As for the Bradford Senior Assisted Living, the experience for my mother-in-law has been good for her! She's still adjusting, but we get to see her more. Also, she's close enough for us to see her on a regular basis. We bring her home with us sometimes on the weekends! We take her to church with us every Sunday! We are happy with the place and the staff there have been great! Thanks for all of your help, especially on such short notice! We greatly appreciate the help you provided us! The Bradford was the perfect choice for my husband. The care he received was marvelous. The caregivers are sweet and very kind. Everyone who works there from the receptionists to the dining and kitchen staff never stop trying to do their best for the residents. Holidays are celebrated with lovely parties and dinners. The building is very clean. I have only good things to say about The Bradford!

Everything about the Bradford is excellent. Staff very friendly and it is very clean. I would surely recommend them to others who are searching for memory care for their loved one.

We have been very pleased with Montage Mason! Staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly and mom is well taken care of. Rating would be a 5!

We love the location, as well as the interior and exterior rooms, views, and the common areas. Mom loves the food and dining experience. Most importantly, my Mom feels well-cared for and has made good connections with other residents. I am one of three of her children and feel assured that she is in good hands.

I would give a "5" for each category. The Bradford is very clean. The caregivers are the kindest and very attentive. They treat the residents beautifully. The food is very good and is presented in a lovely way on the plates. There are nice activities and special dinners. I definitely made the right decision in choosing the Bradford. Everyone at the Bradford tries very hard for the residents.

We love the Patterson. The facility is clean and beautiful. She likes that meals are served restaurant style, and the food is good. There are lots of activities if she wants to participate. Now that she's in memory care they do a lot more encouraging for interacting and attending the various events so she gets time away from her room.

I would rate them a 5 on all. We had a good experience. We also were highly engaged and involved. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

We are extremely pleased with the Patterson for our parents. Clinical staff and aides are attentive to their needs and the facility offers a wide array of services. The Director and Management Team are always working to make improvements, and routinely collaborate with us on our parents needs as they change. Food is great and the culinary team is friendly to residents and family.

Staff was friendly and anxious to include the residents in activities. The rooms are small but had nice spacious bathrooms, a small kitchenette and ample storage space.

The management team were exceptional. They truly cared about my dad and his well being. We had unusual circumstances and they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The staff were just as great. Very patient and understanding. The facility was clean and well kept.

Very happy with BrightStar of Mason. Staff and Nurses treat my husband like family. You can tell they genuinely care. Very clean. Excellent food. No question, 5 star facility. Very thankful for the recommendation from “A Place for Mom”.

My mother in law has been at Montage for 2 months, after a fall and a short rehab. So far, we are very pleased. She has settled in and is receiving good care. She has progressed in physical and occupational therapy. She is happy with meals and the variety of activities offered. Communication with staff has been good, for the most part with only one instance of difficulty getting tested for a UTI. Nurses and aides are all very caring. Facility is very clean, but her room is inconsistent with cleaning. Our mother is homesick but we are happy to have her at Montage, safe and taken care of.

We love The Patterson! The facility is beautiful and clean with lots of comfy books for puzzles, reading, watching programs, it just visiting. The food is delicious. The staff is friendly. They always update us when we visit about how's she's been doing...getting out to socialize, eating, sleeping.

I have a two bedroom and did not get an increase this year. My housekeeper does a good jobevery week, even changing my bed and washing my sheets every week. The meals are good, if you are not interested in the special, you can order a la cart with a lot of choices including breakfast all day. I am independent but if I need help it is available. I have needed help in the past and it was prompt and helpful. The activities director is wonderful. The choices are very good and for a wide range. I am interested in the book club and the garden club. Also I do a lot of puzzles. All denominations have services at different times Everyone is friendly, staff and residents. I am happy here.

Staff know the residents and are receptive to questions and feedback. Acitivity director is great with the residents as well. Staff are caring. Responsive and helpful. Has been a positive experience

The staff was really nice, but the Memory care was VERY understaffed. The people could not have been nicer and were very good, they did the best that they could. We spoke to management several times about this. It fell on deaf ears. The Memory Care unit could have done more activities, but I understand. My mother was higher functioning than most, so it was hard.

It’s the best. If you are looking in the Bloomfield Birmingham area you won’t be disappointed. Great team and wonderful building. Great activity director! The food is good and we come and eat with dad often

My loved one is currently a resident at Montage Mason and everything has been great for him at this facility so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The care services, staff and meals are also great. I would recommend this facility to others.

Had a relative at the facility who has since passed. The time she spent there were among her happiest. Staff was attentive, caring, and personable. The facility itself is beautiful. And, the food options were magnificent and delicious! Highly recommended!!
