The staff members, the care services and the meals and dining experience gets 10 stars. They made an individual unique plan for our loved one that was outside the box, they bent over backwards to make it work and really accommodate his unique needs. They were excellent communicators to our family and really did their best to improve the experience for him whenever and however they could. We had hospice at one point and they worked so well with them, it was an excellent experience and just the best in Cincinnati

Our family had an in person tour and we really really liked this community, we would of proceeded further with them but in the long run the location was a little to far out of the way.

I would tell others that the community has been a good fit for my loved one. It is a nice community. I would recommend the Sunrise to a friend. Some of the activities include: outside speakers, animals from the zoo, bingo, exercise classes and more for the residents.

My mother-in law stayed here for her rehab for knee replacement. She was treated like a queen! Great people and beautiful community to be in. We walked out by the lake at sunset and sat near the gazebo watching people fish. Couldn't be nicer! Awesome therapy team helped her and I know if she has to do the other knee this will be her first choice for rehab.

The people who care for the residents are great! Very caring and you can tell they like their job.

Less turnover of employees. All three were wonderful. Their communication and wanting to ensure we are totally satisfied with the care that [name removed] receives. The staff is amazing and really look after [name removed]. With the care and consistency that he has received in the past year allowed us to take him out of memory care and move him down to assisted living. I am more than confident that they truly care about all of their residents. As I stated the reason for the 4 has to do with the turnover of staff. I would and do highly recommend The Bradford.

The facility is very attractive and elevators are centrally located to make it easy to navigate. Nursing staff communicates well when an issue arises, and aides are kind to residents. The activities director is great and plans fun outings and activities at the facility. Montage has had recent change in executive director, sales director and nursing supervisor. Nurses and aides seem to have low turnover, which is a positive.

We have been very pleased with a few hiccups , reason for 4 stars and not 5. No place is perfect , we have had some issues with getting his meds on time . I have gotten great response when I spoke with them and they have been good about meeting our needs. Seems like they are short handed sometimes, I think that is everywhere. Overall it has been a good fit . The facility is clean and very appealing.

In my opinion, too much "agency" help. Too many "not permanent" care givers. New ones frequently so continuity is difficult.

They have changed directors 4 times in the past 2 years so that creates some concern but so far, the new one seems good. Housekeeping is very poor with them barely doing much in their weekly cleaning. I think it's much better since First Community took over from [name removed] but you never convince me that paying [removed]k a month is a good value for the cats they receive.. no matter what assisted living you are in

The aides and nurses were very helpful, kind, gentle and just wonderful. The chief was very accommodating for my Dads vegetarian diet. The hospice group that they use is absolutely awesome!

The staff is very sweet and caring and really watches out for my dad. I am very frustrated with their billing department. We have been there since the end of May and they still haven't gotten his bill correct.

What I like the most about The Patterson is the friendliness staff, and the delicious good. They have three option levels of dining service. I like the availability of the medical staff and overall they have beautiful facilities.

Rooms are clean and bright. Staff is caring of it's residents .Close to her neighborhood and friends. Pricing scale a little different from others.

The staff and residents at Anthology of Mason are very friendly. The facility is kept clean and the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. However, the admissions staff will over promise to you. The response times to help requests can get lengthy and are rarely quick. If the residents eat in their rooms, the orders are more often wrong than right. Lastly, the staff seems overworked, entering rooms very late and very early, and at times they drag out simple tasks like laundry, for days.

There is lots of turn over in employees, but this seems to be the norm in the industry as a whole. The facility was clean and I liked the employees. I think their starting pay rate is a bit higher so they get a better employee. I felt good about the care my mom received there although she did decline rapidly. If I had it to do over again, I would have gone with a different doctor and would have done more weight checks on my mom.

Overall Sunrise of Rochester was a great place, and the staff is very kind and friendly. The only issues we had were with them responding to my mom in an appropriate amount of time. Especially when she needed assistance using the restroom. I'm sure that was staffing issues.

I appreciate the staff at Sunrise of Bloomfield. They are very nice and helpful. And they respond quickly to any concerns. Biggest area for improvement is the food.

Our family had an in person tour with HarborChase of Beavercreek and overall it was a good tour experience. They have the best restaurant options as well compared to other communities we had looked at. It is like living at a vacation resort, if you could afford it. They were the most expensive. My in-laws would not have been comfortable there at all. They were a bit over the top.

Our family had an in person tour with BrightStar Living and we loved it. However they didn't have a 2 bedroom available. It was small, personal and clean. We didn't see everything on the tour, but they did show me memory care which looked the same as regular assisted living. It was one of my first visits. We really liked the smalless of it.
