moving in, insuring the safety of all. The only issue during the move-in was the waiting period to have access to the storage unit; which was handled diligently. As expected, with being one of the first to move in; there were a few hitches with tech/construction teams still installing and maintaining the building/elevators, but all in all it went smooth. The virtual entry and security interfaces allow for easy access for residents and guests. The building is phenomenal! It is a stunning, safe, and secure place for my father to call home. I can go on and on about the Overture 9th&CO team... they extraordinarily kind, informative, proactive, trustworthy and supportive. They all have been ready and willing to assist every step of the way. They go above and beyond to show they care about the residents and their families. This team is stellar! For me, life is about doing the little things for the ones we love to keep them happy. The 9th & CO team has really taken the time to find out those little things about my father and family. We are so happy he is a part of the Overture family! In the short time he has been there, he feels confident this place will be home for years to come. I HIGHLY recommend Overture 9th & CO to anyone looking for an active adult community for themselves or a loved one. I am so grateful to have my father call this place home.
